The FAQ links work properly in the autocomplete drop-down menu, but not on the actual results page. There’s no way to fix this.

Do I need to use an SEO plugin?

How do I submit a ticket for getting this corrected?

1. Send me message via my profile . I will send you corrected file for the FAQ
2. yes, you need to use SEO plugin. For example Yoast SEO plugin. More SEO plugins here
3. Forum with technical support now isn’t working. Only via Themeforest or email

Will it work with paid membership plugin? I want to charge the viewing of certain documents?

Hi. It’s not tested.. but I think it will be working. which exactly plugin do you mean? maybe I will can do testing in next couple of days

actually I haven’t bought the plug in. Want to check first which one works with your template. But the free one i use earlier is “Simple WordPress Membership”

One more question, can I change the color scheme?

In one click no, but almost all elements have options for changing colors

Does this theme allow users to create support tickets? I’m looking for this functionality but so far I only found this one https://themeforest.net/item/ticketlab-ticketing-support-knowledge-base-wordpress-theme/19596471 and I wanted to be well informed before choosing a first theme for my wordpress site.

Thank you

Thanks for your question. No, this theme doesn’t support tickets system. Only if you will use third-party plugins.

Hi Can you help me to change header.php of this theme (I purchased) ? I use wp 4.9.1 When I want to change text: “TechDesk is a responsive helpdesk Theme For WordPress. Fully responsive design, homepage is built on the widgets, own support center.” into may language. I changed in header.php. but it is not effective. Please show me how to do it. Thank. (I have written to you but I think you are too busy)

Hi. Go to WP admin panel “Appearance -> TechDesk Options -> Social Icons -> Top Information Text”. After all changes you should click “Save all changes” button.

P.S. You can send messages to scream81@gmail.com .

Thank you. I have done. Thank for your support.

Hello – I have purchased this theme and it is so far working very well. My questions is: On the demo home page, is this a special page (like ‘Your latest posts’) created dynamically? Or is it a static page?

If it is a static page, how do you size the size the widgets so they are two-columns (plus sidebar as 3rd column) and always all the widgets are equal height? We like this look very much but can’t seem to replicate it and it is not in the demo data included in the download. Thank you.

In the demo I use “Static page” with widgets. I prepared widgets and all content from the demo for you. An archive file also contains some instructions how to setup static page with widgets like in the demo.

You can download it here http://html.color-theme.com/download/techdesk_demo_content.zip.

Thank you – that worked perfectly (after making sure to omit the period from the link). Best response time I’ve seen for any theme author!

Techdesk is a great template. Is it possible to somehow make the title of the CT: Recent Posts widget a link to the filtered category?

By default it’s not possible.

Please write me via my profile maybe I will can help you.

Hi, thank you for the nice Theme. I have problems with the CT: Categories With Sub-Categories Widget. I like to use the option: Exclude categories: But when I Enter the categorie name, nothing happens. How do I have to enter it? And how for more than one categorie?

regards, MK

Thanks for your purchase.

You should enter not name of categories, you should enter ID for categories (go to “Articles->Categories” and when you hover mouse cursor on category you can see tag_ID parameter in status bar of your browser. these links will help you: https://www.wpwhitesecurity.com/wordpress-tutorial/find-wordpress-category-id/ and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEYiGwrVaBA ).

And yes, you can use more than one category, you should use tag IDs comma separated.

Kind Regards, Andrew.

Thank you for the fast reply. It’s working.

Hello, Does your theme use custom post type for KB articles? or does it use regular post for the articles. Thanks

Kind Regards, Andrew.
