I’m trying to limit the product gallery container height to a 4:5 aspect ratio with center crop on the single product page. I want the gallery container itself to have a max aspect ratio of 4:5, so if the image is taller than 4:5 it gets cropped from center, and if the image is shorter (like 1:1), the container should shrink automatically to match the image ratio.
I tried the following CSS in Theme Options > Custom CSS but it’s not working:

Could you please provide the correct CSS selector for the main gallery container to control its max height/ratio? I do not want to set a fixed pixel height — I want it to be ratio based and responsive.

On your Architecture example portfolio project, the project page lists the project details and attributes. However, I’m not seeing a place to enter or create attributes that you have in your example such as: Location; Project Component; Square Feet; Completion Date.
The XStore Portfolio Settings only allow the creation of “Portfolio Categories” but no place for attributes (like for Woocommerce Product Categories>Attributes).
The individual Project Page settings only lets me select a Porfolio Category via checkbox, but I’m not seeing a place where I can enter the product details like you have on your Architecture demo such as the Location etc.
Can you please tell me how to create the Project details like you have in the demo? Thanks

I have a problem with the header/menu on my mobile. It apears like on desktop and its all crumble up … it looks really bad. Wheneever I clear Cache (litespeed) the header/menu looks good on mobile but after a few minutes it goes back to the desktop version. it really bothers me.. and clients are complaining.

HI, there is this strange issue that appears almost twice or thirice a month. The products on the shop archive page, they automatically dissapear suddenly. and I have to manually flush the permalinks again to show them again. I am trying to achieve a consistent 4:5 (Portrait) aspect ratio for all product thumbnail containers. My goal is to have a fixed “window” (container) that maintains this 4:5 ratio regardless of the original image dimensions, using a “cover” effect so the image fills the box without distorting. The issue: When using the Elementor widget, I see options for custom dimensions, but setting them (e.g., 800×1000) either results in a 1:1 square or the container simply follows the original image ratio (no cropping/fixed box). My questions: 1. Is there a specific setting within the XStore Elementor Widget or the XStore Theme Options to force a fixed 4:5 container ratio for product archives? 2. If not, what is the “XStore way” to ensure all product images in the grid align to a 4:5 ratio without using custom CSS? Feature Request: If this is not currently a native toggle in the Elementor widget, please consider this a formal feature request. Many modern e-commerce stores use 4:5 or 2:3 ratios. Having a “Product Image Aspect Ratio” dropdown (1:1, 4:5, 3:4, etc.) directly in the Elementor widget settings would be a major improvement for design consistency. Looking forward to your guidance.

These settings for images come from WooCommerce plugin, not from our theme, you will get the same result on the Shop page even after activating another theme, not XStore. We would recommend you use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery, or you can use the CROP option.

You think it is fair for us to pay for support for a problem that occurs only after your theme is updated? Like if we are responsible for your development?
We found the cause of the problem but not the solution. It seems that after the update if you do not use the “product builder” the custom tab does not work. If you use the product builder it does.
Problem is the product builder does not work well in other areas so we do not want to use it. We would like to stay as it is, without the product builder.

In new version Xstore theme 9.7 you have problem on Megamenu.css and other megamenu css files (together 4x files) . The code uses spaces that affect the width of the megamenu. This means that if someone uses staticblock images in the megamenu, it will change the width and scatters the whole menu. Just let you know, i repair my own on code
