Hi,
I just bought your theme. I was previously using your Core theme. When I click on a photo in a gallery, the lightbox isn’t working. I just get a black page. Nothing happens. Do you have any idea what’s the problem?
I now did a complete fresh install and everthing even got worse! Most of the gallery templates are not working, I can’t view published galleries, lightbox doesn’t work, photos disappear after a website refresh,... Core minimalist was working perfectly fine for me, but this is rubbish.
Responsive design, background audio, all not working… the list goes on and on.
update: Galleries still don’t show the photos, but you can click the blank page to open them in Lightbox now. Responsive design not working on iphone and ipad. It also doesn’t react to changes in browser size. Background audio not working. All this after a clean install. Please assist.
Another update: it seems to be working now. After numerous clean reinstalls it suddenly works. Very strange, because I didn’t do anything differently.

Do you have any of your customers web sites, I really want to make sure that is the right one for our customer.
What is your return policy?
Just purchased this site. Don’t know if I can use it though: takes MASSIVE amount of time to make the slightest change. Loading the site is torture!!!! Is there a problem that’s possibly causing this??

Thanks! Sorry, I noticed that was pretty clear in the demo anyway. Another question for you… pertaining to the gallery and shopping features. Is it possible to make a single password protected photos available for purchase? Or do you have to create individual items “for sale” in the woocommerce section. The end goal would be, say I have a client and I want them to have access to a password protected gallery where they can choose photos to purchase. In the woo commerce section is it possible to offer different sizes of the same photo for sale without creating separate items?
OK got it. Unfortunately they are different content type “Gallery” and “Product” so in your case you have to create a gallery then link it to product page so people can buy your image.
Hi.
I’m testing out the theme using the set up outlined in the manual. I have a fullscreen slideshow for the homepage but have run into a couple issues:
1. The overlay panel on the left is fixed in place and doesn’t go away.
2. The navigation arrows are missing.
I can send you the URL, but would rather not post it publicly. Is there another way of sending the URL to you?

1. You can disable gallery info display by default using Theme Setting > Gallery.
2. Please update to the latest version of theme. It should fix your issue.
Download from Themeforest > your account > downloads and replace all theme’s files and folders using FTP account with the new version.

Hello again, something else that does not seem to be working properly. When I create a blog page and choose ‘blog grid’ from the page templates section and view the page, it works fine but when you go to wordpress settings > reading and choose the blog page for your posts page it does not display with the chosen page template and defaults to the standard standard blog layout.
Is this something you can fix quickly?
Loving the theme but with this issue and the previous issue I have mentioned above, it’s holding back the progress somewhat.

hey, followed your promising theme-path, and it looks like this could be the one for me. so 3 pre-buying questions (in order of importance):
1) it´s listed that I can mix video + images in portfolios (which in this case can also lead to galleries, if I understand correct); so, can I also mix images + videos in galleries. this would be vital for me
2) can I put HTML content (like links) into captions?
3) it seems like I can change layout of captions/descriptions for images, but it´s not really clear/stated. so, do I have alternatives to the one circle-caption-layout (which in principle is also a nice one)?

1. Sure. Basically you can use “external link” as portfolio content type. Then link it to your gallery page.
2. Currently it doesn’t support HTML in caption. I will consider to add it into the future if there are many requests from customers.

Sorry it doesn’t support that. Gallery module is mainly focus on image content only.

There are javascript conflicts between theme’s script and plugin’s script. Try to disable all plugins
I only have akismet running? fresh install?
Could you send your Wordpress account and FTP detail please. Also did you edit theme code? there is javascript error in /js/custom.js file

Hi again! I have been trying to make the galleries work, and it just keeps giving me a “page not found” response. I’ve tried many different things, and tried to delete them all and start over…I used your manual index page to try to do this. Am I missing something?

Could you try to switch to default permalink setting please. Custom permalink doesn’t work because of your server .htaccess setting.

I was about to buy this theme but when I checked the demo on my iPhone (ioS 7) neither the homepage nor the menu would scroll, thus it is impossible to navigate the site. Please let me know when this is fixed. I really want to start working with Mercury.

Hi! I’m about to buy your theme and was checking it out on ipad and iphone devices, and none of the pages scroll on those devices. It seems to work fine on my desktop.

The theme looks great however, I have followed the instructions per the /manual/index.html and I still can’t figure out how to get the “Portfolio Content” link to go to the supposed page once it is clicked. Quoting “If you select “Portfolio Content”, you can add HTML or text to portfolio content. So when visitor click on this portfolio, they will be redirected to portfolio single page with its content.” This doesn’t work. It goes to a page that doesn’t exist. Thanks!
I did try to create a page for it to go to, but that didn’t work either. I created a post as well but couldn’t find a way to connect it to the portfolio. I am a little inexperienced with WP. Here is the URL: http://dwa-designs.com. Thank you!
