This is custom post type, listed in the left menu as Portfolio. You can then set its Portfolio Style to different values for different layout

Yes, we already have portfolio objects. The question was: how did you create the gallery? By inserting self created HTML code or by some [shortcode] or…?

Thank you, now I understand. This means portfolio style 6 is mandatory for this kind of gallery. We are using portfolio type 3 for the pages (with a slider on top). We thought there might be a way to combine both the slider and the gallery (within the ‘About’ column) on one page.
Unfortunately not, as it’s page layout switcher, so you can choose one of the layouts
In case you are going to update this theme some time again: it would be nice to have a shortcode menu item to create this gallery element anywhere the user wants to. Again, thanks for the help.

I’ve set up the central theme in such way that the menubar appears when you scroll down. Now is the case that i want that background transition effect on another element within the menubar. I have my logo made bigger in height then the actual menubar height. I want the background of the logo have the same transition effect.

Unfortunately, it’s hard to move this theme to new framework, because of existing customers, as their web site will broke. We implemented page builder in latest 3 themes, but they are on newer framework. Sorry for that.
Yeah, IOS devices are not handling it well, as when scroll is used, IOS stops any manipulation of DOM elements and performs is when srcoll is completed.

The mobile menu isn’t showing up on my site. I’ve tried changing the background color. It is showing the footer as if it were not on a mobile device as well, almost as if the site is not being responsive, though the responsiveness is enabled. Can you help/investigate?

Attempting to look for a solution on your support page. When you go to: Support-Public Archive & Filter for the theme Central, you cannot go past page 1. If you click on page 2 and beyond it brings you back to the home page for support. Could you look into this?

I’m sorry if this question hasn’t been answered but I can’t quite get parallax to work. I’m trying to add a parallax screen shot of a map to an area on my homepage. If you look at my site ( partybashtours.com ) you’ll notice that the image only starts to appear after you begin scrolling down that page. Honestly I’d really just like it to act exactly like the map image you all have on your demo site. Great theme, please advise!

Hi, I’d like to ask these questions:
1) In the HOME page when I resize the window in smaller dimensions I get this error just above the Top Area Line:

How can I fix this? I think it came up after the update to WordPress 3.8.1 version, but I’m not 100% sure.
2) How can I add custom social icons and social shares? I would like to add a social icon and share for VKontakte.
3) In mobile view some characters of the greek language are not shown. I use the theme’s basic fonts (Oswald & Open Sans). Any solution?

1) We need to inspect this on your end. You probably added some shortcode but didn’t define it well. Please submit the ticket to http://qode.ticksy.com/ and include WP admin access
2) You will need to code it yourself. Regarding social icons, it’s much easier, you can just replace one of our icons you don’t plan to use in social icons image sprite file and then use shortcode for replaced social network. Regarding share, I don’t have experience with VK share options, so you will need to check their docs.
3) Same as 1) we will inspect it.

I’ve updated to WordPress 3.9.1 and Central v1.6. In the Portfolio Item the links “Add portfolio image/video” and “Remove portfolio image/video” does not work anymore. I already have 4 images in this portfolio item but I can’t add any more. How can I fix this?

Bought theme which looks good on website but it doesn’t come with any useful easy to follow tutorial. How do you get the demo files to show up? Have downloaded the xml file but just a blank page shows up.

1. I put a 900font weight, Source Sans Pro on my h3. It works on my main page (fullwidth template) but it doesn’t apply on my portfolio page (style 4). Do you know where the issue could be from?
