1. Yes, and the nectar shortcodes are usable within VC so you can essentially use that plugin for columns if you like and use the nectar shortcodes for elements.

2/3 Hasn’t been fully tested with these yet – but buyers are currently using them.

You can add an autorotate similar to how the clients carousel works, but there’s no built in functionality to have an always moving carousel at this time. You could look for a plugin to do that if you needed it though
