Hi,
Is it possible to make 3 day lower price offer and besides that 7 days rental lower price offer?
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Yes, you can do it following the instructions – https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/car-rental-layout-features/pricing-system
Please contact us if you have more questions.
Best regards,
I want a complete refund on this theme and the pro version i’ve bought, this theme has alot of bugs in the mobile view and basic features does work. I want a refund please.
Hello there!
We are sorry to hear you’re having issues with the theme and Pro version, and that it’s not meeting your expectations.
We don’t process refund requests through comments. To request a refund, please submit it directly through your Envato account.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to let me know.
Best regards,
I’ve done this already.
Our manager will contact you after investigating your request.
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
No replies to my ticket, no update nothing. Really piss poor service. Can you please refund me.
I have checked our system and I can see that our support agent actually replied to your ticket#106328 yesterday, so please kindly check your inbox or the support portal to review their response. If you mean another ticket, please send me your ticket ID, I will check it.
As I mentioned before, we can’t proceed the refund via comments.
Best regards,
I’ve already done the request refund, this is the ticket which you have not responded to #Z106328
Please recheck the ticket. The agent replied you yesterday.
Best regards,
Your theme is buggy and the pro motors plugin is glitchy, i’m asking for a refund but the theme owners seem to be too greedy to respond to messages and tickets. Look at their recent reviews others are having the same issues.
I understand your frustration, but I’d like to clarify the current status of your requests.
From what I can see, a refund has already been issued for the Motors Pro plugin under our 14-day money-back guarantee policy. It could take 5-10 days according to the Freemius notifications
Regarding your refund request for the theme on Envato, the reason it hasn’t been processed is that the request did not provide enough specific information explaining the technical issues or the reason for the claim. According to Envato’s official policy, if you claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund, your request will be declined.
You can review the full details of their customer refund policy here: https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policyBest regards,
Please check support ticket #Z106244. I still haven’t received a response after more than 48 hours. Thank you.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Your ticket #Z106244 has already been assigned to an agent, and he is currently reviewing all your questions there.
For the future, it’s best to keep one question per ticket, as having multiple issues in a single ticket can sometimes cause confusion or delays, as some of them may require input from a different specialist or department.
We’ll make sure your ticket gets a response as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience!
Best regards,
Also how to add view all (all) in the tab listing area. Need this or the theme would not be complete.
I have added the “used car” tab by selecting the category. However the “new car” is coming first. I need to make the “used car” first and “new car” second. But I can’t find this option while editing the page.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
I’m not entirely sure which widget you’re referring to. Could you please send a screenshot showing exactly where you want to change the order?
That would help me understand the situation better and give you the right advice.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team directly via the Support button below, provide your site access details and a description of the case, and they’ll check it on your site and help reorder the tabs quickly.
Looking forward to your screenshot or ticket!
Best regards,
Motors – Car Dealership & Classified Listings Plugin I recently updated both the motors theme and Motors Car Dealership & Classified Listings plugin to version 1.4.104, and I’ve encountered an issue that seems to have appeared after the update.
In Motors Plugin Settings → Search Results Page → Listing Info Card → Auto-Generated Listing Title, the Model field is no longer available for selection. Previously, I was able to include the model (either through selectable fields or custom fields), but now only options like Make and other fields are shown, and Model is missing from the list entirely.
This affects how listing titles are generated across the site and limits customization compared to earlier versions where this worked correctly.
Could you please confirm:
Whether this was an intentional change
If it’s a known bug
Or if there’s a new method to include the Model field in titles
I rely on this feature for consistent listing display, so clarification or a fix would be greatly appreciated.
Hello there!
Thank you so much for the detailed report!
Our team is already investigating why the custom field disappeared from the Auto-Generated Listing Title options after the 1.4.104 update. As soon as the issue is fixed, we’ll release an update with the correction.
As a quick temporary workaround: go to the Listing Manager, rename your listings if needed, and simply remove all fields from the Auto-Generate Listing Title settings (leave it empty). This will prevent any autogenerated title from being applied until the fix is out.
Thank you for your patience and sorry for inconvenience!
Best regards,
Hi, can anyone help me understand how to set the title next to the price on the listing details page? I get random values, but I want to display: Make, Model, Year, etc.
Where is it set, and where is it customized?
I’ve already tried in “Listing Template,” but nothing helps. I don’t understand how to set the custom fields.
Thanks
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
If we understood correctly, you mean this title block next to the price:
In this case, you can change the autogenerated title by following this instruction: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/search-filter/search-results-page/listing-info-card#autogenerate-a-listing-title
If you need personalized help or it still doesn’t work, feel free to open a ticket via the Support button below — our team will check it directly on your site.
Best regards,
Good day in mobile view how do i get to show two listings in grid and not just one?
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
In the mobile view, Motors is designed to show only one listing per row, this is made to keep the layout user-friendly, readable, and comfortable for mobile users (two or more in a row would make text/images too small and hard to interact with on phones).
