Hi, really like your theme ! So fresh.
But i’m not a big fan of the menu (excuse my english), the clicking event and espacially the 45° rotation of (+).
It could be more intuitive (i think) with a (+) to open and a (-) to close ?
So, is there a way to use a hover effect instead of clicking to expand the submenu items ?
If not, is there a way to reduce a submenu group when expanding another, like toggles for exemple…

If you have medium jQuery knowledge you should be able to implement any of these changes. I can assist you with no extra charge if you want to use + and – instead of the 45 degree option (on future theme updates you’ll have to change the main.js file with the tweaked one).

I was wondering where the css is for the tag cloud or what the class name is that I could disable it, I would like to just remove it so it will create the cloud and not the black boxes.
Also, I was trying to use the recaptcha plugin for the comment section, but it doesnt show up. Do you have any suggestions for adding the captcha to comment sections?

Hi! I have a problem with your beautiful template, with some browsers (safari for ex.) it works fine, but with other (firefox, chrome) crashes or does not open … I have some setting wrong? the domain that hosts the site is not suitable?

What do they mean with the “site is not suitable”? Also, do you have any active plugins? If so please turn them off for a moment. Make sure also that you are using the latest Wordpress version.

Thanks for the reply, I tried to disable the photo gallery plugin and now everything is working correctly … maybe because both (template and plugin) using Ajax?
But this did not happen on the previous host …
If the problem is only on this host is because it is somehow limiting the plugin usage, because the theme itself is working like you said. If you want to disable the theme ajax load feature you can do it under Samba Options>General tab.

Hi Pirenko, I’ve installed Samba 1.9 on a brand new Wordpress 3.7.1 and a new database and when I try to activate Samba Framework it tips a Fatal error message: Cannot redeclare prk_alc_global_head() on wp-content/plugins/samba_framework/inc/modules/wpalchemy/MetaBox.php on line 2185
I think I’ll need some help in here to figure this out… Do you know why is this happening ?

So the problem was that you changed the theme name and that plugins checks for the current active theme so that it includes or not some of the theme files. All sorted now anyway. Cheers!

On my android phone (using chrome) if you view your shortcodes page, the buttons and titles show up on 2 lines instead of 1 i.e. for the button, the text is on one line and the icon falls below it, for the titles each word is on it’s own line. What css fix can I apply?

What needs to be modified so that the full screen slider image is anchored to the right instead of the left side of the screen when resized. Im sure this is a simple change but I can seem to find the CSS responsible. Thanks.

This is not done with CSS… The file main.js file inside the js folder is the one responsible for that. Anyway, the image should not be anchored to the right. It should be centered, so if you are having a different behavior please send me a private message with a link.

I’m using the featured slider option there (options are located on that page under the content). If you want a single image just make sure that you create a specific group for that slide. Make sure also that your page template is Page with Sections.

you have only one menu with sub-menu uncollapsed with an element style of “display:block;” how are you achieving that since the menu gets dynamically populated?... I know i can make all menus uncollapsed, but i’d like to only have one of my sub-menus uncollapsed and the rest in there default state…. how can i easily achieve this?

The sub-menu will be uncollapsed if it contains the current active page so it depends on the URL that you open when you land on the website. All of these behaviors are controlled in the main.js file.

You can check the lightbox documentation by following the link present on the file description or documentation. Then you’ll have to change the php file that creates the mfp part and also the main.js file so that it displays the correct info.

Some alt=”” attributes for appears empty however I have written them in admin.
It’s like this for portfolio projects, home slide pictures and service image. While for simple image, it’s ok.
