Hello please i want your help to find with1) the new update available for the theme .. whenever i download the wordpress option its the old version not latest . 2) I tried an updates on plugin and theme earlier and the website entirely went to error mode and cloudways hosting help us to switch back to backup version. so kindly i want you guys help me with updating everything since they told they cannot provide this support told me to contact the theme support
