Hi, I’m planning to grab this theme for an online shop that sells downloadable digital medias. A few quick pre-sale questions: 1. Does the theme support SEO on each product page? 2. I notice that you can have a “sale!” tag on a product’s thumbnail image. Can you change the text and color of the tag? And is it possible to tag / mark an item “sold out” automatically based on item quantity? 3. Is it allowed to install this theme on a mock site for testing purposes before later importing it to the ‘real’ site?

1. We did not add such feature so you basically you may consider using Yoast or such plugins to add SEO features.
2. the text and color can be changed very easily, for color I can provide you an override css that you can use it in child theme or custom css option. For the text you will need to change it in theme files. “Sold out” badge Yes this is already included in the theme.
4. I could not understand what exactly you mean! you can do whatever you want once you have purchased the theme. please read ThemeForest licensing rules. I dont think there is any issues with this.

1. Add Button Shortcode via Page Composer
2. Click “Edit” button to view its options. and find “URL” option.
3. Dont forget to add http:// anywhere you use URL in wordpress.

I do wish you all the success with your theme… but I am gonna honestly describe my experience with it here… and this is just in relation to my own experience with the theme as a non-developer user… and this might not reflect others experience but i am sharing what I think…it might provide a useful user insight for those who might seek it…
Just for every1 to know, I have not used the theme itself but rather I used a child theme (that is provided by the theme developers along with the theme upon purchase) to do my customization. maybe that’s why my theme is not responding in the right manner. Not really sure, but just FYI
1- The theme is in general slow to work with, specially when using the admin panel and also the page builder… the thing that makes it very inconveniently painful to create a website with. It is responds so slow to the extent that it ends up eating plenty of hours before you actually have something built!
2- upon installing the theme it conflicted with few (key/popular) Plug-ins in the market which were WP plug-ins like Jetpack and yoast…can’t remember the 3rd one… but I have never came across a theme before that actually conflicted with those 2! and trust me I have used quite a few!
3- While I understand that any theme must go through what can often be quite an intense and long way of bugs fxing… but the support that I have received from the support forum was weak at best! I have submitted a support request that in relation to the conflict with the Yoast Plugin among other issues… 6 days later, I receive a response that advising me to contact the plugin developer to solve the issue!
first of all… just to be clear while such answer can be perfectly a legitimate answer, but in this case, where YOAST is actually a plug-in that has been downloaded and used by over 5,500,000 happy users with no conflict, using common sense…i would be more inclined to think that the issue must be with the theme itself and YOAST! but hey, I am not a developer, so what do I know! right?!
Second, which is more important; It took the support team 6 full days to come back to me with such useless answer as “contact the plug-in developer and report back what to us!”.. Let me repeat, 6 DAYS! to tell me go call them… I mean…seriously! I had a much faster response when i have posted pre-sale questions here rather than using the dedicated support forum! so, every time I might need some help I will have to wait a week for it? Shall I, accordingly, plan to be done with my website in a year time? I am just wondering!
Well… That is part of the risks which we all take when we buy into an unestablished theme…so it is all fair play… I wish you all the best with your theme, sincerely! But for me, that kind of support does not cut it for me…so thank you and good luck!

Hey Ali, thanks for sharing your experience and suggestions.
I am the theme developer and the person who developed all part of the theme. I am not going to falsify or direct my blames to other things, you have mentioned few issues on theme and I will answer them all :
1. We had an small issue with Yoast plugin. we have fixed it on the latest version if you check it. we have plenty of compatibility fixes for different famous plugins on our coming updates as well. I will check your ticket and see why our support staff responded this way to you. I am pretty serious in support service and the tickets I myself handle are very well covered. but you should also admit I can not give support to all tickets. Therefore we have hired a support staff who works for many authors here in Envato. I will try my best to make sure this will never happen again.
2. Regarding to the speed of our backend features : Page Builder is a little bit slow due to the features and visual options it offers, I am working hard to increase its performance. The rest of the parts such as Masterkey Settings is not slow I dont think you should have issues with it.
3. The speed of our support was due to a mistake on our help desk which some tickets left out in our older support staff account. so the new staff was not aware of them. I have discovered this and fixed it recently. I will try my best to avoid any future issue related to our support. I am sorry about that you feel bad about our services and what I can do is to put double effort on our support wings.
Once again I do apologise for all these inconveniences and I will try my best to not let this happen again.

