The preview shop does not have any special options. Here’s what I always do:
1 – After activating the plugin I install all the pages like recommended by the plugin;
2 – Select the color that I prefer under Woocommerce>settings>general;
3 – Increase the images size so that they don’t look blurry. This is under Woocommerce>settings>catalog;

hmm. I know this is me and not you. Could you email me an example vimeo iFrame code and then explain where exactly it should go to make it work? Everything im doing is wrong and I think im following your instructions. Im trying to put the whole of the iFrame code into the Image 2 Upload on the post settings. It didnt work!

It’s not any of those tags. It’s a special size and like I told you above: the theme uses different types of titles, font weights and sizes depending on what parts of theme they are used. You can change them with Custom CSS, but you can’t keep asking for my help here. I replied over 30 comments from you and most of them have to do with changes you want to make to the theme.

You are trying to change the theme features so it’s up to you to find out how things work. You need to edit the files located inside the inc/modules/wpalchemy/metaboxes folder for this.

If the theme preview works fine for you there’s no reason for that long delay. I have opened your website and your server “makes us wait” 4 or 5 seconds before the elements start loading. This is not the theme fault… You can also try turning off any plugins you may have that could be causing this.
As for WooCommerce it does not delay anything if you don’t have the plugin installed and active. Retina: it will only slow down on retina screens and just because the images served will be bigger.
In my opinion you should ask your hosting company the reason of that waiting until the pages start loading. You can also install the W3 Total Cache plugin to try and improve things (but this won’t solve that server delay issue).

Well if your logo is there it should not show that. You must have some strange config on your WP, because I don’t have any similar issue. For a quick fix and future workaround please send me a private message with your WP login details if possible. Thanks!

Emailed you. Tried re-installing theme to no avail.

I just replied to your email. It seems that you had not set any logo (or if you have it had a wrong image path). I selected a logo image from your media library, saved options and everything seems to be fine now.
