1- In service Area “simple service 1 ” , you see the Excerpt for text but you cant define the size, it just add part of text depend on 3 or 4 column choose, it doesn’t let you to link it, even link the inside text ( you can add link to text in editor of course but it doesn’t show )
other way In same service area if you use a very small text or large it add two dot at end as it is Excerpt ( which means there is more but no link ) , but lets say I put a very small sentence, why I still get those 2 dot at the end though I can not link it to the rest or anywhere else
2-In theme option there is a place for SERVICE Area and adding Service Link , what’s the use of that, a little specific theme document would be nice
3-in the service area there is option you can add services ” Service Setting” ( just on top of where you can add the font awesome, whatever you add there not even shows in single service post, if it is there why it is not working, these single post will be read by Search engines since they are in my sitemap and important for my SEO 4- I am still waiting for answer why media section is not shown under dashboard, there are way around it to access the media section from post or page but I need the default media section
4- Camera slider seems too make the pictures blur and also I need controls over it as I mention earlier the theme option for camera slider doesn’t work
1. Option for controlling text limit is given in version 2.3 2 This is used for controlling Service Areas Short element which is shown in the following URL. http://themes.webinane.com/wp/dictate1/hospital-1/ 3. Please explain which section you are talking about.
4. We have checked the camera slider options and found no bug in it so far. We will further testing in it. If we found any bug we will fix it.

I’m having the same issue as the commenter above. There are no templates!!! I’ve gone over the documentation, followed everything, and the only option it gives me is to “save current as template” ...nothing like it shows in your screen shot.
Right now, very disappointed in this theme.

I have sent this above query for tagline 2 days ago, but still waiting for reply. The contact form widget in the footer is not working, I donot receive any mails on my id. The php mail function is enabled on my server. I have tested mail on server and have 4 more sites hosted there, all are working. What should I do now??

We recommend to upgrade your Version and Go through documentation carefully, there are no such errors in the current version, and some of the given errors did not even exist in the first version. Thanks
Its there in my theme, have a look. you have the credentials and some occurred after you updated my theme. I still have the 1st theme version, to proof it. Many other customers too have complained about some. Rather than this conversation, lets solve them together…!!!!
As we stated before, we improve our product when ever any of our client report a bug, and inform our users about it, it is upto the user whether they update or not. We updated your version but after that one of our client reported another bug and we removed it. We feel happy to serve our clients but some times you need to do some tasks yourself. We Installed your Demo 2 times, responded more than 15 emails from you and upgraded your theme 2 times.
We again upgraded your theme today, though it should have been done from your end. 1. Now the Media option is visible. 2. For setting us the any section you have to select Container to True or False so that you get the perfect alignment. 3. We have received an email from your website, the Contact Us widget is working perfectly, you did not put the email in Theme Options >> Contact Page Settings >> Contact Email box. 4. We donot provide the Camera Slider Time Option we are planning in the next version. 5. The tagline issue will also be resolved in your theme.
This is what we did for you and still you are complaining, we cannot dedicate all of our time to satisfy one customer, we respect you and respect your concern but we also except some patience. Your ticket will be closed after performing this task.

We have applied a new version 2.4 of your website in which we have changed the Camera Slider height which you can adjust in Theme Options >> Slider Settings >> Camera Slider. Also the tag line is now showing in the theme that issue is also resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience which you faced because of these bugs, we have resolved them. Now the theme options are working. Thank you for your SUPPORT…!!! I had to recreate my Website. All texts in the website was jumbled up, Slider is no more responsive.. No Typography- only Font Style.. Have mailed you the screenshots have a look. Tag Line should appear in the browser tab area not below the LOGO, Check your website where does it appear… Footer too changed.. I have made the changes for now,well. Before all upgrading at least mention the changes you were about to make. I had only asked for 4 simple changes, missing files thats it.

Normally the font sizes are different at different places, therefore most of the users become confused when they have to select so many options while installing a theme therefore only font selection option is given now. Secondly the problem with the camera slider can easily be solved for which we have emailed you the path. These problems are solved in new version. Thanks for reporting bugs as well because through this way we learned a lot about what users want. Now we have improved our way of coding and this also has been applied in dictate version 2.4. Hi again: spa-salon-home-page-1 slider, on your demo here and also demo content doesnt show correctly on middle and is on left side of page, if you see it correct perhaps your resolution is not 1920×1080 , checked with firefox, chrom and explorer, all same problem please fix

Hi 1-I just installed the theme on 3.8 and 3.8.1 , on either I can not find the Media option in my admin dashboard ( I see other has same problem ) 2-after importing data which it took very long ( I think problem with downloading data from your server that’s why people may say your demo file doesn’t work ) there are some stuff missing , I think for layer slider you should provide a separate file exported from your demo site which is not included , same with staff section or employee 3- I check the code ( not finish yet ) , why slider-patterns ( 1,2 and 3 ) are linked from your site and not included in the image folder 4-as a suggestion, would be nice to include revolution slider 5- suggestion again: would be nice to include a schedule plugin like “BirchPress Scheduler – Appointment Booking” which is FREE or at least adding some CSS for that or similar one, using the forms though looks nice but doesn’t done the job

the appointment form is basically useless, since it is a form only, client need to see the available date and time so the can book and once booked the time that specific time become unavailable
you did not answer the main question: I can not find the Media option in my admin dashboard , in it is the 3rd time by me and few times by other people asking the same question

it is for adding new media same as post and page, I want to see my media section, to delete some file together, see where they attached, what is their short code, etc ,,,, are you seriously kidding me with your solution ? use larger image instead of centering, ...go to add new media instead of media section …. what kind of developer are you ?

Hi. Just loaded dictate them. I am getting started with logo, colors, homepage and experimenting with footer area.
What I am finding is that when I make changes, update / save, then refresh in live view, the updates do not show. I have to log off for the changes to update. When I login again and refresh the live view it will show the changes. But consecutive changes will not show until I log off and refresh again.
Another issue… when I log off and refresh the live view, the site is stuck in an improper configuration??? I must login again, hit refresh, then the page shows most recent edits.

Thanks for contacting us for support, the service bar in your site is supported by Font Awesome which is a wonderful feature to add fonts instead of pictures. Because adding pictures needs photoshop experience, so we have given Font Selection here. You can change the fonts there easily from the Services custom post.

Yeah, I already noticed that, but in your demo, the icon have more than 1 color and when you mouse over it, all the service become colored instead of only having his icon rolling. Is it possible to remake that?

I made a recent purchase of the Dictate WP theme and installed it on our server. However I am not getting all of the option menus for styles, templates and in some cases images and links in the admin seem broken in the documentation.
My Theme forest user name is jkd2013.
If I create a slider, then try to add it to the home page, the visual editor does not discover the slider ID already created. If I add it in manually it still does not display on page.
Most importantly the navigation menu floats to the right vertically pushing everything down, and does not display horizontally s expected.
Something must be broken in the install.
Color options seem to work, but not template options (Business, Fashion, Medical etc..) Menu still stacks vertical not horizontal wrecking the layout.
