Feature Request: Let us choose between chronological order for sorting portfolio items or alphabetical order, based on category then subcategory.
i.e. category “2013 Awards” with subcategories “Gold” and “Silver” would sort alphabetically with portfolio items under Gold, then do Silver.
Do it and I will send beer money via PayPal.

Beautiful theme, just a quick pre-sales query – is it possible to switch off the speed scroll effect? When I scroll down it’s difficult to use via my laptop, if this can be disabled it’d be perfect.

You can accomplish this by using the portfolio shortcode. It has options for you to choose a specific category set. (This was added in version 2.5, so make sure you’re on version equal or greater than that)

Great theme – I love the ability to have video on the homepage.
I have 3 questions, the first being the most important:
1. Is there a way to make the font color in the body of the text black? The gray on gray doesn’t have the contrast/readability I’m looking for.
2. Where are the icons (or are they called flavicons?) stored, I need to add some that are more appropriate to my categories (i.e., a TV icon, or a film camera icon which is more representative of what I do).
3. Any way for us to have our twitter feed show up in the footer or side panel?

2. You can use/mix any of the blog layouts shown in the demo on any pages you need

1. There’s no carousel feature for WooCommerce products. The only ways to place products are through the default WooCommerce shortcode.
2. Yes, within a week and it will contain a lot of bug fixes and a couple new nifty features I can’t reveal just yet on here. Sorry!

It does work correctly when deactivated child theme however how do I go about keeping my child in place?
Hey – you might have a code error in your child theme or are using files in your child theme that don’t line up with what the new files need to have. Did this occur when updating to a specific theme version?
I’m sorry, I have a couple more issues that have arisen since the last update.
1. On my homepage, on the Recent Work carousel, the title of one of the portfolios takes up two lines, the last of which is clipped off. I supposed its just a matter of adding a bit more space in the css, but im not sure how/where to do it.
2. When linking to a blog post in Facebook, Facebook isn’t pulling any of the images from the post as the thumbnail image (only pulls the header logo). Shouldn’t this be automatic or do I need a plugin to do this? Nor does it pull up any of the text…

1. Yes, this is a small bug and the fix will be in the next release. If you want to fix it early see this ticket: http://themenectar.ticksy.com/ticket/125019/search/
2. It pulls the featured image by default – if you don’t have one it will try and grab the first image on the page. However, not grabbing text is an odd symptom, one which I haven’t encountered before. There is a plugin you can use to specify this information manually though: http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-open-graph/

i know you said they initially have to stack during loading, but aside from that, upon clicking on each tab, the slider in each does not appear unless you toggle/resize the browser window. i hope you can tell me how to fix this!

When I change for custom fonts and choose any font it changes for some serif font an does not show the font I choose. http://www.dragmypixel.com/about/about-me-example/Some problem with permitions? what do you think it’s happening?

Hey, I think I “fix it”!! Anyway, what i fI want to use typekit font or just a font@face class? You should also have line spacing and kerning options for the Type options. Just a suggestion.
