Hi, pre-sales question. Do i need to buy this plugin: https://stylemixthemes.com/wordpress-lms-plugin/ to make this theme work? Browsing your demo, several features mention that the feature (like drip content or zoom conference) are “premium and is available only in the Pro version of the plugin.” It’s required to buy this plugin too?
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
No, you do not need to purchase the plugin separately to make the theme work. When you purchase the MasterStudy Theme, it already includes the MasterStudy LMS Pro plugin, which provides the core LMS functionality needed to build and manage courses.
However, you may notice that some features in the demo are labeled “Premium” or “Pro version.” These typically refer to the Pro Plus version of the LMS plugin, which is an optional upgrade that includes additional advanced features and add-ons
So in summary:
✅ MasterStudy Theme purchase → includes the MasterStudy LMS Pro plugin (enough to run a full LMS site). ❌ No additional purchase is required to make the theme functional. ⭐ Pro Plus plugin → optional upgrade if you need extra advanced features.
You can start building and selling courses with the theme right away, and later upgrade only if you need those additional capabilities.
Kind regards
PRE Buy Query:- is it possible to import and export courses from already existing masterstudy theme and import it to another website with same masterstudy theme? will data be loss or all data will be properly exported kindly let me know if this is possible with your theme.
Awaiting your reply
Hello,
Yes, it is possible to export and import courses when using the same MasterStudy theme on another website.
You can use the standard WordPress export/import tool to transfer your course content from one site to another. This will export the course data (such as lessons, curriculum structure, and related content) and allow you to import it into the new website.
However, please note a few important points:
Both websites should be using the same MasterStudy theme and LMS plugin version to avoid compatibility issues.
Media files (images, videos hosted in the media library) should be selected during import to ensure they are transferred.
Some plugin settings or custom configurations may need to be reconfigured manually after the import.
In most cases, the course data itself will be transferred properly without data loss when using the standard WordPress export/import process.
Kind regards
We are having an issue with our Courses page, specifically with regards to translations of it.
Under MasterstudyLMS Settings->Courses, under the “Courses Page” option, we have our Courses page selected, namely https://campfirecreatives.org/courses/
That page is an Elementor page, and is not influenced by the settings in Settings -> Courses which I assume is on purpose. If nothing is made on the page, it auto-populates itself (much like an archive page). So in there if I say I want to see 24 Course per page, I would see that. But, because we’ve edited with Elementor and placed in our own design, we see that instead, and we do not see whatever would normally be auto-created, and thus affected by, the Settings -> Courses options.
If that is what should be the case, that looks fine in English.
Where we have an issue is translated pages. So for example: https://campfirecreatives.org/fr/cours/
https://campfirecreatives.org/fr/cours/ is a page created by WPML when we translated the page https://campfirecreatives.org/courses/On this translated page, we see the Elementor version (as with the English), and any strings that are translated we see those strings translated. So for example the “Load More” button is translated to “Charger Plus” automatically. While I do have an issue with this already (it shows both English and French Courses for some reason) – my main issue is what follows.
Underneath the parts created with Elementor on the original English page, we seem to be getting some sort of Archive page as well. So we essentially see the pretty Elementor part, and a broken archive-like section. Namely, I believe we are getting the sections/page that MasterstudyLMS Settings->Courses tries to create. Using the same example, if I change the the value for “Course per page”, from 24 to 18 – we see that reflected on the strange archive-like elements on the French page (not on the English, because we don’t see this strange broken part on the English version).
Can you provide any suggestions for how to move forward? This seems like some sort of bug between WPML translated pages and MasterstudyLMS Settings->Courses but it might be something else.
All plugins, themes, and caches have been updated and flushed respectively. WPML is set up correctly has far as we can tell, and this is the only issue we currently see. There are no custom CSS applied, unless using Elementor to design the page counts.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
It’s really hard for me to say exactly what’s going wrong without being able to see your site’s backend settings and how WPML is specifically configured for those pages.
The best way to move forward is to get in touch with our support team directly. They’ll need to take a closer look at your setup and your WPML configuration to identify the root cause and help you get those sections cleaned up.
Once they can see the live environment, they should be able to figure out why that extra content is appearing!
Best regards,
Hi dear, I bought the theme, now I want to duplicate a course, with all the features inside, but I can not find the way to do that. It only duplicates the “cover” not the content, Is there any plugin or something you provide to do that? Thanks.
