My logo while scrolling down the page in the sticky bar comes blurred first and then gets okay. Is there a way for the logo to not be blurred while I scroll down the page? http://demokrasy.com

Im sorry, but there is no good solution for that. The browser acts like that when the image gets shrunk.

When you get to the checkout page, It just asks for the shipping and billing addresses, but no credit card information or final checkout button. The console also gives:

Uncaught ReferenceError: woocommerce_params is not defined (index):292 GET https://mywebsite.com/checkout/ 500 (Internal Server Error)? jquery.js?ver=1.10.2:3

However, when I switch to any default theme, I am presented with the credit card fields and a final checkout to complete the transaction just fine.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Thanks!

Hi, Could you try delete the “woocommerce” folder from “flatsome” theme folder, then re-upload it again from flatsome 1.8.7 theme zip file.

Hi UX, just sent you an e-mail regarding quick view. Please answer asap. Thanks ;)

Hi there, I have a few quick questions:

1. my products page has a page title in the browser history as ‘Products Archive’. I have looked in page settings and theme options and can’t see where to change this?

2. on my homepage slider, the first text overlay appears on the first slide, but the rest of the text headings don’t appear for some reason. Do you know what would cause this error? You can see the page here: www.goo.gl/euJK0Z

3. I’m using the main menu underneath the logo option. Is it possible to add the search bar to the right near the cart, instead of to the left near the logo?

Thanks!

Hi, sorry for late reply. Did you email this to support@uxthemes.com?

Thanks, I’ve just emailed you the questions.

Hi, i have a few questions: 1) How can i disable the costumer reviews? 2) How can i disable the rating (with the stars)? 3) How can i disable the comments in the blog? 4) Is there a way to replace the “Sale!” circle with an image? and if yes how can i do that?

Thank you for the support

Hi, sorry for late reply. Could you email this to support@uxthemes.com?

Hi, i have send you an email. thank you.

... sorry, one more question.

how can i delete margin (white space) underneath the lookbook? (same test url than before) http://www.saray-burul.de/test/

it would be so cool if we can use full witdh ux banners and lookbooks without space between!!!! =)

Is that possible? maybe with custum css? (if so, please tell me the code… i have only basic knowledge in css and html).

thank you in advance!

Hi there,

I need to customise the breadcrumbs on the product pages so instead of it reading home/product it would read gallery/product. Also, is there any way to customise the lookbook slider so that it fits into a square and is smaller so that it shows more images than three?

This is the URL of the slider – http://bazza.co.za/final2/gallery-test-1/ Thank you.

Hello,

i like the new product flip very much, but is it necessary to upload an extra size for images?

because at the moment it looks like this: http://www.saray-burul.de/test/

can someone tell me what i have done wrong?

many thanks

Hi there, thanks for showing how to make newsletter widget. I’ve imported the Ninjaforms_Newsletter_signup.nff and voila I have the widget. Question, how this widget newsletter work anyway? I can’t seem to find a way to edit “Fields marked with a * are required.”... Thanks

Hi there, forgive my late reply! Have you gone into the forms section in your Wordpress admin settings? There you should have the form. Click the titel and its editable. Please note the different tabs where you can do more editing inside your form.

Hi I’m having the same problem as mrbonn (page 84) with the mini cart translation. I have already tried with the solution mentioned in the flatsome documentation 7.9. But when I change the language for a couple of seconds it translates the cart but then goes back to English when the page finishes loading.

Also I’m getting this warning through Code localization:

Warning: The actual loaded translation content contains mixed textdomains and is not pure translateable within one textdomain. It seems, that there is code contained extracted out of other plugins, themes or widgets and used by copy & paste inside some source files. The affected unknown textdomains are: yit, woocommerce, text_domain, pippin, envato

Is there anything else that can be done to solve this?

Thank you!

Hi, sorry for late reply. Could you email this to support@uxthemes.com?

I have a website using this theme that’s not sending notification emails for new orders since updating to woo 2.1.

I’m not sure which end to start at the theme or the plugin, can you shed some light on whether you know why this might be happening?

Hello! Please forgive me for the late reply! Have you updated the theme and WooCommerce accordingly? Please visit our docs to see how to correctly update the theme. If you have followed the given steps and your website is still not sending out emails, please try to deactivate all your plugins to see if any of them are conflicting with each other. Are other mails being sent out properly? Please make sure of that cause it might also be server-related.

Actually apologies from my end. We traced the source of the problem to the customers email server. Should have popped back to let you know. Thanks for the reply :)

I have three blog posts but the blog post slider has an issue displaying all three on first load. If you scroll through them a few times it’ll eventually show all three. Is there an issue with the image width or width of the slider that causes the most recent post not to show? you can see it here: www.sofreshlifestyle.com

You need at least 4 blog posts for a 3 column blog post slider to look good.

Do you plan to add bbPress support in the future?

Hello, “Quick View +”, “CART (mini-card) and” Search for products “remain outside the translation file (. Well)! Do you intend to solve it?

thank you

Question 2: The theme does not support the translation into the folder ”.. / Wp-content / languages ??/ themes / flatsome”?

Hi, sorry for late reply. Could you email this and all your other questions to support@uxthemes.com?

Hello,

Is there a particular sort of page builder that Flatsome uses?

It’s currently only shortcodes. But we’ll have it compatible with Visual Composer soon.

Great theme, have a question regarding product pages.

How or where would I edit the single product pages to add a div/element next to each product attribute dropdown? Im not very familiar with Woo and cant seem to find the script that actually generates those.

Basically, I am trying to put a tooltip next to each product attribute dropdown box. might be a good option to add in future releases too… :)

Thanks!

All my products have horizontal images (not vertical). Is it possible to change the image dimensions on this template? Particularly we would have to change the specific product pages and the specific category pages, among others. Thank you

Hi, yes the theme works perfect with horizontal images :)

@UX-themes

Noticing that the UX_banner shortcode used in a block and placed in the transparent header template shows an empty top

tag that causes a gap above the banner. This does not happen on the UX_slider shortcode. See here: http://donkeylabel.flywheelsites.com/lifestyle/

Sorry for late reply. Somehow this got missed. Did you figure this out?

I’m trying to translate the “mini cart” shown in home to Spanish, I can not find the file that contains the code.

I modified this file, when the page loads, the translation seems correct for 1 second, but reset to English.

./wp-content/themes/flatsome/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php

Where is the problem?

Thank you very much!

Hi, try take a look in inc/template-tags.php. You should translate using this method: http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/docs/#7.9

Just purchased and installed the theme. Now getting down below NOTICE !

Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could the reason.

Here is error report : http://i.imgur.com/H5vS4pu.jpg

There is no Woocommerce 2.1.2 theme only “flatsome 1.8 (for WooCommerce 2.0)”

Waiting for your reply.

Thanks

Hi, you need version 1.8.7 of the theme. If you already have try this: Delete the “woocommerce” folder from “flatsome” theme folder, then re-upload it again from flatsome 1.8.7 theme zip file.
