We are experiencing an issue with the mobile menu on our website, specifically on iPhone devices.

On Android devices, as well as when using Chrome DevTools mobile simulation on desktop, the mobile menu works correctly. Categories are displayed properly, subcategories can be expanded, and the expand indicators (plus icons) are visible and functioning as expected.

However, on a real iPhone device, the behavior is different. On the homepage: the expand indicators (plus icons) are missing.

At the same time, when navigating to other pages (such as product category pages), the menu appears and works correctly even on iPhone.

So the issue is specifically only on real iPhone devices (not in desktop simulation), only on the homepage.

We have just tested the issue on a real iPhone device running iOS 26, and everything appears to be working normally, including the “+” icon buttons.

Could you please try the following steps:
- Clear the cache on your mobile browser
- Test again using a different mobile browser (such as Safari or Firefox)
- If possible, test on another iPhone device

How can I make the price of a variable product always display per unit?

Example: 1 dozen eggs €3 Price per egg: €0.40

And I want this price to appear in the file and on the individual product page: Price per egg €0.40

Hello, I bought the theme 1 year ago, and i love the theme. I didn’t receive a solution. I just received an upsell email to switch the hosting. though i already using wordpress best hosting company. It means the theme is only work best in cloud hosting. Not with shared hosting?

I have a question: am I downloading theme updates correctly?

I click "Download" next to the license. The problem is that the downloaded file has a name consisting of several letters, but no version number, like 6.5.4, and I never know which version it is because the dates in the files are so different.

Today, when I was downloading a new version, something strange happened: it downloaded without stopping, and the downloaded file signal kept repeating. I clicked stop. As a result, in Downloads, I saw three different files with different dates, including December.

Now I don’t know which one is the latest version.

What am I doing wrong?

Today I updated my theme to 6.5.3 and WooCommerce.

The system says: “There are updates for elessi-theme/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variation-add-to-cart-button.php version 10.5.1. The core version is 10.5.2. ” and

“Your theme (Elessi Theme) contains outdated copies of several WooCommerce templates. These templates may need to be updated to ensure compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce. We suggest the following : Update your theme to the latest version. If there is no update available, contact the theme author and inquire about compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce.”

I usually ignore this notification if everything is fine and just wait for the next theme update.

But unfortunately, today, something is wrong: the “add to cart” button and the “buy now” button for variable products currently stopped working.

What should I do?

Judging by the WooCommerce status, the problem is precisely the incompatibility of the …/variation-add-to-cart-button.php file.

My WooCommerce Shop page /shop/ shows no products, but category pages display products normally. I am using Elessi Child and even the parent and WooCommerce is showing this notice:

“Your theme (Elessi Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files…”

I have confirmed:

Products exist and are visible (catalog visibility is not hidden)

Category archives load products correctly

Clearing cache and permalinks did not fix it

Removing custom CSS did not fix it

It looks like an outdated WooCommerce template override in the child theme is breaking the main Shop archive loop.

Hello. I noticed that after installing a theme on a clean WordPress and WooCommerce, the “Local Pickup” tab disappears from the shipping section. At this link /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=shipping&section=pickup_location it is empty.

the problem is only in latest Elessi Theme version, also without any plugins and on a new wordpress installation with different webhosts (cloudways, hetzner cloud server) If I switch the theme it is normal working.

The dropdown menues in the admin top bar on frontend like “new” will be not display then “post” “page” etc. on mouse hover.

We’re aware that on some screen sizes, the admin bar dropdown menus on the frontend (e.g. “New > Post/Page”) do not display correctly when logged in. Because of this layout issue, those dropdowns are temporarily disabled on the frontend.

You can still use all admin bar functions normally inside the WordPress Dashboard.

This will be improved and adjusted in a future Elessi update.

The sticky header is intentionally designed to be minimal and display only essential information in order to provide the best possible user experience. For this reason, the top bar is not included in the sticky header.

Including the top bar within the sticky area would take up a significant amount of screen space, which could negatively affect usability—especially on smaller screens. Additionally, the top bar is originally designed to remain at the very top of the website rather than being part of the sticky navigation.

How to insert licensed key into the wordpress after the website is live.

This text is controlled by a theme text domain (“%s results”), especially when Infinite Page Load is enabled.

You have two options to adjust it:

- Option 1 – Use Loco Translate (recommended)
You can use the Loco Translate plugin to modify the text string and change it to something like: “Showing %s items”.

- Option 2 – Override the template file
You can customize the output by overriding the WooCommerce template file:

Copy this file:
wp-content/themes/elessi-theme/woocommerce/loop/result-count.php

Paste it into your child theme:
wp-content/themes/elessi-theme-child/woocommerce/loop/result-count.php

Edit the copied file and adjust the text/output as needed.

This allows full control without modifying the parent theme.

Please note that such text adjustments are customization-related, so they are not planned to be changed globally in future updates.
