How do we rename the right side header button that slides out the side area, currently labeled “Info” with an asterisk icon. Can we change that too?

To translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugin please try following instructions from this article – How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin. If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for Halstein Core plugin or other bundled plugins and search for labels there.

Side Area opener widget can be edited in Appearance > Widgets in Header Widget areas where it’s currently placed.

More options for Side Area can be found in Halstein Core Options > Side Area.

Hello, I’m trying to log in to the support center, but it won’t go through. I tried to install the website template on a temporary domain to migrate to the correct domain, but that domain was erased before deactivating the theme from that domain. Now I can use the theme in the correct domain. Can you guys help me out please?

I customised the theme by putting links in the slide images and they only work on some computer versions. On other computers the links don’t exist, I’ve followed all the server recommendations that the documentation requires. So my support has expired and I have no way of knowing what is causing this error. However, the site is giving me two versions of the same site, how annoying.

I used Consulting Home. Placing 5 service images in each of the images should open the appropriate service. On the IMac 21 it opens, but on windows screens or imac screens under 13 inches it doesn’t open. I’ve created some buttons on the page using Elementor, it also shows the same link errors.

I just bought the theme and I am trying to import the demo. It is stuck at 98% with a message “Files don’t exist”

In the front end, the text is also jumbled up.

Moreover, when I click “Visit site” from the dashboard it shows a 404 error.

I reset the Wordpress installation, activated the theme and tried importing the demo again. But still same issue.

The “Files don’t exist” message when import reaches 98% means that everything is imported except sliders and they can be imported manually by following instructions from this article.

Hi There, I have purchased this theme and i am facing issues editing the template in Elemontor. Its appearing as only in Single Container with Text Editor with code written, which is something really suprising. Isnt the pages are meant to be in different sections and containers for section ?

This usually occurs if the demo hasn’t been imported correctly (if Elementor wasn’t activated prior to demo import).

You can reset the database as explained in this article and try to import demo again (do note that this will clear all WP content, basically reverting your site to the point when you just installed a fresh copy of WordPress). Also, please note that it’s necessary to deregister purchase code before resetting your database or reinstalling your WordPress.

How do we deregister a theme that was once tested on a domain that does not exists anymore? I am not paying for support for such a simple thing and I contacted you but no responce.

For the “Small Images” portfolio single layout, only description section is editable with Elementor. The images and other sections are added through backend options. For more info please check the documentation in this link.

You can set “Single Layout” option to “Custom” as shown in screenshot, and you can then edit it fully with Elementor, like regular pages. Just make sure to enable Elementor for “Halstein Portfolio” in Elementor > Settings as shown in screenshot.

I read this comments – so it does not come with WPBakery Page Builder right? So if I want to use WPBakery 1> have to buy $59 for single site 2> Your demos are on elementor so have to build from scratch. I do not know why everyone is choosing elementor as all the sites on that are very slow compared to Bakery

Yes, the Halstein theme is compatible with WPBakery page builder and if you purchase it you can use it as a page builder. All of the theme custom shortcodes can be used with WPBakery page builder too.

I purchased the theme and unfortunately my domain was suppended by godaddy, now I have reactivated my account, using the same domain, Im getting an error when I try to reupload the site saying its already registered to another domain. Regarding slider, it could be due to the breakpoints in Global settings. You can try setting them to values shown in screenshot. It would be best that you submit a ticket so our support agents can check how sliders are being displayed on your site and investigate.