If you’d like to change this and force two listings per row on mobile, it requires a custom code modification (that’s considered a customization service).
If you need help with this, feel free to contact our team directly through the Hire Us button below, we’ll be happy to provide a quote and implement it for you.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Best regards,
Hello, Please deactivate my old domain as i cannot do it as i no longer have the domain: vehiclerepairwatford.uk. i have a new domain.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
We’ve successfully deactivated and unlinked your old domain vehiclerepairwatford.uk from the license.
For the future, if you ever need to deactivate a domain yourself, you can do it easily by following this quick guide: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/installation-and-activation/license-key-deactivation
If you have other questions — feel free to contact us!
Best regards,
Please check support ticket #Z106010. There are some issues.
Thanx
Hey hi, On the pricing plan options from the admin side when i put the numbers of how many images or slots dealers can list or upload on their account it’s not marching eg if i put 10 images upload on the admin side but on the dealers side it only allows them 5 images to upload. what could be the problem?
Second problem And when i add some new car features on the admin side also, they are not showing on the dealers side when they are uploading their cars
Hello there!
Thanks for reaching out!
First, please make sure you’re using the latest version of the Motors theme and all its bundled plugins. Then, try deactivating all third-party plugins (except Motors-related ones), clear your server cache, and test again to rule out conflicts. Additionally, please ensure that you are testing via account with STM Dealer
If the issues still persist, we couldn’t reproduce them on our test environment, so it seems specific to your site’s setup. In that case, our support team will need to check directly on your site. Please open a ticket through the Support button below provide your site URL, admin access details, and mention these two cases. They’ll take a look and help fix it quickly.
Let me know how it goes!
Best regards,
Hi there!
We are currently using your theme for our car rental business and have a technical question regarding inventory management.
Our vehicles are also listed on 3rd party platforms (like Booking.com and Trip.com). To avoid double bookings, we need to reflect those external reservations in our website’s availability calendar.
Could you please advise on the following:
Manual Bookings: Is there a built-in way for our staff to manually create a booking in the backend to “block out” dates without requiring an online payment or credit card transaction?
External Sync: What is your recommended approach for syncing the theme’s availability with external OTAs to ensure the automated stock allocation remains accurate?
We have a developer on hand to assist with the implementation, so any technical documentation or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
Hello there!
Thanks for reaching out!
At the moment, the only built-in way to block dates manually is to create a booking through the frontend as a regular user. After that, in the WordPress admin panel – WooCommerce – Orders, you’ll need to manually change the booking status to “Completed” so the dates stay blocked in the availability calendar. There isn’t a direct backend “manual block” option without going through the frontend flow.
Unfortunately, we don’t have native integrations or automatic sync with OTAs like Booking.com or Trip.com, that would require custom development to pull reservations and update availability in real time. We don’t have technical documentation for this yet, and our standard support doesn’t cover customizations.
If you’re interested, our developers can handle the custom sync/integration for you. Just drop an email to hello@stylemix.net with more details about your setup and what exactly you’d like to achieve.
Let me know if that sounds good or if there’s anything else we can help with in the meantime!
Best regards,
Thank you for your reply. We’ll look into the custom development.
Regarding the order stages: at which point is an order actually booked out on the system — only once it’s completed, or as soon as it’s processed/synced into WooCommerce?
We’ve also noticed that failed orders are being booked out as well, which is not ideal. Could you please confirm:
• What status(es) trigger the booking out process, and
• Whether failed/declined payments can be excluded from being booked automatically (or reversed if they were booked)?
A vehicle is actually booked out the moment an order is created in WooCommerce. This happens right away to make sure two people don’t try to book the same car at the exact same time while they’re still at the checkout.
Regarding the failed orders, you can actually control how long the system “holds” the car for an unpaid order. In your WooCommerce settings, there’s an option to set a specific timeframe for unpaid orders—if the payment isn’t completed within that time, the order is automatically cancelled, and the vehicle becomes available for rent again.
It works the same way for any manually cancelled orders too—as soon as the order status changes to “Cancelled” or “Failed,” the booking is reversed and the car is released back into the system. This should help keep your inventory accurate without you having to go in and fix it manually every time.
Let me know if that makes sense or if you need help finding that setting!
Best regards,
Hi , I want to purchase Motors theme after i had a bad experience and service from another theme provider, I need to find out the wp all import with the xml and csv is that for the whole website or can it be just for dealer profiles where the one dealer import their stock it doesnt affect the other dealers, and do you have a cron job setting on it asswell to tun several times a day to keep the clients stock update to the public, Thanks in advance
Hello there!
Thank you so much for considering Motors after your previous experience. We’re really grateful and happy to help you make the right choice.
The WP All Import integration is available only for the site admin, it allows bulk importing listings for the entire website. Dealers cannot use it themselves; they can only add and manage their stock manually through the frontend panel.