Hi there, I’ve tried this plugin, but it only works for pages. What I actually need is to duplicate a complete course into MasterStudy, including all existing content, features, quizzes, and videos.
Is there a way to do this? If it requires an additional plugin, could you please let me know which one?
Thank you in advance.
Сurrently, there is no built-in option or specific tested plugin that allows you to fully duplicate an entire course . However, this is a highly requested feature, and I strongly encourage you to vote for it on our roadmap here: https://stylemixthemes.cnflx.io/boards/masterstudy-lms/24301 , as our product managers prioritize new developments based on its popularity.
As an alternative, if you need this functionality implemented immediately, you can contact our Digital Agency by clicking the ‘Hire Us’ button below, and they can build this feature for you as a paid custom development service.
Best regards,
Users can’t access the site from mobile but can access it from the web. What’s the problem?
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
First, please make sure you’re using the latest version of the theme and all its plugins.
In most cases, this kind of issues comes from third-party plugins, especially cache plugins, optimization tools, or security plugins.
Try deactivating all third-party plugins temporarily, clear your server cache (and any caching/CDN like Cloudflare), then check if the site loads on mobile.
If the problem still remains after that, please open a ticket with our support team — they will investigate it closer.
Thanks for your patience!
Best regards,
Hello,
Previously, I always had an option in the post edit screen to show or hide the blog title.
However, I can no longer find this option in the page/post edit settings. It used to appear at the bottom of the post editor, but now it seems to be missing.
Could you please advise why this option is no longer available and how I can restore it?
Thank you
Hello, I need an instructor available 24/7. The student must have paid in advance and, during the course, must answer students’ questions. Note: The course is available online for individual purchase. I read that you have the option of Zoom conferences; I’m not sure if this option meets my needs. thank you!
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
MasterStudy doesn’t have built-in 24/7 instructor availability or live individual tutoring by default, as it’s mainly designed for self-paced online courses available for individual purchase.
That said, you can create private (hidden) courses and manually enroll paid students: just set the course visibility to Private in the course settings. Here’s a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/cYYRfijpXkIB
Inside each course, students can ask questions anytime through the built-in Discussion / Q&A section on lessons (instructor answers manually when available): https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/lms-settings/course-player#lesson-q-and-a-management Zoom integration exists for live group sessions, but it’s not suited for 24/7 individual support.
If this doesn’t quite match what you need, could you please describe in more detail how you envision the functionality working? We’ll see if there’s a good workaround or custom approach.
Happy to help further!
Best regards,
Fatal error in Pro Subscriptions – stm_lms_subscriptions_table_name() undefined
I’m experiencing a fatal error on the student dashboard when MasterStudy tries to load enrolled courses. The issue is coming from the Pro “Subscriptions” code.
Environment details:
Theme: MasterStudy Education WordPress Theme 4.8.126
Free plugin: MasterStudy LMS WordPress Plugin – for Online Courses and Education 3.7.15
Pro plugin: MasterStudy LMS – Online Courses, eLearning PRO Plus 4.8.9
WPML is installed, but the error is a pure PHP fatal, not a translation issue.
Relevant error from debug.log:
text PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function MasterStudy\Lms\Pro\AddonsPlus\Subscriptions\Repositories\stm_lms_subscriptions_table_name() in /wp-content/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system-pro/addons-plus/Subscriptions/Repositories/SubscriptionRepository.php:13
Stack trace: #0 /wp-content/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system-pro/addons-plus/Subscriptions/Repositories/SubscriptionRepository.php(108): MasterStudy\Lms\Pro\AddonsPlus\Subscriptions\Repositories\SubscriptionRepository->table_name() #1 /wp-content/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system-pro/addons-plus/Subscriptions/Services/CourseService.php(232): MasterStudy\Lms\Pro\AddonsPlus\Subscriptions\Repositories\SubscriptionRepository->get_active_subscriptions_by_user(…) #2 /wp-content/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system/… (loading student dashboard / enrolled courses) Notes:
The Subscriptions add‑on/module is not enabled in the LMS UI, but the Subscriptions SubscriptionRepository class is still being instantiated for the student dashboard request.
In my installed Pro build, there is no globally available stm_lms_subscriptions_table_name() function matching that namespaced call, so every hit to the dashboard causes a fatal and the page never renders.
