This is a repost of [PRIVATE] Ticket #147633 which has had no response. Do you have premium support? I don’t have a month to wait for activity on this ticket (there seem to be some bad lapses with support here). The themes responsiveness was not well refined with even the demo content so I disabled it. The fixed menu is still responsive, however. See attached image. How can I lock the menu width to the page width? Also, without a mouse, you can’t scroll through the full width map. Using touch gestures just moves the map and not the page thus making the content below impossible to access. How can I disable this in a similar way to how you’ve disabled zoom with the scroll wheel? — Posted 16 hours ago

1) I have copied the following into the custom CSS field under the Qode control panel>Global Options:

This does not appear to resolve this issue.
2) Could there be a fixed border around the map that is wide enough for a thumb to drag on?

1) I’m sorry, I don’t understand what you’re trying to say.
- Responsive is disabled under the global options per my origional post. - I want a fixed menu that is locked to the body width, as in the example provided. It doesn’t matter what device, what zoom, the menu will always be identical to the body width. - Currently, the menu is resizing to screen width wihout the body (appears the menu is reponsive but nothing else). - Color is irrelevant to my inquiry unless is has something to do with resolving the responsive bug.
2) Will look at this once confirmed you can resolve 1.
3) Do you offer refunds?

It’s a really nice looking design. Hope to figure these issues out soon.
- A pie chart now randomly displays over the top left corner on android devices but not iphone or PC.
- The accordion active icon ( – ) color does not change with the control panel settings.
- The header locks to the left screen edge instead of the left body edge (in grid), making it impossible to reach the right edge of the menu without zooming out. The menu should be locked to the vertical edge of the body instead of floating around horizontally with the screen edge. As is, the menu unusable when zoomed in.

I’ve got a question. How can i set up the revslider to work like in Qode’s demosite as a header slider?
I am searching all over wordpress for a setting or something, but i can’t find how to do it. The documentation isn’t clear about this as well. I made a revslider called homeslider (just like in the demo site). and used the shortcode in the Qode custom fields. This gives me a pagewide slider, but it’s not in the header yet as i get the pagetitle above it.
Edit: SOLVED Darn. How stupid am i? I missed the section on the page editor where you can choose to hide the page title. That did just the thing i needed.

We are currently using Central theme 1.5.1 and we have highly modified it to our liking. Everything seems to work fine with multiple browsers. Is it recommended to update to 1.5.3? Is there a benefit that I would notice if I did?
Can I just update the Rev slider and whichever file you modified? We don’t have a child theme and I don’t want to go through the trouble of having to redo our mods.

The custom css box does not work right. It wont let me scroll down. Would it not be easier to just have the custom.css file accessible from the editor menu.

You can style access it through editor, just search for custom_css.php.

I try to open a link via short code button, like this:

it always opens in a blank new window instead of a lightbox, which works when i try to open an image link.
is lightbox not supported in the button widget of this template?

Unfortunately, it’s not supported as it does not generate necessary code, but you can add your own html and create such button.

2. I have the “revolution slider” integrated on the “blog”-page. Clicking on a blog article and the revolution slider is away (and it appears a black header with “blog”). How do I bring in all the blog sites this revolution slider?

I notified you guys of this glitch 2 weeks ago. (Our exchange is on page 51)
This was my original message:
“While browsing theme on iPad 3, running OS6 with Safari, drop-down links within navigation only work if the page is scrolled all the way to the top. If you scroll the page down midway with iPad, click on “pages” or “portfolio” or “blog” then try to select one of the drop-down options, it is impossible to select the item. You literally have to go back to the top of the page to make selection.
Is this a known issue with a fix for it? If so, then please let me know ASAP as I’d love to purchase this theme! We hope there is an easy fix.”

There needs to be improvement for “dropDownMenu()” function in default.js (default.min.js) file. Also, maybe there is a need to change css for dropdown menu in order to resolve this problem.
