Ugh – I wish I read first about the update not coming through. I just messed up the entire child theme and reinstalled for no reason

Yes, Gravatar is being used and you don’t need to add code anywhere. As long as your WordPress account email matches your Gravatar account, your image will show 
Hi, my partner purchased this theme and I am having a few issues with it and would love some help. For some reason, on the home page gallery, the “right” button placement doesn’t match the correct version I see on your demo, it is floating too far right. Also, on mobile, there is a almost like an additional scroll bar that throws off the “mobile” responsiveness. Please help

Hi I’m having trouble adding video to the portfolio section. I have a video from vimeo that I want to embed, but embedding the code into the video section does nothing. Help!

What a fantastic template. Thank you! I am trying two things:
- is there a way to add a subheader to the slides on the home page (so Header, Sub Head, Button)?
- is there a way to add a link to the images shown in the carousel (not just the social tag)?

- Unfortunately, right now there is no functionality or styling in place for that so it would require custom development
- Yes, you can add any link you want by following the same format as the example (facebook,http://facebook.com) so you could do (myLinkText,http://my-link-url.com)

In that case, you can just insert the shortcode as normal. After it’s sitting in your editor, switch into text view and locate the segment that deals with the name in each team member:
name="SOME NAME"Change that into this :
name="<a href="http://yourURL.com">SOME NAME</a>"
You’re just going to essentially add a regular HTML link around each name

Activate the “Use Custom Fonts” option in your theme options panel under “Typography Options” and select your desired font size for the Navigation

The update still hasn’t been approved yet. ThemeForest usually has a quick queue for themes updates, so it shouldn’t be TOO much longer. You will be notified by email when the update it ready to download

I’m having some issues with the slider and it’s height. I’ve also ready the other comment in the section but found no solution.
I’ve set the slider height to 1080px and saved in the theme options. I’ve upload an image that is 2600×1080 but it’s still only showing the default of 650px. The rest is a hugh black area (like 400px+).
Am I missing something?

The problem you are having with the slider at large heights is indeed a bug that has been squashed in the update. It should be available for you to download soon, so keep your eyes peeled for it!

Please, is it possible to have a “latest tweets” widget in the footer? Is it included? I really need one for a client and would like it to follow the theme design, not an embedded one. Same about photo stream.

currently there is no built in functionality for latest tweets or photostreams. You would need to grab plugins for them.

hi, first of all, great theme! just wondering…..i’m trying to put a soundcloud link at the footer amongst the other social icons…...i managed to copy paste existing css and html so that an additional icon is appearing, but for the life of me i can’t figure out why the soundcloud png i made keeps showing with a light (and not transparent) background…...ie you see the rectangle of the image. is there a particular way i need to make the png? (i’m using pixlr image editor, and making sure that it’s saved as transparent)

Have you opened the other icons to see how their made? Each icon is actually a black box with the icon shape deleted from it. When you save the .png the only part that should be transparent is the icon shape, the rest will be black. It’s kind of the opposite of what you’d expect, but using this method allows the user to change the color of the icon.

This theme is stunning – it could not be easier to work with (even our client can handle it and that’s saying something!).
To any potential buyer you will not be disappointed, the front end looks slick and the back end is incredibly intuitive. Even the big gun authors and market leaders could learn from this one
One question it seems like if we assign page heading images to both the contact and portfolio pages they do not show up? Its fine on all other pages SO I am guessing its to do with the page content or are we doing something wrong?

In regards to your question, this is actually mentioned in the user guide, but I can totally see how that might be overlooked.
When I developed the theme, I excluded the custom page layouts from using the header setting because it would have interfered with the portfolio filters menu and would have required extra code to get it to play nice on the contact page. However, I have since decided to add support for it on both of those pages. You will gain the ability to properly use it in the upcoming update! (Which should be available to download within 24 hours)

Hi, absolutely go ahead and use it as a testimonial. I have been doing this for a while and have seen/worked on literally hundreds if not more themes but was genuinely blown away with the attention to detail and functionality behind this.
Apologies for over looking that bit of the documentation (in my defense didn’t really read it that well because the back end of the theme is too easy to use – so we will split the blame!) Look forward to the update.

One last thing (it may have been mentioned before here), while super clean code makes it quite straight forward to modify the php anyway, as a future updates it would be really cool to be able to modify the CTA message above the footer per/page as opposed to site wide from the admin panel.
OK, so I can’t make a green button with the icon in it in the homepage – I don’t see a shortcode to do that, I can make an icon, but not the circle that is animated… where is animated home page circle in the dropdown for shortcodes? thanks
When selecting the icon shortcode, there is an option to select the size. Choose large and make sure you are placing the icon inside of a column or else you won’t get the cool animation
