If you have sortable enabled in the portfolio and you are only loading say 6 posts – is there a way that it can sort through ALL the published portfolios?
For example – i have 6 portfolio posts per page – in categories 2013, 2012,2011,2010
However the 2012 and other posts are page 3 – so if someone is trying to search for them on page 1 it wont show up….
does it make sense?
Hey, Unfortunately this is something I cant help. sortable script only sorts based on elements appended into the page. I could not find a solution for this yet. Have you seen any other theme has this feature?
I am looking at your theme for a potential client and one thing thing that is putting me off at the moment is the main navigation and how it goes into the drop down menu at 1024×768, especially in the boxed layout. Anyway to control that or am I stuck with that?
Hi, you have full control on with which width you need to turn to responsive state. in masterkey settings you can change the width to anything you need to. in our demo the nav items are enough long that we need to give it a long screen width. Cheers
I looking for themes for a One Page website. Is it good to use Jupiter for a one-pager? Is it possible to modify the menu so that it displays different segments of the first page instead of the different pages?

2 questions:
1. In portfolios – how do you arrange the categories? i have it 2010,2011,2012,2013 – i want it in the reverse order
2. Also in the portfolio – i want to hide the category that shows up underneath the text
1. You will need to play with “Order By” and “Order” options in portfolio shortcode. but you can not exactly order based on categories. you can do it with date and order it with “ASC”
2. use below css rule in masterkey => advanced => custom css to hide category :

On comparing other themes with this one we find the following addons will greatly help the theme to reach new levels. 1. Better page speed. 2. Ajax Instant Search: user get results while typing 3. Feature rich header that has a secondary top menu, social icons, taglines, search box and more! 4. Ajax Portfolio 5. Better Response time on Support Forum. 6. Date and Time selection in Forms. what do you mean by feature rich header? we already have them in header toolbar!

4. this week we will have a huge overhaul in our support forum. there will be FAQs, videos, knowledge base, forum with extra staffs and many more. in fact we will change the whole support experience in a week.
5. I will consider this feature as well but I suggest you to use a rich form builder like gravity forms.

Hi, The homepage video is included in demo content as placeholder. However you need to acquire license to use in your project. We simply can not include any copyrighted media in Jupiter.

Love the theme guys. I’m wondering if there is any way to display paragraph text underneath a mega menu rather than links?
I don’t think this an option, so if you are able to point me in the right direction for editing the required theme files that would be great.

Just getting my head around your cool theme. I was wondering if the best way to create a slider would be to place it on the banner builder or straight onto the homepage template. I love the testimonials custom post type but hate that I can only display them as a scroller. Is there any hope for an output that is just a long formatted list so I can display all of them on one page?

Thanks! To make it even better, we could have the option to tag a portfolio with the testimonial. Then on our portfolio pages, when we insert the testimonial, we can just tell it to pull the one for that project.

Unfortunately with the current theme features you can not have 2 navigations same as the sample in jupiter.
However we have some thoughts for our next big version regarding to one page and I believe you gonna love it. our concept is more fresh and unique in its kind.

I can not give you an exact date due to some reasons. but its coming very soon.
1. The blur effect is HTML 5 or javascript? and it is working very well on your demo: pre-sales pages..my thing is there is no reason why it should not be translate to a new installation..I have tested in in several browsers, and its the same thing…its not a browser issue..its code failing somewhere. Can you at least point me to the script that I can tinker with at least…this is very debilitating to the applicable project.

The second issue is more related to the demo site and we will fix this in our coming big version.
