I checked and yes it is, I downloaded the new one but when I going to install again (from the Wordpress admin) it shows that the Salient folder already exist, can you help me about how to update the version without lose data and all the work made. Is good to replace the SALIENT folder directly from FTP server, or is not good idea?

Yes, you can use FTP. Just delete the old version and upload the new in its place.
