Great looking theme, however I am currently seeking a theme for a Knowledgebase I am creating for my company. The issue is, we’re running on IE8 and your theme appears to have some issues with IE8.
1.) The “Search” bar magnifier glass is aligned inarticulately. 2.) The “Navigation Menu” has a white background and is hard to see the button text 3.) The theme appears to have some response slowness when switching from page to page in IE8
If you can resolve these issues, then consider yourself having another purchase! Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately I can’t reproduce some issues from your screenshot.
You’re probably not using IE8 then, but rather an emulator or cross-browser tool instead. Those are not always 100% accurate.

LoL, I agree with you, but unfortunately there are applications that our company uses that rely on IE8 for things.

I want to create a FAQ with TechDesk. But not only one page: There are many questions, so it should be possible that there are categories and a navigation for it. But actually i’ve no idea if this works with your theme.
I already tried a plugin – Q & A. This one seems really good to me – categories can be created quickly and easily and you can use them with shortcode on an extra page. This pages with the questions of a single category I can then use in a sidebar for the navigation of the faq.
Is it possible to do these things from the Q&A-Plugin also with the TechDesk FAQ? That would be great.

I think you can use Q&A plugin with TechDesk theme. But built-in theme FAQ feature use the different scheme.

1) If it is possible to install additional widgets?
2) I’m not sure if this is as easy as changing a setting in Wordpress or something that needs to be configured in the theme… I’d want to be able to print articles. Is this possible?

I’m a little upset… above you answered that this theme does not require plugin installs. I purchased the theme believing this to be true, however now that I’m installing the theme I see now that it DOES require plugins! AJAX Thumbnail Rebuild & CT Shortcode, both of these are external resources and do not belong to the wordpress repository. Do you understand my frustration and how I feel as though I’ve been misled into buying this theme? Please let me know if these two plugins are in REQUIRED for this theme to function.. if so I will have to request a refund from Envato and site your above misrepresentation as reason for this. Thank you!

“AJAX Thumbnail Rebuild” – this plugin from the WordPress repository and it’s true.
Thus this theme will work fine without these plugins and there is no deception.
Thanks for clearing that up Zerge, I was just concerned because on the next screen of the screen shot you posted it says “Install Required Plugins”, taking a closer look the ‘Type’ of this plugin on that screen says ‘Recommended’ so I suppose they are not required. I understand what CT Shortcodes is, but how is the ‘AJAX thumbnail rebuild’ used by the theme?
AJAX Thumbnail Rebuild allows you to rebuild all thumbnails on your site. It’s sometimes necessary for the old articles.