Temporary workaround I applied:
In addons-plus/Subscriptions/Repositories/SubscriptionRepository.php I wrapped the table name call with a function_exists() guard and introduced a safe wrapper method:
php protected function table_name(): string { if ( function_exists( ‘stm_lms_subscriptions_table_name’ ) ) { return stm_lms_subscriptions_table_name( $this->db ); } // Helper missing – avoid fatal, treat as “no table”. return ’’; } Then, in all methods that use $this->table_name(), I bail out safely if the table name is empty (returning null, false, or an empty array as appropriate), so the dashboard loads and simply behaves as if there are no active subscriptions instead of crashing.
Request:
Please confirm which file or module is supposed to define stm_lms_subscriptions_table_name( $wpdb ) in the current Pro / Addons Plus stack, and whether it’s missing from 4.8.9 or loaded too late.
Ideally, ship an update that:
Ensures the stm_lms_subscriptions_table_name() helper is always defined before SubscriptionRepository is used, or
Applies equivalent guards in your own code so missing helpers don’t cause a fatal on front‑end dashboard pages.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
We’ve already identified and fixed this issue. The fix is currently in final testing and will be included in the next update very soon.
In the meantime, if you need the corrected files right away to keep your site running smoothly, please contact our team directly through the form here: https://themeforest.net/user/stylemixthemes .
Otherwise, hang tight for the official update.
Thanks again for your patience and detailed feedback!
Best regards,
I will like to ask a pre purchased question:
There is a scorm zip file: I use the demo theme, but i get error importing. it does not even work. Now i am scared if i purchase the original theme it may not work.
Please test your theme support scorm from https://course-source.com/course/Coaching-Mentoring/78100
You need to let me know if it is possible before i purchase.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Could you please clarify what the error message you see when trying to import?
Also, did you add all the necessary file extensions from the SCORM archive to the allowed upload types in the addon settings, as explained here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/masterstudy-lms-pro-addons/masterstudy-theme-manual-scorm ?
If you already did that and it still fails, please send us your SCORM zip file via the contact form here: https://themeforest.net/user/stylemixthemes
We’ll test it immediately on the full Pro setup and confirm compatibility right away so you can buy with confidence.
Best regards,
Above is the scorm please test it if it will work so i will go ahead to purchase the theme if it works.
Waiting for your response so we can purchase. I provided you with the SCORM zip file already.
It is important you let us know if this can work so we can procceed with purchase.
Hello there!
Thank you for sending the SCORM zip file.
The import fails because the file structure doesn’t match a standard SCORM package. Here’s an example of a working standard SCORM zip for reference: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1trVW8THypsrgmgjoiPJFTHuIjEs8DqT_/view?usp=sharing
You can download and test importing this one, it should work fine.
Let me know if you need help fixing the structure or have more questions — we’re ready whenever you’re set to proceed with the purchase!
Best regards,
Sorry for commenting, and my support is already expired long time ago.. Could you help me to choose? I visited your website and I see 2 masterstudy products.. One is the plugin ($249) one-time and the other one is Masterstudy template ($79) lifetime… are these two different and can be combined to my website that has already Masterstudy but bought here in Envato?
Please help… is there ANY difference between buying Masterstudy Plugin / Template from your website and here in Envato? I will buy if there’s a huge difference.
Hello there!
Thank you for asking, I’m happy to help you choose the right option.
We have three different MasterStudy products, and they serve different purposes.
The MasterStudy Theme you bought on Envato is a complete WordPress theme. It already includes built-in basic LMS functionality, 16 pre-built demo layouts, all necessary bundled plugins for the site to work properly, and the MasterStudy LMS Pro plugin inside it that powers the LMS part (courses, lessons, quizzes, payments, certificates, etc.). This is a full all-in-one solution for building an educational platform.
The MasterStudy LMS Pro Plus plugin is a separate, more powerful standalone plugin. It includes everything from the regular Pro version that comes with the theme, plus exclusive premium add-ons such as AI Lab (for AI generating course content), Native Subscriptions & Memberships, Social Login and much more. Importantly, all future new features and improvements will be added only to the Pro Plus version.
The MasterStudy Templates are just pre-designed visual templates (page layouts and designs). They do not include any LMS functionality at all. They are purely for design and would require a separate LMS plugin to turn them into a learning platform.
Since you already own the MasterStudy Theme from Envato, you have the complete working LMS system with beautiful demos. You do not need to buy the Templates, they won’t add any LMS features and are not necessary for your current setup.
