I am planning to purchase The7 theme for a Dubai-based accounting & consulting business website project. Before purchasing, I would like to confirm a few things regarding customization and workflow compatibility.
1. Is the theme fully compatible with Elementor for complete website editing? 2. Can the entire website (pages, headers, footers, sections) be managed using Elementor? 3. Can I customize colors, typography, spacing, and layouts easily? 4. Can I remove SVG icons and use custom PNG/SVG icons and images instead? 5. Is it possible to add custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sections/widgets? 6. Can I create popup forms, consultation forms, and lead generation sections? 7. Does the theme support responsive/mobile editing properly with Elementor? 8. After importing a demo, can unnecessary plugins and demo sections be removed safely? 9. Will customizations remain safe after theme updates if using a child theme/Elementor workflow? 10. Which demo would you recommend for a modern accounting/finance/corporate consulting website?
Also, I would prefer to use only Elementor workflow and not WPBakery. Please confirm if this setup is fully supported and recommended.

Both Elementor and WPBakery support WebP images. WordPress itself added native WebP compatibility starting from version 5.8, so you can upload and use WebP files in either builder. Also Cloudflare provides a WebP converter through its Polish and Image Transformations features. These tools can automatically serve WebP versions of your images to supported browsers, while falling back to JPEG/PNG for older ones.

Hello! Our demos contain SVG images. But WordPress does not allow SVG uploads out of the box. If you experience any problems with uploading such images, please refer to Dashboard -> The7 -> Plugins and install “Safe SVG” plugin.

Our demos include only the default WooCommerce functionality. If you need that feature, you might want to try these free plugins:
Multi Branch for WooCommerce – lets you manage multiple branches with branch‑specific inventory, shipping, and checkout validation.
Local Pickup for WooCommerce – adds a store locator with Google Maps integration so customers can choose a pickup location.
Please note: the theme hasn’t been tested with these plugins yet. Since they’re free, you can install them safely on a staging site and test compatibility yourself.

Theme header/navigation does not display on the front end despite being published. Switching to Hello theme resolves the issue, confirming the problem is isolated to The7. Core theme features are non-functional and the issue could not be resolved despite extensive troubleshooting. Do not buy this theme. You will have to purchase support and pay for elementor pro

This is usually reserved for situations when the site was moved or you forgot to deregister the dev/staging site.
I just pointed out the license terms. They are the same for all themes on ThemeForest. Note that themes are one-time purchases, so 1 site = 1 license makes sense. Otherwise, it would have been a subscription.

Could you guys add a “Disable Loop” option to the Blog Carousel shortcode? We’re trying to optimize a site for accessibility as it’s becoming law for certain websites, and with the way it works currently a disabled user would have to tab through all posts in the Blog Carousel twice because everything is duplicated.

Can you please make the mobile menu submenus accessible? As it is, disabled users on mobile cannot open submenus in the mobile menu which is a HUGE accessibility issue. Here’s how I fixed it with some simple JS:

I am using this theme after very long time. When used the purchase code, it was showing that the license was used on 5 sites and asked to de-register it from the provided link. When i de-registered it, in the wordpress dashboard now its showing “you can’t use one license for multiple projects”.
My question is even after mentioning so why it is showing me this message? Will this lincese work for me?
