I’ve just updated the theme and elementor to the last versions. The main slider component and Rooms slider stop working. I’ve seen a comment saying that it was fixed(25 days ago). But I guess the problem is not yet fully resolved. Do you plan to fix it soon? I have two registered licences for this theme, but they are expired.. So I can’t open a ticket..

My versions are the latest Nuss Theme and Uxper Booking plugin (1.3.8) and Elementor (3.32.5). I have a multisite config using nuss child theme with a change on the single_room form. I’ve cleared all cache and the problem persists on the main slider and rooms slider.

Booking multiple rooms for multiple guests at once does not work as intended.
For example, if I have 3 adults and want to book 2 rooms which can have maximum 2 adults each, the booking widget on individual room page only lets me select up to 2 adults. This is wrong. I have 3 adults for 4 rooms, but the maximum number of people on checkout is clearly lazily capped by room max instead of room max * no. of rooms.
I recommend changing add logic for calculating max persons by multiplying max person per room * no. of rooms.
Then you need to account for discounts/extra price per persons etcetc
Please explain if this is not a bug. I cannot recommend this theme with all the bugs it comes with.

It seems there’s a bit of a misunderstanding about how the booking logic works. The system is designed to handle the booking of one room type per checkout session. When you’re on the individual room detail page, the widget represents that specific room, so the number of guests you can select is intentionally limited by that room’s maximum capacity (e.g., 2 adults per room).
If you’d like to book multiple rooms for multiple guests, the process should be done from the search results or listing page, where you can select multiple rooms and quantities. The widget on the single-room page isn’t meant to handle multiple-room logic or group capacity calculations.
That’s why the maximum number of guests isn’t multiplied by the number of rooms — it’s calculated per room, not per booking batch. This isn’t a bug, but rather how most booking systems are structured to prevent overbooking and to ensure that pricing, discounts, and extra-person charges are applied correctly on a per-room basis.

1) why would individual room booking widget act differently from the supposed same widget when i search multiple rooms
2) even if its meant to be the case, if its meant for single room booking why am i allowed to increase the number of rooms?
3) you can charge extra person for room booking, but it does not take into account number of rooms. This cant possibly be an intended feature -> If i want to book 2 rooms for 4 guests, where extra guest for each room is charged extra, the booking system doesnt allow this.
When I book 2 rooms for 4 guests at once, it charges for extra.3 guests, instead of 2 in total

The theme is built to support WooCommerce-based payment methods. If Viva Wallet provides a WooCommerce-compatible payment gateway plugin, then it can be added and used without any issues. In that case, customers will be able to complete bookings using Viva Wallet through the standard WooCommerce flow.
At this time, we do not offer native integration with Viva Wallet, but we’re always exploring ways to improve compatibility in future updates. We’ll certainly take your suggestion into consideration.

I am experiencing serious issues with the booking system of this theme:
The Reservations admin page returns a “Page not found” error, making it impossible to view or manage reservations from the backend.
The room calendar also shows all dates as booked until January 2026, even though there are no such long-term bookings on Airbnb (the iCal sync is active).
I have already updated both the theme and plugins to the latest versions, restored older backups, checked permalinks, but the issue persists.

We use WP Mail SMTP, test messages work fine, and the website form via Contact Form 7 also works. Uxper Booking is up to date. 1. Please make sure you have updated the theme and the Uxper Booking plugin to the latest version. In Reservations => Ical Sync, you will see the .ics file URL for each room used to sync with Airbnb — you won’t need to download it manually for syncing.

Memcached is properly installed.
