I have purchased the theme and set it up – www.pspbc.com – and it looks fine on a desktop browser.
However, when I look at it on my iPhone 5s, the theme reverts back to the default blue theme, when I have selected the orange theme.
What am I missing here?

Most likely this is just browser cache, make sure to clear out browser cache on your iPhone, and empty and plugin cache if you have it.
I see the orange theme on your home page, but on other pages I see the jetpack mobile page, you need to disable that feature in jetpack for our responsive site to show.

Just installed the update but it has sent the site haywire. How do you re-install the back up from the Media Library?

What do you mean went haywire? Please make sure to always clear browser cache, and empty plugin cache if you are using it. There is not a way to backup from your media library, you would need to of saved a copy of your old Avada theme folder.

While we are completely enjoying this theme and it’s many capabilities we have a question about testimonial functionality.
Do you believe that in the future testimonials might have a set character limit and a read more link to a page full of testimonials? Because the length of the testimonial varies it causes elements of the page under it to constantly shift position.
At the very least this may be annoying for the user. At most it may cause the user to click on the wrong link while trying to navigate around the site.

Hmmm I’ve never thought of setting the testimonials up like that. The general consensus is to do what is currently done, since each one does vary in height the overall height of the box is set to auto. Your suggestion though would be a nice second option for those who want it to be consistent. I’ve made a note about this and will discuss it with our team.

I see there has been mention of providing an option to go wider than the 960 grid, and curious if this is something that is still in the works. I struggle with all the empty space.

That is the sliding bar. If you are on v3.3.1 then there is a sliding bar tab in theme options to control all the settings. If you are on v3.3 or earlier, then look for it on the header tab.

I have a quick suggestion… The shortcodes option in Avada is great… But its really hard for a novice or even an experienced person to go on editing a page or a content once its created… like inserting images etc., My site name is http://cloudstackadmin.com/ But I noticed that an another theme has the solution for this. Its known as [link removed] ... it gives options like the Widgets or Siderbars known as [name removed] instead of the shortcodes.
In fact I believe that it is also using shortcodes in the backend but for a user it gives a user friendly stack based environment for editing contents, adding contents etc.,
So my suggestion is to try to get such an interface or option into Avada too… It will be an added advantage and make the theme more great and superb…
Anyhow thanks for this wonderful theme.. You guys rock and I am sure that there is lot more you can do to improvise to stay as the No 1.

I want to purchase this beautiful theme, but before i do so, i have only one concern. On the responsive mobile version, the main menu is shown as a list, next to it the 3 bars. can it ONLY show the 3 bars, without the GO TO list?

Yes the default view for the mobile menu is what you see on the site, it says “Go To” and has the menu icon on the right side. You can change the “Go To” text but it will just be text and not a link, links are inside the menu once you tap on it to activate it.

Does the new update fix the problems with WPML? Where can we see the list of improvements?

What problems with WPML are you referring to? The only known issue with WPMl is the horiz menu switcher, which is not an Avada bug. And the WPML devs just emailed us yesterday saying they finally fixed the bug, and a new WPML version is being released in about 7-10 days.

Oh yes, that was resolved back in v3.3. When “all languages” is selected from wp admin bar, theme options for “all languages” will be retrieved from default language set in WPML options but when you make changes to any option, the changed option will be changed on all WPML languages.
