the footer is not showing up on the pages and it is published, set for theme pages and site is using theme pages. Even if I build more footers and select them in customize they do not appear. No footer will appear no matter which one I choose.

I am getting ”_” sign when displaying blogs meta information For e.g.

Hello, I can not edit my header, footer and pages with elementor using this theme. What coulbe the problem? I have installed all the required and recommended plugings.

Every now and then header part comes with big icon. How to fixs this?

I am trying to make the header in the big section to have background of a color but can’t make it happen, it keeps on being transparent and with the white background I can’t see it.

Is there a way of putting the header of the blog page with a background color? When I go to edit the page the changes do not apply.

My client finally does not want to keep on developing his site with us and wanted to know if there is a possibility of a refund on the theme as it has never been downloaded and at the moment we don’t know when we are going to use it.

I don’t think you are aware but royal preloader has an issue.

On mobile view (not on desktop narrow browser window or inspection tool but on actual smartphone) when a site turned on preloader (customizer > preload logo), users basically cannot click any link (button, hamburger menu and text link) on the page. I don’t want to think about how long this issue was there…. It’s a terrible bug as users cannot open anylink after landing on home page. I’d like to presume that the previous theme was fine. Please fix. Until then css below can patch this issue.
