Is it possible to set this theme as an OnePage-Theme. By menu items should then be scrolled for each point down (like parasponsive theme). If it possible i will buy it. Sorry for my bad english

Hello, Is there any way to turn the desktop view of the (2col) portfolio item page into a 1-col layout (without losing sidebar & proj attributes content)?
Hmm, looks like I want to get rid of the breakpoint that makes it a 2 col layout.

Hello im going to be purchasing your theme in the next few days just need a quick questions answered to be prepared.
I saw http://creaturebox.com/gallery/ was using your theme but on your theme example you do not have the gallery page like they do i was wondering if that is easy to do or if its a lot of custom work and once i purchase it if you could help me take care of that part. Great theme by the way from what i seen.

that gallery was custom made by them – but options similar to that will most likely be coming in future updates
If you wanted to do it now you’d need to use a plugin or do some minor js/css additions

Hey there! Is there a way to have the recent portfolio widget display a row of 4, 5 or 6 without being in full-width mode?
I created/regenerated two additional thumbnail sizes, but can’t figure out how to have them display. (I even tried hacking together strings of widgets in different columns, but I still can’t get more than three to display in a row.)

Hey olganunes! This would require modding the shortcode-processing.php file located in the nectar/tinymce directory. Once in there search for “recent projects” to end up at the right place. You’ll have to change the span_4 to span_3 (which will enable 4 columns per row)

Also! I changed the “portfolio” url slug to “projects” in the salient portfolio options, and now all of the portfolio links return 404 errors. (Have tried republishing pages, and re-saving the options—should I recreate each page or is there a way around that?)

In my Woocommerce shop, I have a variable product which works fine. My client, however, thinks the dropdown text and title need to be bigger. The font settings are not accessible from the Typography Options. Is there some CSS code I can add for this? Thanks!

Why is the main content area on on most pages able to shift to the left (resulting in misalignment with header/footer and revealing background colour)? Very wonky!!!
On quick review, this issue occurs on every page but the CONTACT form.
This was not happening last week and I’m not sure if it is update related (I am using a child theme).

Why is a 404 error suddenly delivering from my LINKED IN social media icon in footer?
This icon was working properly last week and is still correctly specified in the footer.

it appears you’ve forgot to add “http://” in the beginning of your URL which is making the link a relative one within your own site instead of allowing it to be external as it needs. This wouldn’t have worked in any version of the theme or site in general.

The Woocommerce light box is not working on our site. Whether its turned on or whether its turned off in settings, it opens the image to the file URL in the same tab. Also, when a product is hovered over, its showing the actual ALT of the image instead of the product heading. Example URL: http://websitetrafficwarehouse.net/product/intellirank-level-1-subscription/ I’m assuming this is a theme issue since this has never happened before with any of our other Woocommerce stores in any of the other themes we’ve used or are using. The other issue is that when held horizontally, one cannot scroll the site in a Kindle—it must be held vertically to scroll. Also, one cannot zoom on any device; Kindle, iPad, mobiles, etc (It looks like this is intentional though since your demo site in ThemeForest is the same way?).

1. My best guess is that it has something to do with your minification from cloudfllare or an outdated version of Salient.
2. Hovering over the image is showing the image title “Artificial Intelligence Wallpaper/Background” not the alt for me which is set at “Artificial intelligence wallpaper/background 3000 × 2250. Computerized image of an opaque man surrounded by data and numbers.” Tested in Firefox, Chrome, IE
3. Does this happen if you deactivate the smooth scrolling option in your Salient options panel?
4. This is indeed the intended functionality but you can alter that by opening the header.php and changing this line:<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, user-scalable=0" />to this:

. Shouldn’t the image title default to the product heading when used as an image referencing a product? That’s how it works in all the other themes we’re using, so I’m curious if I’ll have to re-title the images for this site to achieve the desired outcome.
Re:3: It does, yes (solves other minor rendering issues, though). Disabling smooth scroll also stunts the parallax effect on all tested desktops (so it looks like there’s a give-and-take there).

2. Product titles are defined in the attachment details http://i.imgur.com/CVPCWD5.jpg I’m not sure why it would default to the product title or how that would work when using multiple images, but Salient is not modifying the functionality of this feature.
3. The parallax effect should still occur, just less noticeably since most browsers scroll in chunks instead of smoothly like the plugin forces.

I need to Remove the Search Button in the menu and i will be using just a search widget in the footer that is all we don’t need the search option on our sites navigation. Is this possible and will it give more space for other menus or should we implement the MEGA MENU add-on?

Hey desgaus! The code looks good but if you’re using the portfolio shortcode/element instead of the page layout then you’ll need to make this mod in the nectar/tinymce/shortcode-processing.php file instead of the template-portfolio.php file.

Hi, nice theme but i have a little duplicate probleme thing.
I have a normal page with this nectar shortcode to call portfolio from a specific category : [nectar_portfolio starting_category=”default” project_style=”2” category=”parfum” layout=”3” projects_per_page=”“]
The thing is that duplicate my items and i have no clue why.

I have already installing the Salient and it run perfectly. I install & configure Contact Form 7, and this run perfectly in all browsers less Safari.
