Hello, is it possible to link services to portfolio/project?.. eg. i have service called chemical.. can I link several portfolio/project items to service chemical..so when I go to chemical service i can see and link to related portfolio/project items

Thanks for your question. This isnt possible directly, since Portfolio is a separate post type. However, you can customize its URL structure from Settings > Permalinks to better organize your portfolio items if needed.

CRITICAL: “Insert” button not working in Phlox Template Library

I am having a critical issue with the Phlox Template Library.
The “Insert” button in the template list (Library -> Templates) is completely unresponsive. When clicked, nothing happens, and the section is not added to the page.
This is a key feature for my workflow. Currently, I am wasting a huge amount of time searching for specific sections across hundreds of demo pages and manually exporting them. Without a working “Insert” function, my work process is dozens of times longer than it should be.
I am using the latest versions: WordPress 6.9.4 and Elementor 4.0.3. This appears to be a major compatibility breakdown that needs urgent attention.
Please provide a fix or a workaround as soon as possible.

Interesting… We’ve purchased 9 licenses so far. While Phlox is very nice and may be appealing, building a website with the Phlox theme is 95% about finding the right modules, exporting them, searching, searching, searching, searching for the right modules, exporting them, and struggling to get them properly integrated into the template, which is rare.
This method of building a website is probably the worst of all the solutions we’ve used. In other systems (not ideal at all), finding and importing a module into the website takes several seconds, or even a minute. Here, it sometimes takes half an hour of searching and struggling with export and import, which often doesn’t work at all lately.
And now, five days after the critical bug report, the developers don’t even have an opinion on the critical bug in the newly purchased Phlox template. We think it’s time to look for something better.

I purchased your theme and have already used it on one domain. However, I am no longer using the theme on that domain. Now I am trying to use it on a new domain, but I can’t activate it.
When I try to activate it using my license, I get a “Retry” message. Why is this happening?

Hello Support, I am having trouble importing the Travel Agency theme on both my local and live servers. Specifically, the Master Slider content fails to import; the process gets stuck on “Importing Sliders” and continues to load indefinitely, even after waiting for 2–3 hours.

Hi, we are using the Phlox Pro v5.17.12. When I try to edit a page in Elementor, the widget column does not load, and I can’t add or drag any widgets to the editor. I tried deactivating plugins, and the culprit was the Phlox Pro Tools v1.7.0.
When the Phlox Pro Tools is deactivated, the Elementor widget column loads.

What is going on with section importer? It’s importing the wrong section (I downloaded a Contact Us section and it’s opening up an About Us section) and another one won’t let me edit in Elementor. It’s asking me to put it in Safe Mode. i don’t have any additional plugins other than yours. FRUSTRATING!!

From what we can see, the issue does not appear to be caused by the theme itself. The demo, Elementor, and Depicter are working correctly on our side and for other users. In your case, it seems related to how SVG files are being processed on your server/environment, which can cause images in the demo to load incorrectly.

Hello, We are using the Phlox Pro Theme and the Elementor + ElementsKit Pro plugins. The ElementsKit plugin’s widgets do not work with the Phlox theme. (tabs, accordions, etc.) When we change the theme, everything works fine. Everything works.
We also tried it on a different website. It works. All the widgets are working perfectly.
We turned off all plugins except Elementor, and increased the server memory, but it still didn’t work.
What can we do? How can we fix this?

I currently have a website running:
- Phlox Pro theme version 5.8.0 - Phlox Core Elements plugin version 2.11.2 - WPBakery Page Builder version 6.9.0 (it does not allow me to update)
I am planning to update the theme to the latest version. However, I noticed that the theme now appears to be primarily built around Elementor, which I am not using.
Before proceeding with the update, I would like to clarify:
1- If I update the theme, will I encounter any issues for not having Elementor installed?
2- Will I still be able to continue working with WPBakery Page Builder (version 6.9.0)?
3- Does the latest version of the theme include an updated bundled version of WPBakery that would allow me to update the plugin as well?
The website is fully built with WPBakery, so maintaining compatibility is very important for me.

I just wanted to let you know that Elementor has permanently removed some old programming classes (“Schemes”) that had already been declared purged some time ago. Your Auxin Shop plugin is still trying to use that old class, and not finding it, is crashing the site.
Since the crash is caused by the “Advanced Recent Products” widget, I had to make a manual edit to the /wp-content/plugins/auxin-shop/includes/elements/elementor/widgets/advanced-recent-products.php file.

Updating Phlox Pro: https://docs.phlox.pro/article/210-update-phlox-proMy only Gripe with this theme is the choice to use Depicter and then give us master slider pro. It makes very little sense. Id like to use each page of the slider for a different page but can only use two on free version. Yet if this was made in master slider rather then Depicter then this wouldnt be an issue! Very confusing design idea IMO.
Hi There, Thanks for your feedback, please note that both Master Slider and Depicter are our products, but our latest product is Depicter, it is far better than all the other Slider plugins and it is beyond that, you can create Popup, Sticky bar, survey and a lot more. We tried to keep the price as low as possible plus add a 40% discount special for Phlox users. So I recommend you to stick with Depicter.
