Hello, we have just updated the theme and we have a little problem in the booking details page. Before updating, the default selection of number of guests was “Select”, so the price was 0€. You have to select the number and the price was updated. Now the default number of guests is 2, so it shows a price. We would like to be the default option “Select” as before. I purchased this theme on April 8th. Since then, I’ve been messaging Ryan daily regarding the Aloha plugin update error, which makes the theme unusable. I am only receiving vague, 2-3-word replies with no actual solution.

We are using your Check Availability widget/shortcode inside an Elementor popup in your hotel theme.

The widget works correctly on normal pages, but inside the Elementor popup, when we click the check-in / check-out date fields, the calendar/datetime picker does not open and nothing happens.

Could you please advise if there is any workaround or supported method for using this widget inside an Elementor popup? We need this flow from a user experience point of view, where the user clicks a button, the popup opens, and then they can select dates directly.

If any custom script, setting, or compatibility fix is required, please let us know.

I have installed the theme, I am trying to sync the calendar with airbnb and booking.com, but it seems that both don’t accept the link “iCal URL is not valid, please try again”. There are no spaces when pasting the URL. Please help me fix this issue.

Its not “full of bugs”, i’ve been a user for years and it works perfectly. Ryan and support is super helpful and answers within expected time. Fully recommended! Yes 4.2.10 introduced some problems but it was fixed in a short time and 4.2.12 works great with latest WP/PHP.

I’m considering purchasing the theme, but I have a specific use case and would like to confirm if it fits before buying.

The website is for a single property rental (a full house), not a hotel or multi-room accommodation. Guests will always book the entire property, not individual rooms.

Additionally, I don’t need a fully automated booking system with instant confirmation or online payment. Instead, I’m looking for a simpler, inquiry-based flow:

Guests can view availability (calendar) and pricing

Select their desired dates

Submit a pre-booking / inquiry form

The request is sent to us by email, and we handle the booking manually

So I would like to confirm:

Is it possible to configure the system for only one property/unit, instead of multiple rooms?

Can availability be managed so that dates are blocked globally when needed?

Is it possible to disable online payments and instant booking, using only inquiry requests?

Can bookings be configured as request-based (pre-booking) instead of automatically confirmed reservations?

Does the system allow sending booking requests via email only, without requiring full booking completion?

Can the availability calendar still be displayed even if bookings are handled manually?

Is it possible to simplify or remove the room selection step, since there is only one property?

Or would this setup require custom development?

Just did an update and it broke the site, had to do a manual update to fix it !!!!

answering to support tickets takes so long that the support has expired. avoid at all costs. also the theme is broken since installations with many bugs.

Don’t update the theme. After updating, you can’t register the purchase, which means you can’t update plugins. Another broken update. I think Themeforest should stop selling broken and outdated themes.

I was using 4.2.5 and elementor 3.25 without any issues. Because of the negative feedback I was hesitating on updating to newer versions however today I updated elementor to 3.35 and then updated the theme to 4.2.10 Aloha power pack also updated to 1.2.16 and everything works fine so far. The editor opens, the site doesn’t crash. If someone wants me to test something post a comment

Guys, the theme is full of bugs and can not be installed properly. I have contacted support, and they are not answering. I am opening a dispute with themeforrest if they don’t reply in the next few days.