Thank you for your response! My main issue was not the answer in its general sense as I do understand that you cannot possibly support all 25,000 plugins! But when it come to one of the most famous plugin for SEO optimization, that becomes necessary for the theme to support.. anyhow my main issue was waiting 6 days to receive a hollow support! not the only the answer itself!
But I do appreciate your sincere response.. it is certainly faster than the support forum 
There is something else wrong with the visual composer other than the frustrating slow speed… most of the times it displays weird txt instead of the visual composer… sometimes it appears.. most of the times it shows txt… i keep refreshing…reloading…etc… but in vain!
Honestly… I do appreciate your hard efforts and I am sure it must not be easy to gave such a contiguous support… but the theme has given me more headache than I have bargained for!

I am sorry if all these happened to you. I have already had a long discussion with our support staff about the frustrations you and some other customers have been faced. at the end of the day we do business here and I myself CAN not sit there and see all these happens to our customers who paid 55$. I myself can not accept this if I was a customer. To be honest your comment this morning shocked me
. when you see visual composer shows only text you will need to manually switch to page composer (by clicking the blue button above editor), refreshing the page will not switch to page composer. we do our best to improve its speed. the plugins compatibly answer from our staff side was somehow very unacceptable in my view and I promise this will not ever happen again. in our coming versions I will try my best to fix all those addressed issues related to famous plugins and the rest of the bugs. Currently I am working on huge update has been gathered form users. Please note that theme development can not be fully bug-free if we do not throw it on many peoples hands. Please let me know if you face with more issues and I will be happy to sort them our in out in our upcoming update. Thanks for your constructive feedback.

As for the Composer, there is no button above the editor except for the ‘add media’ button! no other! :/ before this happens, the page used to load showing text for couple of seconds and then automatically switch to Builder view… now the button is not there!
Any ideas?

I have some trouble with the multilingual version of the theme. I first set up my site in the English version, and yesterday I tried to translate it into French with the help of WPML plugin.
-I can not set the header toolbar and header banner as in the english version. I can not properly set the footer as the default settings start automatically.
-The extension “Pricing tables” does not appear in my page in French, although I have set it correctly I think, and similarly with Banner builder.
-One last point: I can’t manage to have the same shaping of the language selector in the demo site. I configured WPML but it does not appear correctly. Failing this I put a menu with a redirect link, but it is not ideal.

Hi, using Banner Builder you can add video and/or any other element using page builder and choose it as header slider. so you can have videos in banner section as well. But if you mean full width which covers the whole banner and header section, currently we do not have such feature in Jupiter. Hi. 1) Can the newspaper style blog display 3 in a row instead of 4? 2) Is there a way to close the comments/share accordion panel when selecting an item in newspaper style. 3) Can photos be different widths and lengths in newspaper? 4) Can the lightbox be turned off for blog and portfolio items? Thought of a few more… 1) When viewing a single blog post in boxed view, the comments/share button on the left side is cut-off. 2) I hope the shruken menu and top top can be adjusted for boxed mode. 3) The “enfold” them has a really cool preview (next/back) when viewing portfolio and blog items. 1. Currently Newspaper style can have only 4 columns, but I am planning to make it be from 1-4 columns of user’s choice.
2. what do you mean by saying “close”?
3. The photos width is 500px and any size larger than this will be cropped dynamically. the height will be preserved the same as height of your image original height.
4. This was overlooked and I will fix this in our coming version within 2-3 days.
5. I will make a work around for boxed layout in coming feature.
6. I will need to talk with the theme designer to see how he can incorporate that feature with Jupiter (btw thanks for suggestion).

Hi. For Item #2, the newspaper style layout has buttons for sharing and comments on the main page, blog-newspaper-style-full-layout. Selecting the button shows a drop down panel. However, there is no way to close the panel. If the blog post has hundreds of comments, they will show in this small panel. This is not a good user experience and you should have the ability to close and/or turn off these options.
Also, we need a way to align the menu to the far right and logo to the far left, like the Enfold theme. Current layout does not work when you many menu items.
2. In newspaper we only show 4 comments, so it will never happen if you have hundreds of comments. But I will add this to list to make it optional. I have added your second suggestion to the bug list to consider it while giving our new update. Thanks for you valuable suggestions and advices. Thanks
Thanks artbees. Regarding the drop-down panel (comments/sharing), you should have the option to at least close the panel by re-clicking on the icon. Right now, there is no way to close the panel. I would also include an option to completely turn both features off or one of them.

Hey thanks for being interested in our item. this a little laggy scroll is due to the smooth scroll feature and parallax backgrounds used in the theme. you can disable its option if don’t like to use it. The parallax backgrounds brings a little performance down in some browsers and computers. so it totally depends on you how to manage your content to prevent it. Thanks
