comments dont`s work on the latest version of wordpress, what version will run everything well?

Theme is compatible with 3.5 and we started to test it with 3.6, but didn’t yet complete the test. So far we didn’t fine any issue. What exactly is the problem with comments? Maybe the problem is not related to version of WP. Can you share the link to web site?

demo toolbar is included with this theme, you can enabled it in Qode options. Adding contact form there is custom work and experienced developer can do it.
I didn’t see such plugin, but try to search different contact form plugins.

Hi, this is absolutely amazing theme. I have a pre-purchase question: Is it possible to have the “move down type” sub-menu left open on certain pages? Or to have it opened generally? So the sub-menu area would be visible and changing only its content?

Unfortunately, that’s not possible right now, as all sub-menus are different DIVs and in order one to show, other has to get hidden. Probably it can get changed in JavaScript file to hide previous sub-menu once new one is displayed, but didn’t test that.

Hi there, I got two questions I couldn’t Figure Out:
1) Between Header and Content there is a Little Gap. How do I change this, so that there is no Gap at all Between Header and Content?
2) There are Little numbers indicating the number of slider items, e.g. 4/4. How do I change this, so the numbers don’t Show at all?

}
2) You can hide that using:
.slider_small .slide_counter {
display: none;
}

Couldn’t manage to delete the gap between menu and content though. Might have to do something with padding and/or margin as well?!

Before updating the theme you have to backup the custom css, is this correct? I just updated and all my custom css was gone.

Did you store custom CSS in custom CSS field in Qode options? If that’s the case, it’s saved in database and it will not get lost if you just replace the files.

Hi, I failed to import correctly the demo XML file with the Import tool. I got plenty of error messages, such as:
Failed to import shop_order_status cancelled
Failed to import shop_order_status completed
Failed to import product_type external
Failed to import shop_order_status failed
Failed to import product_type grouped
etc.
It still imported some menus and pages, but everything is messed up. And basic customization is ineffective.

How do I change the on-hover color of the slider arrows? Also, what happened to your demo site, it no longer appears to exist.
Also, any idea why the parallax no longer seems to work in my browsers, nor does the drop down menu push the site down anymore. Now, despite being set to “Dropdown 1”, it lowers a full width menu down over the title area, instead of pushing it down. It works on my employers computer, but does not seem to work on mine in FF or Chrome. Oddly, I know it used to – thoughts?

Try to restart your browser when switching menu type.
What exactly is the problem with parallax?
You can control the hover by changing main colors in Qode > Global options.

Cool, thank you for the quick reply. Parallax is functioning on my desktop the same way that it works on my cell phone, essentially showing up as a stacked rows, rather than the multi-layer effect that parallax in known for.

Hi, I’m almost done with design and content, running into details.
1) is it possible to change the order of filtered portfolio categories from alphabetical to custom? I remember a post here about the issue but can’t find anymore in the forest. 2) I’d like to change the back-link word on bottom porfolio page from “Portfolio” to “all projects”, “back” or “home”... where is it nested? Suggestion: the possibility to label it or name like the selected back page. 3) I made some little changes to shorcode.php to reduce the excerpts and hide dates, author and comments from search results. How to save this through next updates?

I’m strongly considering this template. I was hoping to find a review of it by those who had purchased it, but so far am only finding troubleshooting questions in the comments section…
Is it a fast theme, or does it load slowly? Are people pleased with it? Are there links to sites that are using it? How customizable is it? Any security issues with the theme? Is the CSS complicated if you want to customize? Is there any need to dig into the CSS? Is this theme going to continue to be supported/updated or will the developer lose interest and all the work and shortcodes used in posts have to be cleaned up for a later theme?
Because it’s a gorgeous theme, and I like it a lot. I’m about 2 seconds from buying it, if I could just get a few answers. I am just hesitant without finding out a few of these answers.
Developer question: is it possible to go full screen width (literally, the full screen) on the home page top image? I tried the page full width option in the demo, but it retains the generous left/right borders. I’m talking full screen, like you see in the slider here: http://demo.appfinite.com/ally/

I asked you yesterday about Pricing Tables, I have one more question about this:
Is there any way to manage the height of each cell to make all the columns even.
Example: First column has 4 options, second has 6 options making this column taller than the first one. Also if I add more text, to one option the height increases.

generally speaking you can’t do that, as there is no way to set CSS for each column, as columns don’t have unique identifier, but it can be done via child theme, if you change the code a little bit.

1. is there any custom CSS to increase line spacing in h2 text?
2. I’ve translated contact form strings with recommended plugin codestyling localization but, even though i generate .mo files and rescan with no problem, I cannot see it taking any effect on the main web site. Am I missing something?

When I use the QODE interface to upload a Youtube video I can not insert the string of code &rel=0 to disable the “show related videos” at the end. If I use an iframe then the video is not responsive. Maybe I’m not entering the &rel=0 correctly or in the wrong area – even though I have tried various combinations.
