Hi – I’ve hit a major snag —my site is running extremely slow because of 404 errors on the local Google Fonts from Elementor. I have all up to date files.
There’s also a fatal error that’s blanking out the Settings > Font Awesome page.
I’ve already tried regenerating Elementor’s files, but that didn’t fix it, so it seems like the issue is with the theme itself. Is this a known bug from a recent update? Just wanted to check before renewing support to open a ticket.

For fonts theme uses settings made in Reina Core Options > Fonts and Typography.
Settings for icon packs are located in Appearance > Customize > Qode Performance. There you can enable/disable icon packs, custom post types, widgets and shortcodes which you don’t plan on using. This should have a positive effect to the overall performance of your site.

In case you extended your support period and you get a “Your support period has expired” message, you should go to your Themeforrest account and download a new license certificate you were provided with when you extended your support period, since it’s considered an additional purchase. After that, just submit a ticket using the new license.

Unfortunately, there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses the free version of Elementor as a page builder, and the demo content is built using this plugin.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme, and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

There are no specific services pages. Our Services page uses a Banner widget where you can add links to any page that you want. You can design your own page using Elementor and simply add a link to the page that you created.

Some of the pages might have a different layout (Header for example), but it is just there as a demonstration of the possibilities. Any layout that you see on the demo website can be achieved using the theme and its options.

Hi, I’m using Elementor Version 3.22.2 and WP 6.7.1. I tried to update Elementor to 3.26.3 but I got an error while updating the database, specifically for Reina Core plugin.

Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
