You offer beautiful themes with many built-in configuration options; however, I’m concerned that with a large number of products (5000+) and attributes, the admin panel may slow down significantly. That’s why we’re interested in the HTML version. Alternatively, is it possible to streamline the template after installation and disable resource-intensive modules? Good performance is very important to us.

There’s no HTML-only version of the theme available. WooCommerce can easily handle 5000 and even 50000+ products without any issues. The plugin’s performance is optimized and monitored by professional developers, and building such a system from scratch based on the HTML template won’t perform better.
In most cases, performance issues are caused by a large number of installed and unoptimized plugins, incorrect server or cache configuration, or other factors. If you encounter any performance issues caused by our theme (which you can easily identify by switching to a default theme), please contact us. We’ll do our best to investigate and resolve the problem if it’s due to a bug in the code.

Hello, I’ve a problem with your theme. If I use Elementor as page builder, all the widgets that use carousel script do not works properly (eg. the automatic slide do not work and if I try to click on arrow for pagination as well). This happen only with mobile device. For desktop device all works fine. I’ve noticed that this happen with the latest version of Eementor, as I’ve tried to install an old version of Elementor and the slider works fine on mobile device.

Hello, thanks for your reply. I solved installing an older version of elementor 3.32.5. This comment is just to inform you that some elementor widgets of your theme (slider and carousel banner) do not works properly on mobile device if you have installed the latest version of Elementor. The automatic slider and arrow navigation do not work. Thanks

Good morning, we’ve noticed that, in an e-commerce clothing store, if a product has the color and size attributes, when only one color variant is available, clicking on it doesn’t display the sold-out sizes as “not available” (with a red cross). To see if a size is actually available, I have to click on it, and the word “available” or “sold out” appears.
Is it possible to make the unavailable sizes immediately appear (by placing a red X over the others) when selecting the color attribute, as happens when more than one color is available?
I hope I’ve been clear…
Another question: is it possible to deselect an attribute by double-clicking it? If the product has a video, for example, selecting a color will show photos of the variations, but to view the video again, you’ll also need to select a size to make the “delete” button appear.

I have found that the mobile top bar custom colour is not working, the top bar loads blank, and only changes to a colour when a sticky header element touches it. The customer mobile bar colour setting in the menu has no affect. I have also noticed this behaviour on your demo sites ?

The Mobile browser top bar color option in the theme settings uses the theme-color meta tag, which remains fully functional for Android and Safari versions 15 through 18.7. However, in iOS 26, Safari has moved toward an automated system that independently samples the background color of the body and fixed elements having completely removed support for theme-color meta tag (https://caniuse.com/?search=theme-color). This means the browser now prioritizes its own dynamic blending logic over the manual meta tag, often triggering the color change only after a scroll event or when a sticky header is active. Unfortunately, we cannot override this native Safari behavior with theme options, as the browser now controls the interface tinting automatically. We will continue to monitor browser updates and, should a new method for controlling the browser color in versions 26 and above become available, we will incorporate the necessary changes into the theme.

I am having issues with the layout on my homepage using the WoodMart theme and the Gutenberg editor.
Even though I have set my Page Template to ‘Full Width’ (where available) and configured the ‘Site Width’ to ‘Full Width’ in Theme Settings, my content remains boxed with white spaces on the sides.
Specifically, I am experiencing the following:
Slider: I have enabled the ‘Stretch Slider’ and ‘Full width content’ options, but it remains centered.
Sections/Containers: I have used WoodMart Section/Container blocks and enabled ‘Force full width’, but they do not stretch to the edges of the screen.
Sidebar: I have confirmed that the Sidebar is set to ‘Without’ in both Theme Settings and Page Options.
The Header and Footer are working correctly at full width, but the main body content is not. I do not want to use Custom CSS to fix this; I want the theme’s built-in options to work as expected.
Could you please check why the theme is not allowing the content to break out of the container in Gutenberg?
I am using the WoodMart Child theme (but the issue persists on the Parent theme as well).

Despite correctly implementing all structural and individual settings, the slider icon appears compressed on the sides. It doesn’t close completely.
Also, the items in the top filters in the store appear corrupted. The “Show as list” and “Show as grid” buttons appear to be stacked one below the other.

I found that abandoned cart percentage coupons weren’t being generated. However, when I switched the coupon discount type from Percentage to Fixed amount (e.g., 50 CZK), coupons started generating immediately. After that, I switched back from Fixed amount to Percentage, and percentage coupons started working as well — it looked like the toggle “reset” a stuck state in the abandoned cart coupon generation.
Does Woodmart have Product Addons built in ? or is a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-product-fields-for-woocommerce/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-custom-product-addons/ needed ?

Congradulations for this awsome theme.
I need to point out a problem that has been arised, after the release of woocommerce 10.5. After updating woocommerce “Add to Cart” button no longer works for variable products. I have tested all other factors that could be responsible for the problem and I can confirm that the problem lies in woodmart theme. The only way to make the “add to cart” button work again is implementng custom js code.

Hello, I have recently purchased your theme. It is beautiful and very well made, congratulations!
I would like to report a minor display issue. When I load the site, it initially appears at full width, but then it suddenly shrinks, leaving about 10px of space on both the left and right sides. This creates a jumping effect (layout shift) that is quite distracting for users. This gap remains visible on every page.
I have noticed that this happens on Chrome but not on Firefox, and it occurs even on your official demo layouts.
Could you please let me know how I can fix this and ensure the site stays at full width without this flickering movement?
