Great theme, very impressed so far.
Having a problem with the wide menu settings on 2nd/3rd level menus. Currently set top level & second level menu options to wide with wide with icons for third level, and drop down menu is showing what appears to be a column left of where it should be. Icons aren’t rendering on 3rd level menu.

One more item – I can’t seem to find where the 30 px space under the header is shut off. Showing on every page, I’m guessing it’s a setting somewhere I’m overlooking but I can’t seem to find it.
Ok, figured out the 30 px space issue under the header – it does this when logged into Wordpress and top bar is showing.

Hello, so I bought these theme… well it is amazing.
I´m very frustrated I can´t use it because wordpress gives me a “Failure Notice” try again… I´ve installed other themes in this particular host, without a problem. Does your theme have a problem with other plugins?

masonry size can’t be changed through our back-end, it requires some small modifications in code. Adding that functionality won’t be simple, but we will consider adding that Unfortunately, it’s not possible to add related portfolio items beneath portfolio item.

I have just recently purchased your theme,the demo is impressive. I have installed it and it is a success but now I am trying to customize it.. I want to have the home page same as the live demo with parallax but I am not able to . Do you have a detail documentation which I can refer to. As the doc along the download does not specify how to add parallax to the site.

Hi, i´m editing the theme of my client, and i´ve noticed that in the home, the html5 video with the text QODE INTERACTIVE , AWESOMENESS IS OUR PASSION, put a label at the right corner of the video, that says easyhtml5video.com, and i´ld like to know how can i cut that label or what free soft can i use to get the same effect or how can resolve it, thanks a lot

That label was added to video itself as we used free eacyhtml5video software to convert video. You will need to prepare your video in another software without this label.

There is no such option built-in, but there is always on option to tweak the theme via child theme and change how portfolio list shortcode is rendered. If you are familiar with working with child themes, that should be easy task for you.

Ok. I removed the frame and became responsive to my iPhone but the righthand side menu doesn’t seem to work.
I just tested side menu on iPhone 5s and didn’t find any issue. What exactly is issue on your end?

I tested the theme on my iPhone 5 again and the menu doesn’t seem to work when I click on “blog” and others. I don’t know if it’s just my phone. I have a question on the gallery post. When I click on the image to view, the preview pop-up seems to be smaller than the image i clicked and when I click the fullscreen button, the image enlarges beyond the phone screen. Is there a way to fix that?

Sorry, I was wrong about section height, just checked it with other developer. Height of the section is defined by height of the video.
Side Area is widgets area. You should drag Text widget to it and add this code to Text widget:

You should create Row element, set its type to be Section and option to use video background will appear. You will need to prepare self-hosted videos.

Video background has different formats for different browsers: mp4, ogv and webm. You need to convert your video to all 3 file types.
