I have been contacting your support for the last 12 days regarding a simple variation display issue, but I still haven’t received any proper solution.
I clearly shared screenshots and explained that I do NOT want a dropdown — I want variations displayed in separate square boxes with Sale Price and Save Price.
Very disappointed with the response. Honestly, the service has been third class so far. Please provide a proper solution instead of ignoring the issue.

I saw your screenshot of how you want the variation display this is not our theme demo.
In our them we already have our Variation Swatches plugin pro version, but no variation swatches plugin can display like this way you need custom work that is not even under support.

Two month waiting for Theme updates and no support provided. Their answer next week. I have big problems with payment system, if you choose apple pay, the Theme showing error that payment request button not suported in Lithuania, and some of fields can’t be verified. I know that other sites is using this option and everything works fine.

After install demo all pages will be imported then you can keep which pages you need and delete other pages.

I initially understood this statement as an indication that the premium versions of these plugins were included in the package I purchased, especially considering the emphasis on savings like “Save $49” and “Save $25” etc…
However, after completing the installation process, I’ve found a discrepancy that prompts my request for clarity. The plugins included, namely LayerSlider, Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce, and WP SEO Structured Data Schema Pro, are asking for license registration. They also note that without a valid license, I won’t be able to receive updates or access premium benefits.

- “LayerSlider”: The system prompts for a license registration to receive live updates and premium benefits. It presents the option to purchase a license.

I have two licenses. I had the need to configure one homepage countdown but I don’t see an option to add a link. If is a countdown, would be for a release, promotion, package, event.. and for sure, would have a link, doesn’t make sense to not have it.