In the paid WP All Import plugin, there is a scheduling feature that lets you set automatic updates several times a day to keep stock fresh and public. For exact details on how to set up the schedule, it’s best to check with the WP All Import team/authors directly, as it’s their plugin functionality.
If you have any other questions about Motors setup, dealer features, or anything else — just let me know, we’re here to make sure everything works smoothly for you!
Best regards,
Hello,
Could you please look into ticket Z105720? It’s quite urgent and hasn’t received a response.
Thank you
Hello, The answer given doesn’t address my problem at all… since the update, wpbakery no longer automatically uses the default template. new ticket… #Z105833 Thanks
Sorry the previous answer didn’t hit the mark. Thank you for opening the new ticket #Z105833 and for your patience.
Tickets are handled in the order they come in, usually within 2 business days, and most often our agents reply the same day. During peak business periods there can be small delays, and since we’re in different time zones, responses might take a few extra hours depending on when the ticket arrives.
Could you please check the latest reply in your ticket and reply there with more details? It would be super helpful if you could explain exactly what stopped working after the update and attach screenshots showing the issue on the frontend/backend, that way our agent can jump straight into fixing it.
Thanks so much — we’ll get this sorted for you quickly!
Best regards,
Hi, is it possible to make online payments to book?
Hello there!
Thank you for your question!
Yes, if you’re using one of our Rental demo layouts, users can absolutely pay for reservations online. You just need to set up your preferred payment gateways directly in WooCommerce settings, the theme handles payments through WooCommerce checkout.
Let me know if you have more questions!
Best regards,
You can pay for the reservation online?
Hello there!
Yes, online payments for reservations are fully supported in our Rental demos.
Users can pay directly on the checkout page via WooCommerce. You’ll just need to configure your payment methods in WooCommerce settings.
If you’re referring to a specific demo/layout, feel free to share more details so I can confirm exactly how it works on your site!
Please contact us if you have additional questions.
Best regards,
Hello dear Support_StylemixThemes Every new update gives a critical WordPress error. I’m tired of reinstalling the theme over and over; this is the tenth installation, and it doesn’t inspire any confidence, and I’m at the point of giving up. Please completely eliminate the update problems. Start with that. Thanks
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
I’m really sorry to hear you’re going through this frustration. We definitely want to help fix this for good.
To start resolving it properly, could you please share more details about the exact errors you’re seeing? (The full error message from the screen, or from your site’s error log / debug log if possible, even a screenshot would be super helpful.)
Also, have you already opened a support ticket with our team about these update issues? If yes, could you share the ticket ID(s)?
We’re here to get this sorted, please don’t give up just yet, let’s figure it out together.
Best regards,
I’m sorry, I reinstalled the theme. Hopefully this will be the last time.
If any issues come up again, please don’t struggle with it on your own. Just reach out to our support team, they’ll check your setup, logs, and everything needed to find and fix the root cause quickly so you won’t have to reinstall anymore.
Best regards,
Hello, good day.
When trying to update the STM Motors Extends plugin, WordPress stops working and shows the following error:
An E_ERROR has occurred on line 311 of the file /home/santaluciamotors/public_html/wp-content/plugins/stm-motors-extends/stm-post-type/stm-post-type.php.

This is another message that it shows me.
WordPress reported a fatal error caused by the STM Motors Extends plugin (version 2.6.4). The specific error is a call to an undefined method (getUsers()) in the file stm-post-type.php.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Please check if you have the separate STM Post Types plugin installed and activated. If yes, deactivate it completely, then try to access the dashboard or update the STM Motors Extends plugin again.
If deactivating STM Post Types solves the problem, let me know the result.
Best regards,
Thank you, indeed, disabling the STM Post Types plugin allowed the STM Motors Extends plugin to be installed and updated successfully.
Great! Thank you for letting me know.
Please contact us if you have additional questions.
Best regards,
We have multiple websites of same brand with slight design changes fo different regions, same license will work?
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
If your websites are on subdomains or subfolders, then yes, one license will cover all of them.
But if they are on separate top-level domains, then according to Envato’s licensing policy each domain requires its own separate license.
You can read more information about it here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/general/theme-license
Let me know if you have more questions.
Best regards,
the vehicle selection filter has 3 hierarchy filters make, model and year, does it support more hierarchy fields as part depending on year or we can have only 3 hierarchy based filters?
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
the Motors theme settings do allow configuring more than three hierarchy levels for the vehicle selection filter. The theme supports adding additional hierarchy fields, so you can create deeper levels, depending on how you set up your listing types and custom fields.
That said, we haven’t tested such deep hierarchies in real projects ourselves, because the most common and widely used setup for vehicle listings is exactly the two-level one: Make → Model.
The best way to see if it works perfectly for your case is to try it directly in our backend demo. You can create/edit listing types, add custom fields, and build your own hierarchy right there: https://stylemixthemes.com/motors/free-trial-demos/
If you run into any unexpected behavior while testing, just let me know what happens — happy to help figure it out or suggest the best way to structure it.
Best regards,
