Hi, Artbees! I’d like to have a page with the “Portfolio” element/shortcode in it. But I only want to showcase portfolio items from 1 category. How would I go about doing that? I already found a way to add shortcodes in the php with input fields etc, but my knowledge doesn’t reach further.
In other words, a dropdown to select one category. Is that possible?

Request – Like button shortcode – can you include options to like a specific Href instead of just making it automatically like the page you are on ?
Hey, thanks for purchasing our item and sure thing. tonight we have a huge update and you should expect an extra option to a specific URL, if left blank the page permalink will be used.
How about also being able to align the fb like next to buttons ? because when I add in a button short code they always go full width and i cant change them with the + and – icons

Great theme! I will buy it if 1) Get rid of the flickering background on ios while zooming/scrolling 2) the demo content installs an exact copy of the theme forest example (excluding their top menu of course and perhaps excluding your setting swatch style menu) 3) addressing the others mobile menu feedback – the button could be bigger… Perhaps a fade in to top align.. Really great great theme! Keep it up

2. we have all dummy content + specific xml contents + all page templates in docs so you can copy and paste. so you will fully equipped with page templates as well as demo content (images are not included due to copyright restrictions.)

Feature request – Ability to “order by” – RANDOM – because you only have by menu, and date and title etc but for example i want to show my sliding clients list on homepage but have it always random order and not the same. This would be handy for showing random portfolio items too

Hey thanks for purchasing our item. in fact there is a limitation for blur boxes. you can only use it in one page section. it means if you use more rows of page section with blur effect the speed and quality of the blur will be lost. unfortunately the current technology support for browsers and the efficiency of javascript for such effects are not quit ready. We introduced this feature as we will try to contribute to its technology to move it little further. please open a ticket in our help desk for getting more discussion related to blur boxes and so others also can learn more about it.

Would it be possible for me to add several more layers of portfolio filtering based on custom fields? Ideally I’d have a sidebar next to the portfolio grid that let me combine a number of sorts to continue narrowing down the list. I realize this would take some custom work, but knowing how the theme is built, do you think this is technically doable? I’d love to find a way to make this theme work for my project
Hi, great question :
1. Unlike other themes portfolio has access to archive loop, it means you can add a menu which has category based for portfolio loop. one option is this.
2. Filtering for portfolio is only single. it means you can only select one category in one instance.

sticky menu doesn’t work with windows 8 (works fine with vista but not windows

It doesn’t work with windows 8 using ie8, firefox, or chrome. pc version of Safari I can see sticky menu and animations but not with the others. (I have another laptop running windows 7 and they ALL work on the same site and your demo)
oooh, I just despise the way Microsoft works. I have windows 7 in my Mac which took my 12 hours to install it properly. I checked all in windows 7 and all works fine. still will tune some elements for IE8 as some people(I wonder why?) still use it to browse the net. about windows 8 I should install and test it myself 
thats is very ridiculous when I see a more newer version of Microsoft defines their own set of standards. I am sorry to be so ironic but as developer its a pain for me to see my product which takes all standards into account and I still see there are funny issues in win8… why always issues in IE and windows?! why not in others?!

First thing – nice one guys, you’ve obviously put a lot of thoughtful effort into this theme and you’ve done a great job, this is up there with the best themes ever made.
But, the menu, for mobiles and tablets – do you have a timescale for these changes? User can’t select any subpage at present…. Its a big thing.

We rent gear, and want people to reserve these things through the site. So our questions are: 1. Can we disable the payment methods? 2. Can we put eg. ‘From $90’ as the price? Because there are a few options for all the gear.

Thanks for being interested in our item and happy you liked it. yes definately you can have such variable products. it means one single product or service can get different pricing options based on the customer choice. you can disable payment methods and do almost everything you need with woocommerce.

Page Composer is not currently showing up in the banner builder section. What can I do to get this to show up?
Hi, I guess you are using our initial release. in v1.0 showing page builder in banner builder was not set by default. however you can go to Wordpress -> settings > page composer and check banner_builder post type. hope that helped. Thanks

Great theme! One question, or more an observation, the icons insert button don’t work.. anywhere. Not in the menu and not in a page composer.

I thought, as soon as you would click the icon, the icon name would be inserted in the input field. Turns out the input field is only for filtering My bad man, sorry!
