Yeah I tried f5, even cleared the prestashop cache file in ftp, and tried the plugin instructions too.

did you try ctrl F5 in your browser or clear the cache in prestashop ? see plu in adder instructions for reinstallation too.
I’ve just updated to the latest version and I can’t access any of my products or categories.
It just goes to an error page saying:
Oops, something went wrong. Try to refresh this page or feel free to contact us if the problem persists.
So after a little more digging, it looks like it is taking the number out of the categories.
For example /3-music-ipods is automatically being changed to /music-ipods
Any chance of any support on here??

I just installed warehouse using the youtube video you provided, but now I can’t open my shop and keep getting a server error saying “The website encountered an error while retrieving… It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.”
Do you know how I might be able to fix this?

Based on the error log, it says “Fatal error: Call to undefined method Megamenuiqit::getCacheId()... etc”

Just installing it and few things come in my mind:
1. Review button on yotpo tab should be translatable, also testimonials side button should be translatable. (I see a square in this button, is it normal and what’s it for?) 2. Site seems slower on google page speed insights both in mobile and desktop mode.
3. I also can’t see translations for “Quickview” module (references, add to cart, quantities, etc), and on Homepagetabs modules everything is not translated either. (probably some translation issue with the release)?

and also few improvement suggestions for 2.1 of WH:
1. random products in every slider and tab (in the new module) 2. Option to define maximum video size in the new module 3. Options to translate yotpo. tabs and side button 4. remove shade from manufacturers slider and only apply it on other logos when you hover on one of them. 5. background rotator – upload multiple background images and rotate them and/or specify image for certain page (like CMS, or home page). Useful for creating ‘brand’ shops inside the big shop. Also useful for specials, etc…

Warehouse 2.1 already have implemented changes from ps 1.5.6.1. It will be sended to themeforest today

I’ve just updated from 1.8.2 to 2.0 after having upgraded PS to 1.5.6.
All was going well until I attempted to reinstall “pluginadder:
I get the error: Unable to install override: The method getProductsImgs in the class Product is already overriden.
Please help. I’ve read this has happend before but you did not post solution. Boo.

Hi Marcin, a quick question: any idea why “Sort by REFERENCE” doesn’t work? Is it an issue with Prestashop (1.5.6 – fresh install) or with the theme ? It just spits the products in random order :/ Help highly appreciated thanks
Sorry Marcin, i thought “reference” meant the number of “rating stars” , it just sorts by the ‘real’ reference as it should. Thanks for the awesome template, works like charm

I have all translated into spanish, I can see them at my browser.
Maybe the problem is that you are conecting from a “foreign” browser so our shop is still showing you the “quick view” pluggin in english…
Anyway, the quickview translation fields were Module: quickviewiqit and you can find it at translations -> Installed Modules -> default / warehouse
Have you ever clear cache from your browser? Maybe it is still showing you some old (non translated) views…

This theme simply is the best I’ve ever seen for Prestashop. Only thing one could wish now, is some sort of support forum. One can see people helping each other out here in the comments, but some simple forum would be way better.
Anyway, I think I might have messed up some module positions. Nothing I can see malfunction, but I have accidently moved around some positions that I didn’t intend (like the top slider ones), trying to arrange them. It might however be some errors I can’t see right now. Is there a way of resetting all positions the way they are meant to be? The module positions in the documentation seems a bit outdated.
Hi, i will finally do some forum soon. About modules position, they are no outdated, this is simply depends on configuration and for each demo some positions are diffrent. It is very flexible thing.
