The reply is extremely broad, it’s really not something I am able to reply with other answer than “hiring a developer”, which I understand that may sound unpolite and is the opposite of my objective, but the goal is really broad and requires massive development of code and technical skills… so is not something you can do with a plugin solution… sorry
I’d like to know if this theme includes the WPBakery Maker plugin and license, and what other plugins it includes with licenses. I’d also like to know if this theme would be suitable for a music academy, DJ studio, or music producer. Can it be integrated with Google Classroom? Thank you very much.
It includes bundle license (we provide the updates and you don’t have direct access to AI features) anyhow, we have newer demos based on Elementor. Elementor Pro is not required.
Hello! It’s not the first time I resolve social issues. You are currently causing a lot of problems and pain to your customers who chose to support your theme and not others, when you are incorrectly not deregistering the old domain and allowing the use of the license in 1 domain.
All themes, even on Envato and Themeforest, provide this option. Even the biggest themes. I think you have got into a misunderstanding with the Envato support members.
You need to carefully review this, and find out that you are wrong. The misunderstanding comes from the wording and point of view of the framing of the issue. And you basically got into a misunderstanding with the Envato support members.
To establish the facts: 1) Envato Themeforest theme license can be used for 1 DOMAIN. 2) If the user de-registers that domain, it is legit and accepted to be used in 1 DOMAIN, as long as it’s not registered in another domain and has been deregistered. This is the KEY of the issue. Many people are fighting for their life working on their site and project. You are causing much pain and trouble, doing this. Which all themes and BIGGEST themes on Envato do.
So now you have to fix the problem. And provide the option, as all themes in Envato do, except you (Kentha theme), to de-register the license of the website. So they can use it in a website or 1 domain. I believe this is simply a misunderstanding. But you SHOULD fix it as soon as possible. I have previously resolved social and community issues, and I steped on and gave my time because I care of this theme. It’s a good theme, but you are ruining the experience and causing a lot of problems to the life of people. Carefully review this, and fix the problem. That is what I would do if I was in charge of your business. As I think you are smart, I think you will get hands on to apply the solution. It’s easy, and check how other themes do it. I have reviewed this case and there is no other explanation. Fix it, say sorry, and continue with the amazing work. I will consider buying more licenses if you do it. As I also may need to change domain any time. I think of all the people. If you don’t apply the easy solution, that all themes do, to allow 1 domain use, I have other alternatives to replace you. But I prefer to not replace your theme. Think smart. Regards.
PS: I have reviewed this case fully (including the messages you quoted about the Envato support members, but as I have demonstrated, it was a misunderstanding) and investigated it deeply, and gave my life time and best effort doing it and writing the message and resolving the problem, so you can understand it. PS2: Not only I may need to change domain of the website, I am also thinking of starting several music projects that I could use this theme with. So I am willing to buy several more licenses of Kentha. If you solve the problem. If not, I will use other options and penalize you. I hope you honor my time and support we gave with our money, solving this painful problem for all of us. Thank you.
PS3: By the way, to even absolutely finish this misunderstanding, I am quoting directly from Envato: “In short, the answer is no; they can’t use the same license for a new domain. That would be considered license misuse. As you may know, our license terms are pretty straight forward; users can only use a license once per domain (1 license -1 domain).” There you have it, they can’t use the license for a new domain (ie: multiple domains), users can only use the license on 1 domain. That means if the person deregisters the license in a domain, they can use it in 1 DOMAIN. This is how Envato works, Themeforest works, and all themes here work (I have been here for over a decade, after 2010).

PS4: More over, when a person changes the domain of their website, webA to webB, it’s even basically the same website. They just change their domain. Because sometimes, it’s needed. Even more so, changing a web domain and the whole brand and marketing, logos, information, server, it’s not an easy task. It’s not something one does easily or takes the decision lightly. Hi Milton, correct, you can’t make a site on a new domain with the same license, that’s written in plain english in the license terms. That’s for all themes and software. Some authors may not enforce the policy simply because they don’t have the knowledge or infrastructure to handle licensing activation.
If you make a site on a new domain, in the same way as you pay for the new domain, you pay for the new license.
The KenthaTheme is having issues, some of which have been resolved. However, The Artist’s Bio, Videos, Soundcloud & Photos are having issues (not being revealed) in Chrome & Brave Browsers. Bio, Videos, Soundcloud are working on Safari. But Photos are not working on any browser I have used. Also, the music player on the HomePage is not working at all, not playing music. I sent an email over 5 hours ago. I didn’t get a confirmation email & haven’t heard any reply as yet.

Could it be that 1900 entries is the current maximum? If I want to add another entry, the last entry appears to be overwritten.

Hi Christian, the question is more specific to hosting than theme. There is no limit in the theme, please check it with the hosting provider.

Yes we would love to but Envato is investing the promo money elsewhere. A wp developer is 200€/hour if Envato doesn’t spend in ads, we can’t lose money to make new features, especially because with the licensing system of themeforest the updates are free forever so people pay the support only when they have a problem otherwise they don’t extend it.
The fact your support is expired an age ago is the proof.
It would be more rewarding to make products with some issue so people need support, unfortunately our themes work fine so people barely write us.

So today I have made additions to child functions.php to update the twitter icon to X logo with black.
Added a new post theme as full width.
Will be working on adding Instagram field for venues and add their feed on venue page and artist page.
We tried but the review process is too slow and ineffective, doing this costs more than the earnings.
ALL THE MAIN DEVELOPERS ARE ABLE TO HAVE A DOMAIN CHANGE SYSTEM.

Cost of a new license should be calculated in the cost of rebranding, in the same way as you have to purchase a new domain, since I think you don’t get a new domain for free, right? Nor logos, and all fo that stuff…

The customer services in this theme is awful, I had a problem and they send me to fried potatoes.
I bought the theme, and never use it… I never get to install it, and by the time I install it… it didnt get the purchase code, so I aske the team for help, and the dude started to argue with me… instead of helping. I was on his word that I used the theme already and I asked where? that he can show me where I istall it so he keep going talking shit and at the end he told me to buy another licence and they never respond backl. So the theme is cool, but its defenately a scam.

I installed it on another page thinking I could use it, but when the same guy—who I guess is the same dude—told me I had to buy another one, I was confused. I have the same problem as many users here, my website with this template changed the domain and now qantum does not want to reset to be able to register the new domain. They hide behind an Envato policy that doesn’t say that. It says that you can only have one final product, but gentlemen, I no longer have the other domain. So there is no final product.

Just recently switched back to your theme just to find out that it doesn’t seem to be updating with WooCommerce. kentha/woocommerce/single-product templates are outdated. They’re sitting at 3.0 to 4.3 while the updated versions are at 9. Is there a reason for this? And I understand your strict policy of no help without a support subscription. This is just a general question to find out why is there no update for this WooCommerce template that’s attached to the theme. I think it may be stopping me from updated my product images.
