I’m following up on my previous email sent 30 days ago regarding a critical compatibility issue with the Bellevue theme when updating to PHP 8.4.
We have not yet received a response, and this issue is preventing us from updating our server to a supported PHP version. Keeping the site on PHP 7.4 is not acceptable due to security risks.

WordPress 6.9.2 was released recently and introduced compatibility issues with several premium themes. That release was quickly pulled and replaced with 6.9.3 and then 6.9.4.

Hi, we spoke already in 2023 about this problem. I am assisting a client where another developer has bought your theme 4-5 years ago. We do not have the purchase code, but we can use and update the theme. But with the last update, seems that theme is blocking header, slider and many other elementor elements – probably due to setting again the purchase-code, is that that the problem or something else? Onyl the home has this problem, not the subpages

Hello, I have just updated the theme and everything to the last version, and all the text has disappeared. It seems that it is the text with fade in effect. I need to fix this urgently, since all the website has fade in effect and it shows no text.
Sorry, it was because i didn’t install Aloha PowerPack. Now the text is working, although some styles are missing…

Ditto several other users’ comments. Aloha and Elementor are incompatible and make my site unusable. I’m not going to pay $42 to ask if this is going to be fixed. Maybe you could offer that answer for free?
Given that yall aren’t answering the question whether you’re going to fix your theme’s dependency on a plugin that crashes sites, I’m going to have to change my theme. Thanks so much for nothing.

Hello, the Elementor backend no longer works after updating to the latest version and the error (error 500) is apparently caused by an outdated file in the Aloha Powerpack plugin with the reason ‘Fix missing MPHB function for Aloha PowerPack’. Can you help please?

Yes, you can add managers as a WordPress user Role.
When we upgrade to Theme Version 4.2.8, it suddenly says that it requires both WooCommerce AND Aloha Plugins? When either of these are installed the entire site crashes completely and stops working. Worse yet, all of our previous updates to Header & Footer global templates are erased and cannot be recovered. We had to request our hosting to provide a full restore, as after upgrading the Bellevue Theme the site was 100% unrecoverable. Months and months of work – completely wiped out.
@Themovation: I would be happy to pass you guys the logins for our website and cPanel so you can observe the unfortunate behavior that occurs after upgrading to your latest version. There was a very clear PHP error_log as well. Please get back to us so I can share that info. Thanks.

Hi, I’m reaching out because we are experiencing a critical compatibility issue with the Bellevue theme when updating the PHP version.
- Environment details: - Theme: Bellevue - Theme version: 4.2.8 (latest available) - WordPress: up to date
Issue description: When switching to PHP 8.3, the website breaks and shows a fatal PHP error, making both the frontend and admin panel inaccessible. The only way the site works correctly is by reverting to PHP 7.4, which is now obsolete and no longer supported, so this is not a viable long-term solution.
We are looking forward to your response, as keeping the site on PHP 7.4 poses a security risk. PHP 7.4 is officially out of support and is not acceptable in a production environment. We need compatibility with PHP 8.3.

What is the latest Elementor version I can update to? If I install any version newer than 3.24.8, the carousel widget stops working.
The ‘Book’ button on the Search Availability page does not work. Also, the top message that displays the dates for which the user is checking availability is stuck on a past date. Are you still in business?

I’m experiencing an issue with Elementor. Several sections in the editor (such as Title & Description and other content settings) are not loading and remain stuck with the loading spinner. Because of this, some fields cannot be opened or edited at all.
I have already tried basic troubleshooting such as refreshing the browser, clearing cache, trying incognito mode, switching browsers, and disabling some plugins — but the issue still persists.