However, if you want the most advanced LMS experience (all the premium add-ons + future updates), you can upgrade to MasterStudy LMS Pro Plus. The theme and Pro Plus plugin combine perfectly.
We have a special offer for Envato theme owners that lets you get Pro Plus. You can check the details and your eligibility here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/masterstudy-pro-plus/upgrade-to-pro-plus-for-freeLet me know what you have any more questions. We will be happy to assist.
Best regards,
Can I use this for private tutors, so they may want to livestream private one to one sessions with different students? They may charge per session. Can this be done?
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
MasterStudy LMS is primarily designed for structured courses and is not built for private one-to-one tutoring sessions with live streaming and per-session charging out of the box.
That said, you can vote for this feature and leave a detailed description of how you’d like it to work here: https://stylemixthemes.cnflx.io/boards/masterstudy-lms The more votes and detailed feedback a suggestion gets, the higher priority it receives from our product team, so feel free to post your use-case there and encourage other users to vote as well.If you have any other questions, just let me know.
Best regards,
I have purchased the Masterstudy theme from Envato, and I’m facing an issue while importing the demo content.
During the demo import process, I consistently receive the following error:
“Error occurred: 524 – error!”
I’ve already verified that all server requirements, theme settings, and configurations meet the recommended specifications, but the issue persists and the demo content cannot be imported.
I have also created support ticket #Z104942 2 days back but there is no updates on it. Please check and revert back ASAP.
Hello there!
Thank you for your message and for providing the ticket number. I checked your site and the demo import has actually completed successfully. The content is displaying correctly on the frontend.
The “Error occurred: 524 – error!” message means the server (or a proxy like Cloudflare) did not respond within the allowed time limit during the import process. This is not a problem with the theme itself.
If you are using Cloudflare, please try temporarily disabling it or switching to Development Mode before running the import again. If Cloudflare is not enabled, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check to make sure nothing is blocking the import on their side.
Also, we strongly recommend against re-importing demo content without first resetting the site complete.
If you try the Cloudflare/hosting steps above and still see the issue, please reply here with the outcome or any new error message and I’ll help speed things up.
Thank you for your patience!
Best regards,
Hi there! We’re using the theme on latest version on studententarife.org, but the slider does not look right – it sometimes hides the menu, often does not have the full width. The current version of Slider Revolution included in the theme and installed is 6.7.37, but there’s 6.7.40 already from the authors. Not sure if that would fix it, but would be great if you would publish it.
There appears a log in the console in /wp-content/themes/masterstudy/assets/js/custom.js?ver=4.8.135 connected to the Slider Revolution height calculation, so I would think the theme and Slider don’t work together as supposed to in this version?
Thanks for looking into this!
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out!
All the plugins, which are not free, come under our Extended License for these plugins, so you do not need to pay for these plugins’ licenses to use them or extend your license through ThemeForest.
Slider Revolution comes with our extended license. Therefore, the plugin can only be updated after the theme update as we include new versions of the plugin in the theme package.
If a newer version of the plugin is not included in the new version of the theme, its compatibility was not checked with the theme completely.
The new version of the Slider Revolution will be included in upcoming theme updates after checking. If you want to be able to auto-update them from wp-admin, you will need to buy your own personal license for that. Or you can contact our support team. They will send you a new version of the plugin.
Best regards,
Thanks for your quick reply, I’m aware of all of that. That’s why I’m asking you to publish a new version of the theme, bundled with the newest version of the plugin.
It would also be great if you’d have a look at our home page slider, to make sure with the newest version of theme & plugin the home slider will work again and not produce the same size-calculation errors
Thanks!
Currently, the only immediate solution I can offer is for you to contact our support team directly. They can provide you with the file for the newest version of Slider Revolution separately, which you can then install and test on a staging environment to ensure it fixes the vulnerability and the size calculation errors on your homepage before the official theme update is released.

Subject: Header layout issue at default browser zoom (100%)
Description: There is a layout issue affecting the default header of the MasterStudy theme when the website is viewed at the standard browser zoom level (100%). At this zoom level, multiple header elements overlap, including the navigation menu, the “Become an Instructor” link, the search element, and the login/register buttons.
The issue does not occur when the browser zoom is reduced to 90%, which indicates that the header layout is not properly responsive at the default scale. This behavior is especially noticeable when using Arabic (RTL) text, where longer menu labels require additional horizontal space.
