Hi, I have three questions:

1) I added Login and Register buttons to the homepage, but they only appear on the desktop version. They’re not visible on tablet or mobile layouts. how can I fix this? tried right click & style reset with telementor editor on greyed out button but it will destroy all layout and fonts style. 2) The Cart button has disappeared and is greyed out. How can I restore it? 3) How can I make the logo bigger on the homepage? I’ve tried all available options, but it still appears small.

I am currently facing an issue activating the Porto theme license on my live website.

When I try to register the purchase code, I receive a message stating that the code has already been used on another site.

The situation is that I initially activated the theme on a local (offline) environment for development purposes. After completing the website, I moved it to the live domain: https://safecaremd.com

Now, I am unable to activate the license on the live site.

Additionally, I am also facing another issue: I cannot log in to the Porto support system, and when I try to reset my password, I do not receive any reset email. Because of this, I am unable to access my account to reset or unlink the purchase code from the previous domain.

So currently: - I cannot activate the license on the live website - I cannot log in to the support system - I cannot reset the purchase code

I kindly request your assistance to: - Reset or unlink the purchase code from the previous (localhost) domain, OR - Help me regain access to my support account so I can complete the reset myself

On the homepage and shop pages, variable products are only showing the price range, for example `€39.90 – €46.90`, but this does not clearly communicate that the product is discounted.

The issue is that the original crossed-out price and the discounted price only appear after entering the product page and selecting a size. This tends to confuse customers, because in the product listing they cannot clearly see the actual offer or understand which is the discounted price.

From a conversion point of view, this is important: many users click into the product expecting to clearly see the discount, but since it is not visible directly on the homepage or shop page, or since they have to interact to discover it, in many cases they end up abandoning the purchase.

I wanted to ask whether you know how this behaviour can be changed on the product card, and whether you could help me with this.

The idea would be that, before entering the product page, the user can already clearly see that the product is on sale. For example, by showing a “from” discounted price, the previous crossed-out price where applicable, or some visible indication that there are discounted variations.

What I need to know is whether this can be modified through any theme option, and whether you could tell me how to do it or help me implement it.

After a few years of not using the template, I’m trying to activate it but it won’t let me. I get a message that the template is on another site. Hello,

After updating to the latest version, WPBakery is no longer functioning properly. When editing pages, elements such as text blocks are no longer visible and therefore cannot be edited. I can still see the section blocks, but the elements within those sections are missing.

When I switch to the WordPress editor, I can see all the code, including the text that should appear in the text blocks. The frontend editor also no longer loads.

Additionally, it seems that many elements are no longer available in WPBakery Page Builder. For example, when I click the ”+” button to add content, there is no option to add a simple text block anymore.

I have tried rolling back to earlier versions of the theme via version control, as well as removing and reinstalling the WPBakery plugin. I also disabled all plugins and re-enabled them one by one to check for conflicts, but nothing resolved the issue.

What could be causing this problem?

That error on the developer console only appears when Porto Google Maps element is used. When I use Elementor’s Google Maps element, the page loads normally without any relevant error (see the bottom of https://www.forcegauge.co.kr ). I also already mentioned that “Please change the Google Map API Key.” message appears in Elementor edit screen: https://postimg.cc/CnfP3y7g

No, this is completely unacceptable. How is it possible that after purchasing a theme, linking it to a domain, and properly configuring it, your support cannot allow a client to unregister it and assign a new domain?

This is sheer madness. I’m extremely frustrated because it prevents me from using the theme while it sits dormant. You need to implement a mechanism that allows clients to manage their resources efficiently rather than leaving them powerless.

When trying to update the Porto theme, I receive the message:

Update failed: This code was already used in another site. One standard license is valid for only 1 website. Running multiple websites with a single license is a license violation according to Envato license terms. If this is a valid case, please reset your purchase codes through here or contact us with your site URL.

When I click the link to request a reset of the purchase codes, I receive an incorrect password message. When requesting a password reset, I don’t receive any email with a link.

I logged into ThemeForest, reset my password, and still can’t access it. I need to resolve this today.

1. You can enable Catalog Mode to completely remove the product price, or use the “Select roles to see product price” option available in the theme settings. This allows you to control which user roles can view product prices.

2. WooCommerce does not include this feature by default, but you can easily add it using a third-party plugin.

3. The Porto WordPress theme is fully compatible with Dokan and WCFM plugins, so you can easily use them on your website to enable multi-vendor functionality.
