Could you guys add a “Disable Loop” option to the Blog Carousel shortcode? We’re trying to optimize a site for accessibility as it’s becoming law for certain websites, and with the way it works currently a disabled user would have to tab through all posts in the Blog Carousel twice because everything is duplicated.

Can you please make the mobile menu submenus accessible? As it is, disabled users on mobile cannot open submenus in the mobile menu which is a HUGE accessibility issue. Here’s how I fixed it with some simple JS:

I am using this theme after very long time. When used the purchase code, it was showing that the license was used on 5 sites and asked to de-register it from the provided link. When i de-registered it, in the wordpress dashboard now its showing “you can’t use one license for multiple projects”.
My question is even after mentioning so why it is showing me this message? Will this lincese work for me?

Hello! You need to unpack the ZIP archive (because it looks like you are trying to install the full package with theme guide, PSDs, etc.), get theme ZIP file from there and install it.

Is this theme fully compatabile with PHP 8.2 or greater? When I upgraded my PHP to 8.3 because I have some plugins that require PHP 8.2 at minimum, my whole site was not working. So when I rolled back my PHP to 7.4.33 it all came back. I need to know if this theme (THE7) can handle PHP 8.3, even WP reccommends at minimum to use PHP 8.3 for security imporvements.
Hello! I just have checked it with PHP 8.3.16 – the theme works fine. Please make sure all your plugins are compatible with PHP 8.3. You can try deactivating all third-party plugins, upgrade PHP and activate plugins one by one.
Item Support! I have tried contacting your support several times through your support but its not working! I have recently bought your The7 theme (on 28Jan2026) and I enjoy using it and would like to roll it out to the other 3 websites I have in the pipleline. However I am unable to update the theme – I get the error: Update failed: Download failed. Forbidden. The theme is registered and active! I cannot log in to your support portal either. I get no emails when I click forgotten password (I haven’t forgotten the password) so I created a new account which I am unable to log in with either! Can someone just get back to me so I can resolve this issue!

I’ve noticed that all of your latest demos are for the Block Editor (FSE). Do you think Elementor is destined to be used less and less on WordPress sites?
It’s still used on many websites. However, Elementor has become more complicated and heavy, while the Block Editor is much faster and more usable – especially with our BBE plugin 
Any chance that you are working on a real estate demo?
