Subject: Repeated Issues When Using Tab Section in Enfold Theme
Hello Enfold Team,
I am a long-time user of the Enfold theme. I have been using Enfold for several years because of its excellent design and overall convenience, and I truly appreciate the quality of your work.
However, I have been experiencing a recurring issue when using the Tab Section element while building pages.
When I add layouts or other content elements inside a Tab Section, errors occur frequently. In many cases, after editing the content, the page fails to save properly. This issue happens repeatedly and seriously interrupts the page-building workflow.
In most situations, once I remove the Tab Section from the page, the problem disappears and the page works normally again. Because of this, the Tab Section has become a major obstacle during content creation.
Could you please look into this issue and let me know if there is a fix or an update planned to resolve this problem?

Hi,
This issue usually happens when there’s broken HTML in the content. We’ve most commonly seen it caused by incorrect use of the Strong tag.
Please ensure all HTML elements are correctly opened and closed in the Tab Section element.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please start a thread on our support forum so we can investigate further.

Hi, I’ve been using your theme for many years and have purchased easily over 100+ times for myself and for clients, I really want to keep working with the Enfold theme as I love it, but wanting to know if you have plans to enhance the theme for AEO particularly for Schema’s as it’s becoming increasingly more important everyday. In the meantime, if you’d like to use a third-party plugin, you can disable Enfold’s automated Schema.org markup under Enfold Theme Options > SEO Support > Automated Schema.org HTML Markup.

I cannot access the Rank Math Setup Wizard or the Import & Export section. Whenever I open these pages, I only get a blank white screen, and nothing loads. There is no visible error message — the pages are completely empty.

There isn’t a known issue.
It sounds like something is breaking at the server level. Please check your server’s error logs. The most common cause is an exhausted memory limit. You can refer to this article to see how you can increase it: https://woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/.

Hi,
The Pages Widget displays all pages. Entering the ID of your page in the Exclude field would exclude that page from the list.
To display certain pages in a widget, you can create a new menu with those pages in the WordPress admin panel > Appearance > Menus and select that menu in the Navigation Menu widget.

I’ve just set up a new domain and I’m wondering if it’s possible to apply different Enfold demo themes to different sections of the site. For example:
Test123.com → use the Portfolio demo Test123.com/travel → use the Travel demo Test123.com/software → use the Software demo Test123.com/digital → use the Demo Content theme

The easiest way is to create a network of sites using the multisite feature.
While technically it’s possible to do this on a single site, it wouldn’t be worth the time and effort, so I’d recommend creating a network.
