Hi,

I need help understanding where the three homepage slider background images are controlled.

They are currently using these images:

Slide 1 ID: 13130 slider-colored-fashion-9.jpg

Slide 2 ID: 13139 slider-colored-fashion-7.jpg

Slide 3 ID: 13142 slider-colored-fashion-9-1.jpg

The slider is built with the wd/slider Gutenberg block. I can see the bgImage reference inside the code block, but I do not see any option in the Gutenberg editor sidebar to change the background images.

Could you please clarify where these background images are managed? Is this controlled via: – Gutenberg block settings – WoodMart slider settings – Theme options – A template file

I cannot find where to change them.

Hi Woodmart team, our hosting provider confirmed that the server limit is 300 seconds. But still getting the error: The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.

I can’t remove breadcrumbs; nothing responds when I set it to OFF. I can edit or rearrange the product archive page – asking to buy Elementor PRO. I have been an Envato member since 2009 – this is a very buggy theme..

Category breadcrumbs are redirecting me to another language.. I can’t edit them.. and so on.. I have refreshed permalinks, cleared cashe and followed installation instructions – but nothing refreshes and nothing works!

You can fix it by applying patch # `710154`. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

How many years do you have to wait until you make breadcrumbs on Seopress, the only reasonable seo plugin? I’ve been waiting for 5 years, do I have to wait until 2030? It’s so hard to do?

Got Fatal error after last update (have Elementor)

I had to change line 846 of Elementor to make it work. From this $control_data['default'] = isset( $control_data['default'] ) ? array_merge( $control_default_value, $control_data['default'] ) : $control_default_value;

to this: $control_data[‘default’] = isset( $control_data[‘default’] ) ? array_merge( (array) $control_default_value, (array) $control_data[‘default’] ) : $control_default_value;

What i meant with latest, is v4 has made some changes improving things, will the demo be updated with the improvements? Also does 8.4 support v4 and we 7 yet or do we need to wait for the next update ?

Elementor 4 is still in beta and not stable. Some things may not work as expected. We will be able to introduce compatibility fixes only after they release a stable version of the update.

Email marketing consent – How do I see if users have selected this option? It’s nowhere to be seen.

Shop page is empty when product is slected in customize. Category visible when selected or category and sub-subcategory is selected. Only produt is not visible.

Working on for a client on your theme. After latest update when we edit slider the setting of the slide is not showing. When we add new slide it shows but after that when we again edit it disappears. What’s the reason?

Try to do the following to update the theme:

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

Hello! Аfter the update 8.4 the link for the header builder Information box element is not active on the front. The scenario is that I uploaded an icon and added a link to the infobox (v8.3). The icon is displayed as before, but now it is no longer clickable.

After so many requests in the previous forum, on CANNY, and now on USERJOT about integrating Mini Cart or side cart improvements like upselling features, fake sale popups, “You may be interested in” inside the mini cart, coupon code options coupon copy , and an Elementor mini cart editor if possible — after a decade of developing this theme, and after I have personally purchased around 50+ copies for my clients around the world —

IT IS A TOTAL DISGRACE that you don’t even mind ignoring us who have been supporting you from the beginning.

And you don’t want to understand a simple fact: client design matters, but SALES matter more. You keep adding small design tweaks — extra buttons here and there, slider designs, minor UI changes — which will not improve sales.

Sales will increase if we use multiple upselling methods, coupon integrations, popup strategies. From the beginning, you have been missing this simple thing.

PLEASE ADD FEATURES THAT WILL INCREASE OUR SALES. Don’t unnecessarily add design elements requested by a small percentage of people.

You tell me, @John Morgan, how many times on Canny and now on UserJot loyal users like us have requested this mini cart or side cart editor upselling method feature?

I am honestly fed up right now. Literally. How can someone ignore this to such an extent when we are loyal customers and have purchased this theme more than 50 times?
