I am currently experiencing an issue with the menu navigation on my website. At present, the menu is only displaying the first and second levels of navigation. Any additional submenu levels beyond this are not appearing on the front end.
Could you please confirm whether the theme supports deeper menu levels? If so, I would appreciate guidance on how to enable or configure this functionality.
If needed, I am happy to provide further details about the theme version or my current settings.

The theme supports only 2 levels of navigation, as radio station websites normally have a straight and immediate navigation map conceived for entertainment and immediateness: our structure is conceived to guarantee an optimal experience to the listeners.
For a deeper navigation, it is recommended to create internal links within a specific page. If you have an example of your pages structure, I’ll find and explain the best recommended structure.

Hi, this is the decision made from the design team based on the case studios of real life radio stations. We’re not a generic wordpress theme company, we work since 2010 almost exclusively for radio stations, real world radio stations, and simplicity has always been a key factor when it comes to user experience in the entertainment niche.
For this reason, it was chosen to limit the navigation to a level where it makes sense for this target. Other of our themes have 3 levels of navigation (like Firwl, Evenz or others).

After most recent plugin updates I have noticed that the site layout breaks on a desktop view – seemingly the header area (where I was using a video background in a row) and the whole layout shifts offscreen to the right, After disabling and enabling plugins, it seems that there might be an issue with the latest version of Woocommerce. However if I disable Woocommerce, it breaks the theme code even more.
I know my support has elapsed, but I don´t really want to payout $50 especially as the theme appears not to be being updated since 2022.
Is there any chance someone could look at this or let me know about any known conflicts with Woocommerce or other plugins?
Also, if this theme is now defunct, is there another of yours we could switch to that would not break all the current elements using the Sonik QT plugins?

Hi Laurena, we didn’t udpate the theme but we always updated the plugins, which are the “active” parts of the theme. It’s still selling and working fine on most recent version of wordpress as I know.
What is the issue do you have a link?
Is this compatible with any mp3, aac and ogg web radio stream, does it also display song title and artist from any major provider?

yes is in our plans, but the music market for Wp is kind of dead lately so it seems there is no big budget for such a huge implementation

Hola, sí, este tema funciona así: restaura el estado de reproducción después de un cambio de página, para evitar el uso de “carga de página Ajax”. Otros de nuestros temas usan ajax mientras que Sonik usa cookies, esto permite una mayor compatibilidad con complementos externos que quizás quieras usar, pero la música puede tener un pequeño espacio en el cambio de página.
La verdad que lo principal era que la música no se cortara mientras este en navegación el usuario, estuve mirando el tema Onair2: Radio Station WordPress Theme With Non-Stop Music Player, hay una forma de poder cambiar el tema y yo cancelar la diferencia ?

No, sorry, there isn’t such function, but you could for instance make a form using Contact Form 7, and manually enter the data in the website, which is way safer. Regards

Hi, i have used the onair theme in the past and now i want to buy for a project the sonik, i have twoi questions about it. first is that in any device i am trying to see the live preview in mozilla sonik isnt working only on chrome, is this something permanent or no? and second i know think maybe that sonik is a older than onair theme, just asking if u stopped to update it or somenthing? is it compatible with the latest wordpress version? thank u

Hi, the 2 themes are very very different, also, onair2 uses Elementor while Sonik doesn’t. The SOnik design is very different as well. I would suggest watching the demos carefully to choose what better fits your needs, it’s hard to make a full list of comparison among the 2.
Sonik is more for musicians and djs though… than radio stations.

yes the player can continue to play, but works on a different system> in sonik it uses cookies to resume the play state. It uses WPBakery backend editor.

Ever since I did the latest theme update, the only page that loads is the homepage. If you click on any other link either in Navigation or on the homepage, it just returns a black page with a X in the top right corner: https://www.thedarknesslive.com/
Please could you advise? Everything is updated on the site and running PHP7.4.

All the plugins are up to date (and were at the initial time of writing). I don´t think it can be that. The only one not updated is VC, when I tried uploading the newest version of VC, it totally broke the site.
I have also tried updating permalinks but that hasn´t worked either.
I would renew the support but it is worrying how this glitch seems to be continuous and also that it seems to not support the latest version of VC?
