That´s the second time, that the update doesn´t work:

DFD Ronneby Du hast Version 3.5.69 installiert. Aktualisiere auf Version 3.5.70.

Entpacken der aktualisierten Version … Die neueste Version wird installiert … Die Theme-Aktualisierung ist fehlgeschlagen.

Beim Aktualisieren von DFD Ronneby ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. Das Paket enthält keine Dateien.

I´ve installed it manually the last time and the frontend crashed.

I already contacted you via the Ronneby website incl. ticket and received no response. That’s why I’m writing again here, since the update failed once more.

I’m now writing a short email to you regarding a ticket from another year. Please assign it to the correct one, and then I’ll need a solution. Previously, the Ronneby update always went through, including the core and plugins.

I’m currently using:

latest Ronneby version WPBakery Page Builder 8.7.2

The original site uses “Ultimate Addons for WPBakery”, but it’s an old version.

Before purchasing a new license, I’d like to confirm:

Is the latest version of Ultimate Addons fully compatible with the current Ronneby version?

Similarly to a previous comment I tried to install the latest template version (3.5.70) but it seems Ronneby Core is missing.

The Envato link also no longer seems to work for the update and even after re-connecting, I am still unable to run the update since. This may also be because of the missing Ronneby Core plugin files.

I have a website (calantha.es) using your theme for a long time. I’m experiencing fatal errors that prevent me from uploading/activating plugins (Fatal error has occurred).

I contacted the original webmaster who built the site, and he recommended repurchasing and reinstalling your theme. I bought it, but I can not even deactivated the them to put the new purchase code..

Could you please help me? I’m happy to provide temporary wp-admin access or error screenshots. What steps should I follow?

There is indeed an issue with the theme update. This is not related to the theme or plugin update itself. It is related to the database that stores the link between the website URL and the purchase code. Unfortunately, this issue cannot be resolved automatically, so we are fixing it manually. We received your request, but unfortunately replied to the wrong email address. Please send links to your websites and access details for the admin panels to the email address (from which you received the reply), and we will fix everything.

I recently purchased Ronneby and installed the theme on a fresh WordPress installation.

When the setup wizard tries to install the required plugin “Ronneby Core”, the process fails with the following message:

“The package could not be unpacked. The plugin contains no files. Plugin installation failed.”

It seems the installer downloads an empty package from: http://dfd.name/check/plugins.php?plugin=ronneby-core

Could you please advise how to install Ronneby Core correctly?

Hello, although i am glad your site is back up, there are things that dont work yet, your customer suppor system trough tickets are not validating or registering the purchase code to actually be able to request support. the theme was purchased yesterday by my boss at my request because to me your theme is one of the best multipurpose themes out there and now i have him breathing down my neck because the ronneby core plugin is not instaling, i think he wrote already from his account. Your response sent him to your CS page that is not working. I read the Help forum and found a post about core issues and a link to a screenshot that is also down, it wont show up. please fix this issue or if you could give us a timeline as to when it could be back up the CS page to file a ticket that would be great.

I really love your theme and i would hate if my boss request that i contact theme forrest to ask for a refund, i hope it gets fixed soon.
