Hi sir,
It’s now 2 month that i’ve been looking around the web to find the perfect theme for my online Academy. Seems the good template 
I just wanna know : in your example it’s you who right question & answer. My goal is a bit different, i want Visitors to ask questions, and a team to answer them.
So i’m right when i think that’s totally not handle via the theme, but i need a plugin for this use, right ?
I was thinking of WP awesome Support, and use it with your theme (http://codecanyon.net/item/wp-awesome-support-responsive-ticket-system/4619686).
Do you have any other clients who have used your theme for something like this ? If yes which Q&A plugin do you recommend to use with your theme ?

Hi, I noticed no matter how large or small I make the logo (main) for the header portion, it is half on and half off and looks horrible. How can I go about fixing this issue?

Hi, there is one issue with default wordpress search widget displaying twice which is being fixed and update coming tomorrow. If you are not using the default wp search widget you should be fine to update to wp 3.6. Thank you. Ivan

Is it possible to move the nav bar down slightly to included a login form in the top right hand corner ?
Can you main navigation bar change colour,
Can the video part of the front page be removed easily ?

We are using your theme and LOVING it. We have made extensive changes. Not to the layout, but we have added some shortcodes and custom functionality to pull information directly from our SQL databases and the like.

As currently configured, the theme leaves quite a bit of whitespace on both the right and left sides of the screen. We would like it to be bigger but remain responsive. Although we have big monitors, we will sometimes refer to this site with our iPads or even our iPhones.
Any guidance you could give in making the layout wider would be much appreciated.
Thank you glad to hear that. The theme is based on twitter bootstrap http://getbootstrap.com/2.3.2/customize.html . You will need to override some of css/bootstrap-responsive.css classes especially @media (min-width: 1200px) queries ie add maximum width and create another media query/queries for larger screens. From the top of my head you will have to override .container class and all span classes. Use browser inspector to identify the classes. It can be a messy job, there are also some bootstrap customiser/generator sites that you could possibly use to generate customised bootstrap css but i havent personally used any of them myself. Hello, I am very interested in using your theme, but wanted to check if a few things are possible: 1. In addition to a Knowledgebase page/section like you have, I also want a main Getting Started section with the same looking left hand permanent nav as the KB page, but these links would drive to individual pages of content. 2. Can breadcrumbs be turned on so that when you get to a KB post, it shows what category it came from? 3. Are there any more elaborate header options, like an image, etc. Thanks!
Hi, thank you for your interest. 1. The theme supports only one sidebar so you would have to use a plugin so you can have multiple sidebars and assign them to different pages. 2. Breadcrumbs are not a built in option so you would have to modify the theme. 3. No, only the Home page template supports image background behind the search and three boxes section. Ivan
Thank you for the response. For #1, do you know of any plug-in that would give me the same look as the sidebar buttons in your theme? (I am not a CSS coder) Perhaps you make one? : ) #2, would a breadcrumbs plug-in be compatible with your theme and integratable w/o getting into the code?
Hi I dont provide modification. You will have to search on wordpress.org for the plugins and test them, I havent used/tested any of the plugins with the theme so I cant guarantee if and how they integrate but it is likely you will have to do some tweaking to integrate them seamlessly.

Also, in the preview, there is a drop-down box in the ‘Shortcodes’ bit of the header – is it possible to do something similar to the Knowledge-base element of the header, so that it displays the categories (and possibly, when hovering over them, the articles too)?

Hi, breadcrumbs can be implemented but will require theme modification so you will need some php and css skills or hire a developer. The header menu is using native wordpress menu so yes you can set up a drop down menu to display categories and second child level to display posts or any page. Ivan

Hello there. The website I have built using your theme is turning out nicely. I have had it modified to allow nesting for categories and it looks great. There are a couple more mods to it that need done but after that I will have it perfected.

2) The updated theme code so that you can have the nested feature for your next iteration. I would be happy to give you all future theme mods as well so that you can include them for others use.

The are more differences not just css file, see the demos and descriptions. If you want the Mojo’s design them buy that theme.

Theme looks great. Couple of questions:
Can I add normal pages such as services as I want to combine my website with knowledgebase.
Does the use of the site require registration/login by external users or is this optional?
I have used some wordpress themes before but am not a developer. Simple to use?

Thank you. Yes you can add pages with sidebar or full width. Registration/login feature is not included in the theme but you could use a plugin for that. I like to think it is simple to use and lot of my customers have said that as well and I am here 5/6 days a week to help with questions. Ivan

Hi, yes you can can use a plugin for this, if and how they will work I cant guarantee as they are third party.
Quick Question: Is there an easy way to redirect the search result if there is nothing found? Currently the theme redirects to a default of: “Sorry no results were found.”
Is it possible to redirect to a specific page instead? Thank You.
This would require modification of index.php file between lines 2 and 8.

I just want to let you know that after having updated Knowledgepress to the version 1.6.5 the shortcodes were not rendered correctly…they appeared as plain text. I re-installed the prev version and everything is ok.
Is it a known bug or could be a corrupted file? Can you help me in fixing it? Thanks.

Hi Luca, activate the 1.6.5 version and go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>General and check the “Shortcodes” checkbox (if not already checked). Let me know if it solves the problem. Regards, Ivan
Hello Ivan! I’m trying to organize information on the index (archive) page located here – http://propertywebsites.org/mbbinfo/archive/
I’m organizing the links using custom menus, and each link goes to a specific post.
If you look at the top level links (ones with no indented link below it) such as “Link Widget Reference” in the “Widget Reference” section, you’ll see that when you click on the top level links it does not work.
In the code it looks as if it is formatting the link with a dropdown attribute.
Do you know how to remedy this so that all links will work properly?

Hi, this is twitter bootstrap causing it. Add “disabled” class to that link: currently class=”dropdown-toggle” change to class=”dropdown-toggle disabled”, either modify the theme or insert using jquery which is easier. Regards, Ivan
If I created a custom post type and want to define a new template for it to display (so I can call information from custom fields), which file should I be modifying to do this?
For example, I have a new custom post type called “Client” and want a special template for all posts in this type.
I’m a little thrown off by the naming conventions you used, so I’m not sure if I should be modifying the loop or content.
The theme Faq is using custom post type so you can use page-faq.php page template as starting point and modify accordingly. Regards, Ivan
If you will need single page for the custom post type then you need to create single-client.php. The theme is build on Roots theme, there is more info on structure etc on Gitbub https://github.com/retlehs/roots/blob/master/doc/TOC.md
What was the solution to “LisaInvoke”s problem, because we both have the same problem and it seems their problem was resolved.