The problem is not related to typography settings, font sizes, or caching, but appears to be caused by fixed-width elements and insufficient responsive handling (CSS/Flexbox behavior) within the header structure.
Impact: The header appears visually broken on desktop screens, negatively affecting usability and the professional appearance of the website.
Expected behavior: Header elements should remain properly aligned and non-overlapping at 100% browser zoom across common desktop resolutions, with appropriate responsive handling for RTL languages.
Hello there,
Thank you for the detailed report regarding the header layout issue.
To ensure we completely understand the problem and are looking at the exact same behavior you are experiencing, could you please provide screenshots showing the incorrect display and overlapping elements at 100% zoom? Having visual examples from your specific setup will help us identify the root cause much faster.
Best regards,
Hello there,
Thank you for your reply.
As requested, I have provided screenshots showing the incorrect display and overlapping elements at 100% zoom. You can view them using the following link:
https://imgur.com/a/W1XrVlqPlease let me know if you need any additional information or further details from my side.
Best regards
Thank you for providing the screenshots. This is indeed a very strange case. Since we cannot reproduce this behavior on our end, we need to investigate your website’s environment directly. Please contact us via the feedback form on our profile page at https://themeforest.net/user/stylemixthemes . In your request, be sure to include a detailed description of the problem along with the screenshots and your WordPress admin access credentials so our team can examine the issue properly.

Hello Support Team,
I have an issue: when I set the institution’s price, it does not appear on the front page. Is there a solution to this problem?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you so much for your clear explanation! I really appreciate you taking the time to clarify how the Enterprise Price works. Your help makes things much easier to understand.
Hello MasterStudy team,
I hope you’re doing well.
I previously purchased MasterStudy for www.saveeartheducation.com , but that site is now inactive. Four months ago I asked you’ll to use the same license for my new site www.saveearthchain.com which you’ll happily transferred licensing to.
Could you please help me with:
Deactivating the license tied to www.saveearthchain.com
Transferring or re-assigning that license to the new domain which is: www.kuanela.com
Any steps I must follow from my end (purchase code, account info, etc.)
Thank you for your support. I look forward to your guidance so I can get everything running on the new site.
Best regards
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
I have checked our records but could not find the mentioned domain linked to any MasterStudy license. However, I did notice that this domain is currently attached to a license for another one of our themes, Crypterio. Unfortunately, we cannot deactivate a domain from a Crypterio license on our end, especially since the theme is installed on a live site. If you wish to unlink the domain from the Crypterio theme, you will need to generate a new Envato Token in your Envato account settings; this action will automatically deactivate all domains connected to the old token, freeing up the license.
Best regards,
Hello, I tried to create a ticket unsuccessfully… My issue is that : Students can’t play lesson videos from my vimeo account. On vimeo the courses are unlisted. As unlisted the url looks like https://vimeo.com/VIDEO-ID/HASH. When I look closely the theme keeps only https://vimeo.com/VIDEO-ID/ without the hash with order controls as parameters. Without the Hash vimeo will not authorize the video to play even though my domain is whitelisted.
How may you help me please.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
This issue requires individual investigation directly on your website using your specific video links to identify why the hash parameter is being stripped. However, only our support team can perform this check. I am not entirely sure what specific difficulty you encountered while trying to create a ticket, but it appears that your support period may have expired, which restricts access to the ticket system. To proceed, please renew your support service by following the instructions here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/general/how-to-get-support#how-do-i-renew-or-extend-my-support , and then you will be able to open a ticket for our team to resolve this for you.
Best regards,
Currently, the STM plugin being enabled on the site results in some, but not all, Courses to display a 503 error. Caching isn’t at fault and renaming URLs, resetting permalinks, or disabling other plugins, doesn’t fix it. Specific Lessons, Sections, Quizzes, or Assignments don’t cause it. It seems like server issue, but we can’t seem to find the common thread. Everything is up to date. All requirements are met regarding the background setup. Only enabling the STM plugin results in the issue. It doesn’t affect all Courses, but not a single one either. For now we have to run the site without the STM plugin enabled in order for users to get to their Courses.
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching us out!
I have checked your website configuration and noticed that you are currently running an outdated version of the theme. Therefore, I strongly recommend that you first create a full backup of your website and then proceed to update both the theme and all its associated plugins to their absolute latest versions. Once the update is complete, please try disabling all third-party plugins one more time to verify if the issue persists with the new code base.
