I want to use See-Through buttons at the bottom of my boxed columns, but both are white. I would like to change the color of the See-Through button so it is visible. Can I do this on a case by case basis in my editor somehow? Or do I have to change it globally in the CSS? Either way, how do I do it? Thanks!

Great theme. I had one question.
In the portfolio section, I’d like for the user to click on an image and it would automatically take them to an external site. I’ve used a custom link but is there a way to remove the “view larger” & “More Details” buttons when I hover over the item?

First off, fantastic theme – Im just struggling to emulate one section from your ‘about us’ page.
Im trying to recreate the service lists / columns on the live demo. The ‘web dev, social marketing, modern graphic design, cloud hosting, responsive web, server optimisation’ bit. How have you done this with the icons?
Is it 6×1/6 columns or just 3×1/3 columns. I think I’ve tried both, but had no luck lining it all up!

You just need to paste it into the text tab on your editor in order to hold the heading tags – the visual tab strips out HTML. Also, if you just show the Kitchen sink on your editor you will be able to turn text into headings easily

I need help with a couple of issues:
1. I have a full-width section with a background picture (no parallax) that starts at the top of the page. On mobile devices, a small gap appears between the header and the section and I figured out that it’s caused by my custom font sizes. The more I increase the font of the body, the larger the gap. Any idea on how to fix this?
2. I’ve created a menu tab and assigned a custom css class to it. I want to change the text color of that menu on hover but my attempts are overridden by the default hover color of the menu. I’ve tried changing the color with .sf-menu .mycustommenu a:hover but it’s not working. What am I doing wrong?
3. I have a large menu that breaks into two lines before the responsiveness kicks in. How can I make the header become responsive sooner?

1. Yes, this is a bug that will be taken care of in the release coming in a day
2. You must use the important property to override that correctly:
body .sf-menu .mycustommenu a:hover {
color: #000000!important;
}
3. It would be a lot easier to use css to reduce the font size/spacing on the small desktop view than to change the responsive breakpoints.

Do you know why the rss feed wont show thumbnails? Does this have to do with how the theme is coded? Could RSS be configured so that the featured image is shown as a thumbnail? Example: type demo URL into feedly.com to see that it doesn’t work well.

I’m photographer and I bought it to show my works and now I’m a bit disappointed I cannot put my photos in a “Gallery only example” way from the fullwidth portfolio section. I read other posts and I see you’re planning to update it and make it working to have a gallery and not to move around the different projects. Could I ask you when are you planning to update this or maybe you could tell me what’s the name of this nice plugin to have such and easy simple and nice design arrows and I’ll try to find it and install. I believe I might be slightly confused as to what you’re looking to do. If you’re looking to turn your WordPress galleries into lightboxed galleries, then yes – this is something that will get added. However it sounds more like you want to allow a separate ligthbox gallery to open in each portfolio view larger button on the main projects page. If that’s the case, custom development would be required.

Hey Danicito, there’s only a WordPress version currently. You can still do whatever customizations you need to within WordPress as you would in a raw HTML template.

Hey Olimess! That would require the use of a plugin like UberMenu – there’s also documentation on their site for Salient integration

Hi – having problems with the logo resizing when in mobile view.
basicaly the logo goes way too small unlike your demo.
Any ideas?
