The theme is compatible with WPML, Translate Press and Polylang plugins for organizing a multilingual website.
We recommend using WPML.
I’ve just updated v3.46, but after the update the entire user interface became messed up.
From the user interface side, all SKUs and the main product images in the product listing are missing. All buttons are not clickable, and customers are unable to place orders or make purchases.

Thank you for the instructions. I have followed all the steps you mentioned, including:
Disabling ALL third-party plugins.
Activating only the required built-in plugins via Appearance -> Goldish Theme.
Switching from the child theme to the main theme.
Clearing all caches (browser, server, and plugin).
Unfortunately, the problem persists. The User Interface and Admin dashboard are still completely broken/disordered.
Since these standard steps did not work, it seems there is a deeper compatibility issue with the latest update.
The main page on your website is not an Elementor page, which is why everything on it is broken. Perhaps you updated not only the theme, but also third-party plugins, and this broke the main page. For example, updating Elementor could have caused a similar problem. Updating the theme does not affect the content.
I don’t see any problems with the theme, so you don’t need to extend the support period for now. Restore the site from the backup and update the plugins first. Make sure that the content is not broken. Then update the theme.

I noticed the demo currently scores an 88/100 on PageSpeed Insights with several “red mark” errors. While 88 is good, the EAA requires strict compliance for e-commerce shops to avoid legal issues.
Clearing these errors to make the theme fully “Accessibility Ready” would be a massive help to your buyers and a great selling point for the theme right now.

I’ve encountered an issue on iPhones (tested on iPhone 12, 14, and 16) where the mobile menu does not work properly. On the first category click it works fine, but after that, when trying to navigate to another category, nothing happens. It looks like there might be a compatibility issue, and I believe other users could experience the same behavior.

I checked everything again, and the issue seems to appear only on certain iPhone devices (for example iPhone 12 with iOS 18.6.2 and iPhone 13 with iOS 18.1). On these devices, the mobile menu works only the first time. After navigating to another page, Level 2 and Level 3 subcategories do not open anymore.
Because the issue happens consistently on multiple real iPhones (after clearing all history/cache, in normal and private mode), it seems like it might be related to the theme’s mobile menu script in combination with these iOS versions — not necessarily something specific to my installation.
I wanted to share this additional information here as well, in case it helps you reproduce the behavior on your side.

There is no grid design without hover in the theme. The theme is compatible with WPML, TranslatePress and Polylang Compatibility pagins to create multi-language sites.
