1- Is it possible to increase the width of content to 1200px? 2- Is it possible to display the full content of a post on the blog page instead of only the excerpt, for example 10 lines of text and 20 photos? This is for a photographer site, so displaying the photos on the blog is very important, not only the featured image.

Figured it out. It’s all in the Qode theme options panel. Changes did not take effect until I logged out of admin mode and cleared my browser cache. Then, Voilà!- changes were visible. Thx.

I just purchased and uploaded xml. do you have another xml so that it looks just like the demo?
do you have the layout? also, on documentation, refers to Main Menu but the demo version I have only have top or footer…no main menu?

I am having trouble with River. When I upload a pattern background or background image nothing happens. I save the upload and the link is present in the field, but the background is still white.
Is there a limitation on the dimension of the file size for the pattern, or the size of the file that can be used for the pattern – or file format (I am using a JPEG at the moment). Thanks

Every time I try and import the XML file it fails. I’ve tried on multiple servers, ensured my PHP.INI file is configured to allow for larger files, even changed my htaccess file to allow for larger processing of files.
Any ideas?

I am sorry for slow response. We are hiring more people to join support team as number of tickets was increased a lot with more themes we released. It’s also very frustrating for me, as I understand how much support is important, but only way to fix this is to have more people working on support. It might take some time to find right people, but we are working hard on solving this.

1 – I tried to install a Contact Page, so i start by enable Google Map in Qode section, and i param it, then i creat a new ordinary page, and select Contact Page for her template. The contact form appear on that page, and the banner for google map also appear, but it’s white, there is no google map! do you know what appens?

I have a site that I created (twice) and I’m concerned about your lack of help with your support system.
This theme is really nice, but as you know (from my support tickets), there have been issues, and because of the lack of response, I’m concerned about future help if I have issues with the theme.
One issue was that without me doing anything, columns decided not to work anymore, and the other issue is your bullet points. The bullet points don’t work in the basic editor, and your plug in lines them up and do not allow for indents. This is basic stuff and shouldn’t be an issue.
Please reply to your support tickets. I LOVE this theme and want to use it, and feel confident that you’ll be there should anything happen.

Main problem is increased number of support requests related to many different topics, not just problems with the theme and we are building our resources to be able to handle all of that.

148355 – the custom code I was given was for one instance, and I need it to be SITE WIDE.
The other ticket for the layout changing for unknown reasons is not relevant anymore. Because I NEVER heard back from you, I figured I’d re-do the whole thing, which I did and so far it’s ok.
Am I to understand that you are using this site as your support system?
I get that you are busy, and I respect that you say you are hiring more people, but please do us all a favor and at least reply to tickets on YOUR support ticket system.
You obviously are a talented team of people, and I really like your work, but please do a better job supporting your customers.

I am also very frustrated about not answering support tickets as fast as before. We posted job ad and we are selecting candidates. Hi, great theme but a big issue with the animation.
If you go to the following link and look at the homepage, the animation just won’t work on the icons. I have set animation for the first and second icons and tried putting them in sub rows but won’ work.

Hi,
I’m helping a client with this theme and have the following questions. I’d greatly appreciate your answers to:
1- Is it possible to have 6 sub-menu items in the wide menu, similar to what you have under Portfolio on theme demo, but 6 main/top level items, instead of 4.
2- Can the three line icon used for the side area be replaced with an image?
3- Is there any way to stop the logo from shrinking when the user scrolls down the page?
If any of these is possible, it would be great if you could kindly let me know how.

2. It’s font awesome icon, so if you plan to use image instead, you need to replace its html code and to fine-tune css
3. Yes, set Header Height in Qode > Header and Footer both fields to same value
