I want to purchase this theme and also extended support. Specifically, I would want to use this https://demo.phlox.pro/shop-drugstore/ however, I want to know if I can add on the homepage other sections (elements) e.g. I would like to add a section that will list our various certificate/awards. Let me know if this is possible so that I can immediately buy the theme.

These reports are from at least 6 months ago. Since then, several updates have been released for ‘Phlox core elements,’ and according to our latest review, there are currently no security vulnerabilities in this plugin.

Hello! As you can see in those patchstack links, the lattest version (2.17.16) is still marked as vulnerable. I’ve also check wordfence DB and also have both vulnerabilities markes as not resolved. I have reviewed the frontend-ajax.php file in the current version, and the vulnerabilities related to CVE-2025-69016 and CVE-2025-63071 seems to be present in the source code. Could you please have a look? Thanks!

Hello, Is there going to be an update to this theme soon? Because I’ve found some major issues in your theme that doesn’t work with WordPress correctly anymore. That is, dealing with the WWW Canonicalization , the www and non-www versions of the URL are not redirected to the same site.

Your theme causes google search and other Website tools that check for performance, security, and other things finding that my domain https://domain.com https://www.domain.com http://domain.com and http://www.domain.com arn’t funtioning and are caused by your theme. This was working months ago until WordPress updated multiple times since you released an update. Now I have a broken website and I’m not paying for support for this to be fixed because it’s your theme. I’ve activated other themes and it works fine, I activate your theme and i get this issue now.

Not happy, your theme is going to crap now with the latest WordPress that is 7.0 my website was working perfectly fine until the last 2 WordPress version updates. Now my Portfolio sections are no longer visible. Not happy at all there should have been an update to this theme not just February 7, 2026. Major things have taken place since then.

I see more and more problems with this theme and it’s plugins just like I was reading other comments WordFence is detecting high security threats and vulnerabilities with the theme and now plugins. 99 percent of it is because it’s not compatible with the latest version of WordPress and is causing problems.

Just bought it around week ago, and yet no response for 2 weeks, lousy support, theme – elementor page design structure not really good, copy paste section from inside dashboard also not working, but copy paste section from live demo is working BUT with some errors or NOT exactly the styling is pasted. Marquee is not there also, you can have marquee by BUYING depicter slider PRO. Slider also not really good in responsive, mobile and tablet not good. There are more to notes as well, but i forget as quite troublesome if you want to fully mix masher this theme.

Thanks for your question. This isnt possible directly, since Portfolio is a separate post type. However, you can customize its URL structure from Settings > Permalinks to better organize your portfolio items if needed.

CRITICAL: “Insert” button not working in Phlox Template Library

I am having a critical issue with the Phlox Template Library.

The “Insert” button in the template list (Library -> Templates) is completely unresponsive. When clicked, nothing happens, and the section is not added to the page.

This is a key feature for my workflow. Currently, I am wasting a huge amount of time searching for specific sections across hundreds of demo pages and manually exporting them. Without a working “Insert” function, my work process is dozens of times longer than it should be.

I am using the latest versions: WordPress 6.9.4 and Elementor 4.0.3. This appears to be a major compatibility breakdown that needs urgent attention.

Please provide a fix or a workaround as soon as possible.

Interesting… We’ve purchased 9 licenses so far. While Phlox is very nice and may be appealing, building a website with the Phlox theme is 95% about finding the right modules, exporting them, searching, searching, searching, searching for the right modules, exporting them, and struggling to get them properly integrated into the template, which is rare.

This method of building a website is probably the worst of all the solutions we’ve used. In other systems (not ideal at all), finding and importing a module into the website takes several seconds, or even a minute. Here, it sometimes takes half an hour of searching and struggling with export and import, which often doesn’t work at all lately.

And now, five days after the critical bug report, the developers don’t even have an opinion on the critical bug in the newly purchased Phlox template. We think it’s time to look for something better.

I purchased your theme and have already used it on one domain. However, I am no longer using the theme on that domain. Now I am trying to use it on a new domain, but I can’t activate it.

When I try to activate it using my license, I get a “Retry” message. Why is this happening?

Hello Support, I am having trouble importing the Travel Agency theme on both my local and live servers. Specifically, the Master Slider content fails to import; the process gets stuck on “Importing Sliders” and continues to load indefinitely, even after waiting for 2–3 hours.

Hi, we are using the Phlox Pro v5.17.12. When I try to edit a page in Elementor, the widget column does not load, and I can’t add or drag any widgets to the editor. I tried deactivating plugins, and the culprit was the Phlox Pro Tools v1.7.0.

When the Phlox Pro Tools is deactivated, the Elementor widget column loads.