Please let me know how it goes after taking these steps.
Best regards,
Our site is up to date, and all plugins are up to date. And, as said initially, disabling other plugins doesn’t fix it. The issue is with the STM plugin
Thank you for informing.
Kindly please contact our team via the contact form on our page here https://themeforest.net/user/stylemixthemes . Please decribe the issue with attaching screenshots and steps that you made for troubleshooting. Additionally it will be helpful if you share your wp-admin credentials, so the team can investigate the case on your site directly.
Best regards,
I am experiencing a critical performance issue that prevents the Elementor editor from loading. After a deep dive into the logs, I have identified the root cause in the following file: plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system/_core/includes/elementor/widgets/deprecated/stm_lms_featured_teacher.php
The Problem: On line (95-105), the code uses get_users() to fetch all users from the database without any pagination or role filtering. It then iterates through every user to check \STM_LMS_Instructor::is_instructor($user_id).
On my website, there are 57,000+ users. Fetching and looping through 57,000 user objects during the Elementor initialization process causes a memory exhaustion error and PHP timeouts, making the editor unusable.
Hello there,
Thank you very much for your detailed report. We have immediately forwarded it to our development team for review.
The performance issue you are experiencing is occurring because your site is utilizing the deprecated ‘Featured Teacher’ widget, which indeed processes user data inefficiently at that scale. As a quick and effective temporary solution, we strongly recommend replacing this deprecated widget with the ‘Courses’ widget and setting its display type to ‘Featured Teacher’ as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/uyU3GqpkCulG , which should resolve the loading issue.
Please let me know if you have more questions.
Best regards,
Hi,
Thank you for your response, but I believe there is a misunderstanding regarding how this bug affects the system.
I am not actually using the ‘Featured Teacher’ widget on my pages. The problem is that the Elementor Editor fails to load (stuck on the loading screen) for any page, even blank ones.
The reason is that during the Elementor Editor initialization process, all registered widgets (including deprecated ones) are loaded into the backend. The code in stm_lms_featured_teacher.php runs as soon as the Elementor editor starts to build its widget panel. Because it tries to fetch 57,000 users at that moment, the server hits the memory limit or execution timeout before the editor can even open.
Simply not using the widget on a page does not solve the problem, as the file is still active in the plugin’s core. The only way I could fix the Elementor loading issue was to manually delete or comment out the problematic code in your plugin files.
Please ask the development team to add a proper role filter or a limit to the get_users query in that deprecated file to prevent it from crashing large-scale WordPress sites during the Elementor init process.
Thank you for taking the time to explain this in detail, and I’m sorry for the confusion earlier.I appreciate you clarifying how this is affecting your setup.
I’ve also taken a closer look at your site, and I noticed that it’s currently running a very old version of the theme, along with correspondingly old plugin versions: https://prnt.sc/7cMozOdkQDeJ
Most likely, this is a key factor in what you’re experiencing. Over time, both the theme and bundled plugins have gone through significant changes, including performance improvements and adjustments around deprecated functionality. You can review what has been updated and included in newer versions here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/extra-materials/changelogThat said, I do want to be very clear: because your current version is quite old, I would not recommend updating directly to the latest version on the live site without testing. A lot of code has changed over time, and a sudden major update could introduce conflicts or breaking changes.
The safest next step would be to try updating the theme and related plugins on a staging or local environment first, and then check whether the Elementor loading issue persists there.
Please try this approach and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
Before buying, I see that there is a separate version of this with all the PRO features. What is the actual price to have all the features enabled? Absolutely all of them.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Yes, you are correct. We offer a separate product called MasterStudy LMS Pro Plus, which is sold independently and includes all the premium features. The price depends on the specific license type you choose, and you can view the full pricing details here: https://stylemixthemes.com/wordpress-lms-plugin/pricing/ .
If you are interested in the Theme itself, for example, because of its ready-made demo layouts, and also want to unlock all the premium features found in the Pro Plus plugin, combining both products is an excellent idea. Moreover, we have a special offer specifically for Theme users who wish to upgrade to the Pro Plus plugin, which you can learn more about here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/masterstudy-pro-plus/upgrade-to-pro-plus-for-free .
Please let me know if you have more questions.
Best regards,
