Hi, One company needs two sites (on different servers) using Avada. Do I have to buy 2 licenses ? Or is there a kind of extension to the license ? Or can I use the same license on these 2 sites as it is for the same user ? Thanks.

The single $45 license is for one site, so if you need it for two sites, then you need to purchases. If its the exact same site but different domains, then that might be ok, Im not sure though. You can ask the Themeforest support people about that one. http://themeforest.net/support

Hello Avada Theme’s Author… is there is a better place for forum support ?
I have a question about handling blog post parameter… not in the short code, but in in the display layout for a single post.
there are two buttons for prev next… so far so good, but is there is any parameter for show / hide them, and for limit them in the defined cat_slug range ?
instead of css’s canibalism on a chil template, is there is any way for display the image not as full (or % width) but as an illustration allowing floating text around… ?

For your questions, you can disable the prev and next navigation in theme options on the blog tab. It will disable it globally. And the featured image can have a custom size entered epr post, look in the post options box, you will see featured image width and height fields.

But if you want your text to wrap, then turn off featured image on single post pages (blog tab in theme options) and insert a regular image in the post content field, then your text will wrap.

Are you referring to the portfolio listing page? That has all the column layouts?

This seems to be a windows hosting error. Are you using Avada 3.1.1? Please make sure you are.

Then signup and post on our support forum, we have a server expert there named John (jteague) who can take a look at this.

If the issue persists, please post this up on our support forum. Create a new topic with the above info, then post a second reply with your username/password and mark it as a “private” reply so only we will see those credentials and will be able to login and check the issue.

You can turn it on and off, turn the rollover icons on or off, use both icons or only one icon. Insert a custom URL for the link icon. You can also change the color of the rollover and the opacity, all via theme options

Hi, I´m trying to access the forums but doesn´t seem to validate my purchase Code. I get this message: “The license key you have entered is not valid or could not be verified at this time.”

I´m having a problem with the new version of Wordpress I have just installed. I can´t see the slider and I get this message: “LayerSlider: old jQuery issue It looks like you are using an old version (1.10.2) of the jQuery library. LayerSlider requires at least version 1.7.0 or newer. If you are using the WordPress version of LayerSlider, you can try out the “jQuery Updater” plugin from the WP plugin depository. When i buy this theme can i use it for few dominos name as much i want?

Is it including RTL Language Support?

Is hebrew language and Dafont include ?if not i will be able to install it without knowing coding?

One $45 purchase is good for one domain, so you need t make a second purchase if you need it for more than one site. That is how all the themes work here on TF.

Yes it does have RTL built-in

Hi – I have a site that already contains content (blog posts, images, comments, etc – anything included in the xml file I exported and imported from .com to self-hosted). What happens to it when I install this theme?

And – do I need to disable jetpack first?

Your content should still be fine and will show up on the site as long as its in your database.

No you dont need to disable Jetpack either

You dont have to update it if you dont want to. Updates are put out to add new features or to fix something if its needed.

Hi I am trying to locate the purchase code-it is not anywhere near the download files on the themeforest page-help appreciated as I urgently need to post a support question-

I have had great problems uploading the theme. Ive tried FTP, spent nearley 2 hours and now finally have theme via FTP and just one long column of menus when trying to upload dummy content-help please

Hey

For your menu, you might of missed a step. You need to assign the menu as the “main” menu so it keeps all the dropdown hierarchy. Go to menu section and assign the menu to “main”. Se screenshot, http://i.imgur.com/GM1WGwO.png

The person shortcode does not have an email icon at this time, this is something we will add in the future. For now, you can enter their e-mail address in the body copy if you wish. And we will be adding this in a future update, we’re going to allow the full social icons set. And I do believe this has been brought up on our forum and a solution provided so you should check there.
