Followed the guides for installing the theme + importing the XML.
All the images fro the XML content don’t display. All I get is empty grey images.
The only one that imports properly is the Avada logo.
Posted in the forum, see that admins are actively answering other questions, but here I sit and wait. I’m about 10 minutes from filing for a refund.

Yes that is correct, images are licenses stock photography and are not allowed to be included with the XML import. We do list that on our item page as well so users know about it upfront. This is not something that is wrong or hidden, the information is out there for you to see. And this is the same for any theme you buy here.
All our images were purchased from thinkstock.com, which has a gret deal right now of $99 for one month and you get 25 downloads a day. Thats very good price for high quality images.
We actively answer questions in the forum each and everyday, but you have to understand that we answer them in the order they were received, we answer threads from oldest to newest. So your threead will be answered in the order it was received. Response time is around 18 hours, which is extremely fast and better than any other support on the market. Also, its the weekend so its going to take a bit longer than that.

does avada have a page builder?
Not at this time, but one is coming in a future release for sure. I just cant give an accurate ETA on that, but it will be coming

I just installed the theme and when I switched to the dark theme I am still seeing the light title bar menu image. I even looked in the images folder and there is no dark version of the image page_title_bg.png included. Can you please let me know where to get that?

Yes the title bar image is an image so it cant switch with the dark skin. But you can change the background color of the page title bar and/or upload a new image to fit your dark skin. You can do all of that on the header tab in theme options, its the “Page Title Bar Options”.
You can also change the page title bar per page in the page/post meta options of each page/post

On your demo site there is a dark version though: http://theme-fusion.com/avadadark/accordion-toggles/ can you include that in your package in the future? I guess I’ll just try and download that off your site page for now.
Yes go ahead and right click and grab it off the dark site. An XML file only imports one skin, which is light. We ca start to include a light and ark XML file in the future though.

Hello, i want to purchase this theme but I have some queries.

1. Not yet but one is coming in a future release. But its still easy to build pages, everything you see is a shortcode that you just insert onto a page.
2. We’ve not tried that plugin but Im sure it will be fine. If you have issues, we will check it out and fix it for you
3. Yes we recommend using Ubermenu plugin, its simply the best mega menu plugin out there and Avada is fully compatible with it. http://wpmegamenu.com
4. Yes it does, and in our new release in a few days it will have all kinds of new design integration. All future updates are free once you buy the theme. Avada is the theme that keeps on giving
5. We’ve not tried but you should check with woocommerce about that.

Great theme. I love it. Please Add Yelp! I know this has been discussed a few times and I have followed the instructions to add a custom link but I have reworked the Yelp artwork 10 times and still can’t get it to match the quality buttons on the social bar. Could you offer the yelp button artwork as an item until Yelp is added to the Social Media bar? Thanks!

Thank you very much, yeah everyone is surprised when someone gives it a low rating We’ve never had any customers tell us that and no major complaints at all. Someone told us before that most likely its other authors buying it and rating it low, its sad but I do feel that happens. Authors buy each others items all the time to check them out and see how they work.

When I installed avada, the latest version of wordpress was 3.4.1. Today wordpress version is 3.6. I’ll have problems with my data and layout customize if I update wordpress to the current version?
I’m also not using the latest version of the Avada theme. can I update?

It does support BBpress and will work, but we’ve not tested it with BuddyPress or s2member plugin. But i do know that I’ve seen some users with s2Member plugin so I have to assume that one does work. And we will be adding custom styles for BBpress soon as well.
